chapter one: *hana walks into hongdae high school and immediately got stares and while everyone was whispering about her, she was avoiding gaze because she was too shy to meet everyone’s eyes and then she walks around the school trying to find the principal office until she saw this boy with silver hair and he had a cold expression on his face while smoking a cigarette near the staircase leading to the rooftop and the boy met her eyes and stomped out his cigarette and walked away and hana was thinking “whoa who was that handsome boy i must find out about him but first i need to find the principal office”, later into the time she saw a girl and walked up to her* hana: hi can you help me find the principal office, random girl: oh sure and hi im chaewon what’s your name *while walking hana to the principal office* hana: im hana it’s nice to meet you and thanks for showing me *chaewon smiles and waves while walking away and hana walks in the principal office* hana: excuse me im here for my schedule principal: uh yes here you go hana, hana: thank you sir *and she walks out and goes to her first class and time skip in her class the teacher was just babbling away when the door swings open causing everyone to be silent and a boy with silver hair walks in and sits in the back of the class without a word and hana starts thinking “that’s the same boy i saw smoking a cigarette near the staircase” and chaewon looks at hana* chaewon: that’s kai he’s known for being cold and harsh to others everyone avoids him at all cost *hana glances at kai and then looks at chaewon* hana: i think he’s cute chaewon: you can think that but approaching him won’t be a good idea hana: well i’ll appreciate him myself after class *chaewon gasps* chaewon: girl kai is not friendly im trying to save you from being humiliated and hurt by his words *hana sighs* hana: i’ll i have to deal with the harshness then because i want him to notice me *chaewon shakes her head and crosses her arms* chaewon: don’t say i didnt warn you *time skip after class kai stood up to grab his stuff and hana followed him quickly* hana: excuse me *kai stops in his tracks and turns around and looks at hana* kai: what do you want and who are you *kai uses a cold tone making his presence business* hana: um im hana and i wanted to talk to you kai: so talk what do you want and don’t waste my time talking nonsense *hana bites her lip a little and looks at kai* hana: well i wanted to say hi *kai rolls his eyes and starts to walk away saying over his shoulder* kai: next time don’t say anything at all to me *kai left around the corner and hana sighs and feels chaewon hand on her shoulder* chaewon: i told you that boy is not the friendly type *hana crosses her arms* hana: yeah he’s not but i still wanna talk to him maybe i can change him *chaewon rolls her eyes* chaewon: whatever hana but just know kai is really rude and mean and would probably make you cry so he lock and loaded hana: oh please i can make kai love me just you wait kai *hana smirks secretly*

chapter two: *previously on falling for the school’s ice prince, hana made a mission for herself to steal kai’s heart and make him fall for her so she did everything she could by giving him a pencil even though he never asked, buying him lunch, and trying to spend time with him when he’s alone, but nothing works and later during free hour chaewon and hana were in the library* chaewon: so is your mission working *hana groans* hana: no matter what i do he doesn’t react or respond he’s just blank and im running out of options chaewon: maybe you should give him a gift you know valentine’s day is coming up and also it’s our tradition to give our crush a scrunchie so give kai your scrunchie *hana smirks* hana: your so smart alright my mission is back in business but what happens if he doesn’t accept my scrunchie and throws it away *chaewon puts her hand on hana’s shoulder* chaewon: calm down girl im pretty sure kai will accept it because let’s be honest no girl goes near him because of his cold persona but we still admire him from afar *hana looks at chaewon* hana: so i’ll be the first girl to give him a scrunchie during this tradition *chaewon nods* chaewon: you probably are but i don’t know that boy is so private no one even knows who his parents are *hana laughs a little* hana: good one chaewon *time skip it was the day girls give their crushes their scrunchies and hana saw kai at his desk and so she sat next to him and kai looked unbothered thinking nothing of it and before hana can give kai the scrunchie the scrunchie fell on the floor and when she bent down to get it and lift up she was greeted by kai’s face near hers and they both looked away but hana starts speaking* hana: uh here you go kai i made you a scrunchie for a symbol of my love *kai rolls eyes and takes the scrunchie anyway* kai: tsk it’s ugly but whatever *kai puts the scrunchie on his wrist so hana would stop babbling her mouth and finally leave him alone and to his surprise hana moved away back to her seat next to chaewon without knowing that hana was blushing and grinning the whole time and hana looks at chaewon* hana: he accepted it *chaewon gasps and sequels* chaewon: yay that means he feels something for you *hana smiles* hana: maybe he finally realizes that im the perfect match for him chaewon: maybe you should invite him to hang out after school so y’all can have one on one time *hana thinks* hana: i might consider it but kai is still stubborning as ever i don’t know how i’ll ask him without looking dumb *chaewon smiles* chaewon: you got this he already accepted your scrunchie he might accept your proposal for hanging out *hana sighs* hana: maybe but i won’t get my hopes up because i know he’ll blow me off *chaewon nods* chaewon: just see what he says and i doubt he’ll be nice with his responses hana: i’ll tell you if i ask him or not but not right now we have a test we have to study for chaewon: your right let’s focus again and not worry about your little crush *hana giggles so as chaewon and they both go back to studying before the upcoming test*
