Skhai's Dream

" What a beautiful baby you've given birth to, what should we name her? "- a good looking man said while holding the baby me.

He's wearing a crown on his head, and right now I'm in a very beautiful castle.

I looked around and saw some weird looking but very beautiful flowers everywhere.

" I want to name her "skhai". Since we're sky wizards, I want to name her after it. The name suits her. "- A beautiful woman said.

The man looked at me.

" Welcome to the world Skhai. "- he said with a smiling face

The door opened and I saw a knight. He kneeled down.

" Your majesty, there's enemies everywhere. We're surrounded! "- say's the man in an armor.

Your Majesty? Does that mean they're royalties? What am I doing here with them? The woman hugged me. Then she cast some kind of magic on me, then the door to the room was force open.

Then a woman in black appeared and pointed her palm at us, and some kind of dark magic came out of it.

I woke up immediatly after that.

I'm used to having dreams like that since I discovered my powers, Yes it sounds insane but it's true.

I discovered it when I was twelve. My foster mom was badly wounded and While she was sleeping, I looked at her wounds and wished it was gone. Then I saw lights coming from my hands and it heald her, I thought, if they are going to know about my powers will they still love me? Or use me for their own good? That's why I hid it from them, I never trusted anyone that much to tell them I have powers, because I feel like they can't accept me and be treated as a monster instead.

The door to my room opened and I saw my foster mom.

" Oh, you're already awake? Get up fast, it's the first day of school today. "- mom

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. 😑

" Okay mom. " -me

I got out of my bed and did my morning rituals, I saw the school uniform on my bed.

It's not bad actually.

I wore it and got my backpack and some luggages because there's dorms in that school which is actually helpful, because our house is far from there.

I saw mom by the door waiting for me.

" Hurry, the school bus is here. " - mom

I went to the door and kissed my mom's cheek and went to the bus.

" Be careful, okay? "- mom

I nodded to her as an answer.

She waved at me so I waved back.

I sat down on a chair near the window.

The school I'm entering is named " Spencer academy ".

[ A few inches later ]

I'm bored!

Okie!

I can heal, I have ice powers, fire, water, earth, and wind.

For me, ice and water are the hardest to control.

I chose this school because i heard from my friend that the school is like near the forest.

I can practice there probably.

I looked at the front and saw a blinding light I closed my eyes then suddenly we were already at the school gate.

The bus was full of student now there's only eleven of us.

We all went down and the guard scanned our i.d's.

The guard open the gates and then I saw a sign that says:

" Welcome to Spencer Academy: A School for Mages like you! "

A school for mages?!

Ruin/Headmaster's POV

Today we are receiving new students, how to welcome them?

" Ms. Helda, please call on a meeting with the student council. "- me

I have a weird feeling about the new students, I feel like something's gonna happen.

It's just my imagination.

[ a few minutes later ]

*knock*knock*knock*

" Headmaster we're here. "- Sierra/Student Councils Secretary

Oh!

" Come in. "- me

One, two, three, four, five, six....

" Why are there only the seven of you? Where's the student council's Vice president? "- me

" Pierre, didn't get along with her much. So Pierre kinda forced her to quit. "- Dianne

Again?! She was very suitable for the job. This is the 14 times he did this since last school year.

" Pierre, it's already a new year you're still doing this? *sigh* I will find another one then. "- me

I looked at him and he just nodded at me.

" Headmaster, why did you call us? "- Frost

Oh right!

" Sorry, I forgot. Do you guys have any idea on how to welcome the new students? "- me

They looked at each other and they began to discuss about it. After a while they all started nodding at each other.

" How about a banner, Headmaster? "- Adannia/Student council Auditor

Not a bad idea..

" Sure, why not? But you need to start preparing it now, tommorow is the first day of school."-me

Then all of them teleported one by one.

*sigh* Not even one of them said goodbye to me

Pierre's POV

Hi, everyone my name's Pierre Runes, I'm the student council President. My element is fire.

Right now we're currently making a banner for the new students.

Seven of us are currently making it because they didn't find any other smaller banner. The others are just too small, so we decided to use this.

Alonnia and Frost are doing the writing, while me, Ash and Sierra are doing the coloring of the banner. Cyrus and Maya are blowing up the balloons.

Gosh, this is hard work! Ugh!

[ a few hours later ]

Finally we're done!

We just have to wait for tommorow!

Welp, I am leaving now.

" Pierre! We still have to put these materials back in the art club! "- Frost

I looked at him and gave hima death glare.

" Cyrus! Didn't I told you to help me?! "- Frost

" Huh? Whe---. "- Cyrus

" Come here already don't be lazy! "- Frost

I walked out of the room and went to the field.

I sat down in the middle and looked around.

Somehow I feel anxious about everything.

I feel like someones watching me.

It's probably nothing.

I walked away and went to my dorm room and then slept.

It's going to be busy day tommorow.

Skhai's POV

This is a school for mages?

This is probably a first day of school prank by the school officers.

We all went in the school, I was looking around the buildings when suddenly a group of people showed up in front of us.

It's like they teleported, they can do it too?

Then it is a school with magical people, then I don't need to hide my powers here!

I made eye contact with the guy in front, I'm going to admit that he really is handsome.

" Hello, my name is Pierre Runes and I am the student council president of Spencer Acadey, nice to meet all of you. "- Pierre

I looked at me companions and all of the girl were blushing, while the boys were just ignoring his words.

" If you guys have problems you can tell any of us, by the way my name is Ash Gregory. I am the student council Treasurer. "- Ash

After he said that he winked, the girls on my back are totally falling for him, except for me.

He is good looking but not my type of guy.

" Please ignore him, he's just out of his mind. Let me introduce myself, my name is Sierra Almante. I am the student council's Secretary, it's nice to meet you guys. "- Sierra

Another girl went to the front and introduced herself.

" H everyone my name is Adannia Howard, I am the student council's Auditor. Nice too meet all of you! "- Adannia

She smiled at us and now this time the boys are the one who's screaming.

" I am Frost Helarse, I'm the student council's Business Manager. Nice to meet you. "- Frost

He's good looking, but still not my type. Is this world full of good looking people? No one looks "unique". This is unfair!

" Well My name is Cyrus Kim, I am the student council's Public Informant Officer. Nice to meet you everyone. "- Cyrus

This is so unfair, all of them are very good looking. Hmph!

" I am ---... "

Headmaster/Ruin's POV

Ahhh... The new student are already here.

The student council did great on that banner.

*BOOM*

What was that? It's coming from the garden!

I ran towards the garden and saw a three-headed beast.

Wait-- isn't that a...

No, it can't be..

How did that creature got in here?!

Did our defenses in the school weakened?

That can't be happening! There must be someone here in the school who opened the barrier.

But who? And why?

" Headmaster! Are you okay?! "- Cyrus

I looked at him and he made eye-contact with me, then he looked at the beast and had a shocked face.

The other student council members arrived and they had the same reaction.

They didn't have to be worried though since its only a F-class monster, not that strong

" Did you guys evecuated the students? "- me

They nodded at me, and looked at the monster

" How did a three-headed demon hound doing here? How did it got in? "- Pierre

" That's what I'm figuring out too. But for now, let's take care of that! "- me

They all started to use some spells.

Pierre used his sword and he put a spell on it.

" Flaming sword! "- Pierre

Then he jumped towards the demon hound and used another spell.

" Flame slash. "- Pierre

Then the demon hound is now on fire.

" Ice trap! "- Frost

Then the demon hound couldn't move anymore because the ice trapped it's feet.

" Wind Cyclone! "- Cyrus

Then the demon got lifted up in the air.

While it was still on the air Alonnia attacked it too.

" Water strike! "- Alonnia

Now Alonnia, send it higher.

" Ground Strike! "- Sierra

Then, the ground rose up and reached it.

The demon hound is now dead so I turned it into ashes.

" Darsson's Fiery furnace. "- me

The monster was set on fire and is now burned and turned into ashes.

" Let's go check on the students. "- me

They all teleported aloneand left me behind.

If I'm going to pick a Vice- pres. Of the student council, I'll pick the one who will going to take me with her/him when teleporting.

*sigh* fine, I'll teleport by myself then.

When I arrived at the evacuation spot, some of the new students didn't even panic.

I made eye- contact with one of them and she smiled at me, I felt shivers on my spine when I saw that smile.

I've never felt that for a long time, since the former king, King Manuel Spencer. His the one who founded this school, he made this school specially for his child, even though they didn't have one yet. But when they did, the kingdom was attacked and the child was not seen again.

About this girl right now, It's like there's something about her that's special

I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't even notice Pierre came to me.

" Headmaster, everyone is fine. No need to worry now. "- Pierre

I stood in front of the students to announce something.

" Hello students, I'm the headmaster of Spencer Academy. Sorry about the inconvinience just now, if that incident will happen again please don't worry. Me, along with the student council will protect you. If you guys need anything just ask them. "- me

Skhai's POV

When the explosion happened, the student council immediatly evacuated us.

They teleported us somewhere far from the explosion.

Magic really does exist here, so can I show my magic here freely?

Maybe? Maybe not? I don't know, I think I'll have to observe first.

After a few seconds we heard explosions but no one was really panicking though.

" What was that? "- random person

Is she talking to me?

" I don't know either, I'm still new here. "- me

She smiled at me so I smiled back

" Hey, what's your name? "- her

It wouldn't hurt anyone if I tell her right?

" My name's Skhai Lee, you? "-me

She seems nice.

" I'm Mikeila Walter, but you can call me Keila. Nice to meet you Skhai! "- Keila [ Keyla ]

We smiled at each other. She's really pretty.

" Uh, Skhai. What element is your power? "- Keila

Element?

uhhhh.... HmmmmMmMmmmmM....

" You tell me yours first. "-me

" My element is Earth, how about you? "- Keila

She only has one element? Then why do I have a lot?!

What element am I the weakest?

Oh right!

" Ice, my element is Ice. "- me

She looked at me with a surprised face.

" Wow, you got Ice?! Ice is like the second most powerful element! "- Keila

Oh no, should I have said Earth just like her?

" Yea, but I didn't master it yet. "- me

Then suddenly the student council appeard in front of the students and then an old guy appeared after them.

The old man looked at me and made eye- contact with me.

I smiled at him so I wouldn't look very rude.

The student counil president talked to that guy then the old man announced something.

" Hello students, I'm the headmaster of Spencer Academy. Sorry about the inconvinience just now, if that incident will happen again please don't worry. Me, along with the student council will protect you. If you guys need anything just ask them. "- the headmaster

" Skhai, can we be friends? "- Keila
