Chapter-1

The Unknown Man

Under the warm sunlight. Two cute children were playing tag, one chasing after another with big smiles on their face. The first one catches the other and said, "your' it.". After showing a smile of dissatisfaction on his face the second one said, "that's it for today I am tired". The first one angrily said, "no! now, it's your turn.". The second boy stopped running and after thinking for a second, he opened his mouth and said, "Did you hear that?". The first boy showed an expression of surprise after saying, "what?". The second one said, "Sister Luna is going to The Heaven Academy". The first one gasped and said, "How can that be possible?! She doesn't have any spiritual essence." The second one said, "Even if she is genius in literature, she can't perform any magic. I am worried"

A sweet and warm voice like a cool breeze in summer stated with an surprised look, "wow! Are you two worried about me?". As the voice sounded a figure came into the view shoulder length black hair like the night sky and warm but intimidating brown eyes come into view of the teenage beauty, who's name is Luna. After looking at Luna the second boy said, "I am not worried about you but for the academy." Just after the sentence the girl's expression turned grim and she said with a murderess smile on her face, "You! wait" and started chasing the two naughty but innocent children in the garden when an elderly figure came into the way of the children and said, "Luna stop chasing those two and start preparing for the exam." The two children who were still running came and hid behind the elderly lady and said, "Grandma Terresa, Help us".

The Warm elderly figure who took care of Luna from when she was 2 years old after being abandoned at the gate of orphanage. She had grey hair tightly wrapped in a bun and blue eyes with were filled with warmth for the children with rectangular glasses. She is the headmistress of the Spring Day Orphanage in which Luna spend her childhood.

Luna pouted and said, "They were asking for trouble first, Grandma Terrassa"

Terrassa said with a stern expression on her face, "Go study otherwise you'll be asking for trouble. Didn't you wanted to be the best sorcerer, now go study"

Luna with a determined expression, "Ok!" and cheerfully left with the two children following after.

The New Earth in which we used to live in is not entirely different from now. The Great War which changed the whole world is also known as The Great War Of Independence happened after the other species living among humans chose to be discovered and also demanded recognition as normal living beings to live freely. Now, the normal people who once thought there in nothing as magic discovered they have a thing called spiritual essence, by which they can train and perform magic, some people who doesn't want to train loses their spiritual essence after time. The schools also added additional subjects as potion making, martial arts, sorcery, alchemy etc. Technology and Magic goes hand in hand in this earth.

After going through a series of mental breakdown by looking at the thickness of a dozen books for the whole week, she memorized it all, thanks to the photographic memory of Luna.

The next day, Warm sunlight shown from the window of Luna's room making it bright and reflecting against the white bedsheets of hers making her look like a sleeping beauty. Wrong! she woke up, her hair looking like that of a bird's nest because the didn't brush and breaded at night. After waking and washing up she got ready to go the the academy. She was wearing skinny high-waisted black jeans and a black crop top with a black long coat with diamond designing at the collar which was done by herself as she likes to DIY, and for footwear she was wearing black high heels with her short black hair. Although she loves long hair but can't keep it because it's too troublesome and also her hair grows slow.

Arriving at the great hall of the academy. On her left side was the reception area where forms were being filled and right was a gated leading to another hall and in middle there was a huge staircase.

Luna was filled with excitement inside and didn't notice when she walked and bumped into a figure with a girl with long black hair and black eyes after getting back to her senses she hurriedly apologized, "I am really sorry I didn't notice you." The other figure looked at her with contempt and said disdainfully, "Don't worry I know people like you came from villages and haven't seen anything. I don't blame you." Luna didn't say anything and the girl continued with a surprised look after, "OH! aren't you the girl who can't do magic?"

Luna said with a smirk, "Looks like you now me so you should also know that first time I let you say because It was my fault for bumping into you but the second time won't be good" and said with a smile ,"bye bye bitches"

Kate said, "That bitch who does she think she is? calling me a bitch, ME! Princess Rose is she tired of living. "After Saying that she walked away with an ugly face but as she walked away she didn't notice a person with red hair and blue eyes looking at her with contempt and saying, "That girl Luna, I like her" and walked away with a smile.

On the other side Luna was consistently thinking of a way to pass the practical exams with giving the theory exams and after giving the theory exam students can either go home or stay at the academy for the next 3hrs after that the marks of the exams will be shown so Luna decided to get a tour of the academy as the marks were given after the result were posted on the academy forum and also on the academy screen in the main hall. Luna opened her mobile as soon as she got the notification and looked at her name on being the top followed by Jay and then Rose and so on. "Looks like I am the best. Alas what can i do If I am so good. Oh My God! How I can be so good." as Luna was spewing nonsense everyone heard a ding dong followed by a voice, "The students who didn't pass the exams you can always try next time and for those who passed the exam please gather at the school grounds for the practical exam."

Luna petrified.Pic was the sentence that would come to anyone's mind if they saw her now.

The academy grounds are vast with different types of sports grounds like football volleyball etc. and after the grounds are the forbidden forest where no one can go. As the coach was explaining the exam the students were obediently listening to the coach, "students as this is only for the exam no one is allowed to hurt other. So, first we are going to perform some simple defensive spell for the test and that's It. "coach clapped with a smile and said, "the students will come forward whose name will be called and perform. "Luna was cursing in her mind 'what is going to happen I can't even perform a simple spell. god please help me what do I do?". Coach, "Luna, please come up." As Luna's name was said every one stared to whisper "Isn't she the good-for-nothing" "Tsk Tsk, can she even do this simple magic" "And here I thought exams are boring" but Luna strode forward with a poker face like she can't even listen to this people and came to the center to perform the spell but her mind was full of ' please give me a earthquake so that exam can be cancelled or a flood can also work god, why didn't the academy got blasted'

"You are disqualified" said the coach. Luna got surprised and said" but coach I didn't even try!" coach, "I am sorry Luna you know you can't do magic and plus I can't do anything about It's the headmaster's order the disqualify you." Luna, "But how can he do that?" Luna was in disbelief that she was disqualified and was extremely angry how can she be disqualified with out any test for the exam she prepared for those years and what she didn't notice is that as she was getting more angry the weather was getting more and more bad.

A man with long red hair who was hidden suddenly thought to himself 'She indeed is our princess' and chuckled as he walked out of thin air and walking towards Luna. All the teachers got in defense mode as he came near Luna and Luna didn't notice him because she was so immersed in her anger and as the man touched her forehead as he said," welcome home princess" and she fainted on the ground and the man also disappeared.

Chapter-2

The Changes

As Luna opened her eyes the bright room made her shut them again and slowly opened them again as she said, "Ugh, Where am I?" as she said this a women hugged her while checking her and said, " Sweetheart are you all right?" Luna, "Grandma Terresa? what happened why I am in a hospital?" as she said this she looked around and noticed black hair on her lap," what the heck when does my hair grown so much? was I in a coma for years?" Grandma Terresa," Dear, don't you remember anything?" Luna, "remember what? I was at the ground and then I got angry after that I don't remember anything" Grandma Terresa," dear the teacher said a man with red hair came and touched your forehead and after that you fainted and they carried you here" Luna, "what?" Luna then checks the room and sees a mirror and ran towards it and gets surprised," What! Oh My God! Look grandma my hair are so long almost touching my knees wow I always wanted that and my eye color it's golden." said Luna as she was jumping around in joy and showing grandma Terresa.

The door opened and came a middle-aged man with grey short hair wearing a suit and said, "Miss Luna looks like your okay. "Luna, "and who are you?" "you don't know me? despite wanting to take admission in heaven academy? I am truly surprised, well allow me to introduce myself , I am Johnathan, The headmaster of Heaven academy "Luna, "OH! so, you are the discrimination master who disqualify students without even giving exam"

Headmaster chuckles and said, "looks like you are angry with me? as we see you in the ground with you weather control magic which is quite extraordinary. We would like you to be a part of heaven. "  and thought 'I have to discover how the man changed her appearance, which is not possible by magic, only shapeshifter beasts can change only their appearance but their eye color remains the same and if she is a shapeshifter, I remember her eye color was blue and then it changed to yellow and it's not possible to also change their eye color. To confirm she is a shapeshifter we have to conduct a magic body checkup in school but to make this happen she has to be a part of heaven academy.'

Shapeshifter Beast are known to be the rarest beast species alive not only because they have the power to become anything they want but also because they are known to have divine powers

Luna, "well, now I don't want to be a part of heaven." Grandma, "Why sweetheart? "Luna, "because they now want me because now I have magic and rejected me when I don't."

Headmaster, "that was the foolishness of our coach. Now we like you to be a part of our academy." Luna, "At any cost" And headmaster said, "as long as it's reasonable" Luna then clapped and said," I have two Conditions. First I'll study for free and the Second you have to give me your book "master in witchery".

Headmaster, "No problem, then we will see you at the academy tomorrow" and walked away while thinking, 'that's just a small prize for a golden goose'

"It's a new dawn ,It's a new day~ and I'm feelin' good" Luna was singing as she was going to the academy's entrance and she started hearing some noise and curiosity killed the cat as she was walking towards to the voices in a corner she saw

"Look I don't wanna pick a fight on the first day of academy so why don't you three return my bag?" said a red haired girl as she was asking the three senior boys. One of them said, "and what if we won't? then what are you going to do complain to your Mama Papa, Oh! yes you don't have mama papa" and then all three started laughing but they didn't notice as a figure came rushing towards them with full force and started punching them and then another figure join and beat the shit out of those three and tossed them aside.

Rose, "Why did you help me?" Luna, "Just They were talking too much"

Rose, "anyway you helped me so I owe you one" "No need for that instead we can be friends "said Luna as she starched her hand forward for a handshake and rose took her hand and chuckled, "My name is Rose , A Vampire and you must Be Luna, Right?" Luna, "Yes as you know I am going to Class A and you?" "What a coincidence I am also in class A let's walk together" said Rose.

As soon as they both entered the class the silent class erupted into whispers and rose said," Looks like they are talking about you" and as soon as she said this Luna clapped loudly and said, "Thank you everyone" everyone was looking confused and rose asked Luna why she was thanking them and Luna replied with, "you know what are the two reason people talk behind other's back?" and rose asked what are they and again Luna replied with a smile, "first, the person is mysterious so people like to talk about them behind their back because they cannot afford to offend them and the second is they are simply jealous of a person and deliberately want to fell make them feel humiliated. In my case, I would like to accept both reasons because of which they are talking behind my back because It's not my fault to be so outstanding ." sighed and said, "they are skimpily feeling unfair because god made me so outstanding" and walked to her seat while sighing and moving her head with rose who is laughing softly and said as the whole class fell silent," You are really good at making people speechless." and Luna replied with ,"I am myself speechless sometimes at my talent and beauty." Rose started laughing softly again and the teacher came and said this period will be of math and Luna said to rose while clutching her head, "Why do we still need math?"

Finally after the class of 45 min Luna asked rose while looking sleeping, "Where am I?" Rose chuckled and said, "in the academy" and Luna fake cries and rose says her cute. Luna looks her with sparkly eyes and said," did you fall for me?" "No, I am straight" Luna sighed and said, "what a loss for you? anyway what's our next class?" Rose looked it up and said ," Demonology" and Luna got excited and said she can't wait and it's her favorite class as she clutched rose's sleeves and swing it side to side. while rose was smiling she asked," where are your parents?" Luna said," that was random but they don't exist, at least to me because they left me at a orphanage and plus I don't even know them and what about yours? are you also orphan?" rose," not exactly , they abandoned me when I was 10 and now they want me to come back and I don't want to come back." Luna, "you did right. I am proud of you" while giving her a thumbs up and rose said," right..."

The Demonology teacher Mr. Harris came and said," hello my dear students as you know demonology can't be thought outside. So, what you all say?" Everyone shouted, "Ground!!"

Everyone went outside and Mr. Harris started explaining," So students you are going to have your first beast and as you know you can form your contract but the beast must also be willing. Take care and remember not to provoke any beast, you've got 30 minutes, Go!"

The Beasts are ranked in levels according to their power the least harmful are F,E and D ; the medium ones are C,B and A ; The dangerous ones are S, SS and the most powerful ones are SSS while those simple animals are known to be powerless but they are rarest because they can't survive long like cats, tigers, crocodiles etc.

After everyone entered the forest everyone was in groups but as they got deeper and deeper Luna got lost. Luna, "what the hell? There is not even an insect and where the hell is everyone" On the other side all the students returned and then rose said to the teacher," Sir Luna is missing" and the teacher said, "let's see if she doesn't come back in 10minutes we will all go look for her."

Chapter-3

Luna is Missing

Luna, "Shit! It looks like I am in the forbidden zone". As Luna was exploring the place for the exit she saw some men trying to capture a giant black leopard with golden eyes as soon as Luna look into the eyes of the beast she got the feeling that she should save it. "Yo, shitheads! why don't you come here and fight with me?" said Luna.

All the three men started to laugh and a tall man with a scar on his forehead come forward and said, "Little girl, this isn't a place to play around and we don't hit a little girl." Luna laughed and said, "from your answer I conclude you don't want to live anymore." The second one with a long beard said, "Little girl from your looks I can tell you are a fresh man and don't know that much spells. So, why don't you get away from here and don't tell anyone anything you see and we will spare you." But his guess was wrong as Luna cannot do any magic before she focused on studying hard and knows every spell that a academy graduate should know.

"Some people just don't appreciate good will. "Shakes her head and again says, "If you wanna die that badly I can make your wish come true~" said Luna while humming a tune.

"Little girl looks like you won't just go away. "As the third one said that he points and said to the second one and said, "you, Take care of her."

The second one moved and came forward to grab the collar of Luna but as soon as he does that she twist his hand a break it. The second one was crying from the one and the first one cursed him, "You are useless can't even catch a little girl" as he said that he moved forward to attack Luna with a spell but Luna dodgend it and attacked with with a level C spell and the hunter dodged it and said, "Not bad" and attacks with a level C spell that hit Luna, "Huh, now not even god can save you" As soon as she said this she attacked with a level B spell that is very powerful if anyone from the academy saw this their jaw would be on the ground now.

From the impact of it all the three hunters were deeply injured, "I told you not to mess with me "as she said this she tied up the hunters and said to the beast, "You, you can go now and also take this "she threw a healing pill at the beast's mouth and it ate it. As  soon as he ate it his wounds started heling under ***** eye as she gave it she started walking towards where she came from but the beasts said, " Little girl you saved me so you should be my master" Luna said, "as far as I know you are a dark leopard an SSS level shapeshifter beast, so how can you be hunted by those lowly beast?" Beast said, "Because I was on the verge of breakthrough to level A that's why they can hurt me." Luna, "ok but you will grow as big as my whole dorm when you evolve how can I keep you then?" Beast said, "You don't have to worry about that" as he said this he turned into a black cat with golden eyes.

"Wow! you look good" said Luna.

As this was all happening on the ground there was shouts and shouts mostly of girls because a certain someone came there. A man with short black hair and green with sharp eyebrows and lip in a thin line as he coldly said to the teacher, "Sir it's time for class S to come to the forest why is class A still here." The teacher explained to him about what happened but he only replied with a hum and said, "so?"

The teacher look surprised and speechless but rose chimed in and said, "So, Aiden we will first find Luna." as she said everyone started hearing muffled screams and Luna saying, "No need" all looked towards the forest to find Luna with a group of men tied up in the air with a black cat walk side by side with Luna.

The teacher exclaimed, "What are you doing?!"

Luna lazily replied,  "These three are hunters that are hunting a beast when I accidentally went to the forbidden area. The beast ran away and I thought that I should bring these three here." the teacher looked surprised and said, "all three by yourself?" Luna replied with a duh

Rose worriedly walked towards her and started checking for her injuries and said, "you should go to the infirmary." Luna replied with a soft hum.

The teacher asked, "is this cat yours?" Luna replied yes while looking at the cat

"Who else can have a cute cat like me? "said cat and everyone was astonished and looked at the cat and then Luna and then Luna looked at the cat and said, "I just performed a spell on him to let him talk." and cat was thinking 'why does it look like master is giving me the I-will-deal-with-you-later type look'

the teacher dismissed the class and as the class was returning Aiden looked at Luna amusingly and Luna looked at him confusingly. Just this little action gave all the girls there a jar of lemon

As rose and Luna were walking back to the class rose suddenly asked her, "So tell me the truth who is this little cat?" And cat said, "you are little!, your whole family are little!" and rose said,  "that's some temper now spill the beans" and Luna said, "how did you know?"

" A cat in the forbidden zone plus talking who are you kidding I've never seen a talking spell only beasts can talk. "said rose looking at Luna with a duh type look and Luna said, "ok ok it's a Dark Leopard."

"What A dark Leopard!!" loudly exclaimed rose. Luna said, "tell the whole academy." and then rose loudly said, "In which TV show you have to tell me!" and Luna said, "you nearly blew up my whole cover" and rose said, "but I didn't. Ok now, tell me the whole story how when and where?" and thus Luna tells the whole story and thus both returned to their class
