1. Exchange program
It was a beautiful sping day. A plane landed in the country of Japan. Oxford Academy had organised a student exchange program with the famous Kyotofu Gagakko Academy in Kyoto. The five best friends immedietely volunteered to join the program. There was nothing the five girls loved more than traveling around the world. They had been preparing for months and they are very excited.
After they landed. They are finally at their destination. Kyoto,one of the oldest cities in Japan

At once,Clove who had been focusing on her map joined the others to the bus
After afew minutes,the bus stoped infront of a really grand-looking school. The students looked at it in awe

Fushimi Inari Shrine
This Shrine is an important Shinto Shrine at Kyoto. It is the main Shrine out of several thousand other Shrines that is dedicated to the Shinto God of rice, Inari.
The Fushimi Inari Shrine is located on the base of a mountain also named Inari. The mountain is 233 meters above the sea leveland includes trails up the mountain to many smaller shrines which span 4 kilometres and take approximately 2 hours to walk up.
Because foxes are thought to be the messengers of Inari, their statues can be found around the Shrine
The temple is also called Golden pavilion since its top two stories are coated with gold leaf
The temple used to be a retirement villa of a shogun named Ashikaga Yoshimitsu. After his death,the place then became a Zen temple of the Rinzai sect.
Kinkaku-ji temple overlooks a large pond. It used to be the retirement place of Ashikaga Yoshimitsu. The place burned down several times. Twice during a war and once at 1950 by a monk.
