Moonlight through blinds.
[Leon stands at the doorway, hearing bed creaks and muffled moans.]
SFX: Creak… creak… creak…

Door Slightly Open, Leon’s Eye Visible Through Crack
Female voice

[Bedroom Wide Shot. Saul taking Elsa from behind. Leon frozen in doorway.]
(Elsa’s face is buried in a pillow.)

[Blood-splattered. Saul screams. Leon stabbing repeatedly.]

[Medical Exam Room. Needle being plunged into Leon’s neck.]

[Leon walking the shore, eyes scanning horizon.]

“Criminals, enemies, expendables.”
[Distant panel: a woman’s body on the sand.]
(thinking) Wait… a person?!
[Close-up: Alice’s unconscious face. Hair flowing in water.]

(shaking her) Hey!

(weakly) …Th-thank you…
[Alice sitting up, holding her head.]
Leon (MC)

[Alice wide-eyed. Waves behind her.]

[Leon clenches fists. Eyes cold.]

[Lily and Alice step in front of Elsa protectively.]

[Elsa, crying dramatically.]

[Leon walks off alone toward the forest. Volcano looming in distance.]

[The group of five women gathered on the beach]
Alice
(smiling) Let’s all stay calm.
Alice
We’ll figure this out together.
Hailey
(gentle voice) I just want to go home…
Lily
(arms crossed, thoughtful) We need to assess our resources.
Jean
(shy, looking down) Is there really no rescue team?
Leon (MC)
(approaching) Don’t count on it.
[All the women turn to see Leon walking toward them]
Hailey
(soft gasp) Who is he?
Elsa (ex.wife)
(stunned, whispering) …No…
[Elsa’s face turns pale, trembling]

Leon (MC)
(coldly) Didn’t expect to see me again, did you?
[Elsa steps back, eyes darting around]
Elsa (ex.wife)
(nervously) H-How… How did you get here?!
Leon (MC)
(stepping closer) Hardey sent me.
Leon (MC)
After everything you did, I guess he wanted you gone too.
Elsa (ex.wife)
(panicking) Y-You’re wrong!
Elsa (ex.wife)
He kidnapped me!
Leon (MC)
You lied to me. Slept with Saul. Took his money.
Leon (MC)
And when I snapped… you cried ‘victim.’
Elsa (ex.wife)
(screaming) He’s a murderer!
Elsa (ex.wife)
Don’t trust him! He stabbed Saul!
Elsa (ex.wife)
Someone stop him!
[Alice and Lily both step between Leon and Elsa]

(blocking) Mr. Leon, please calm down!

(serious) Back off, Elsa.
[Close-up of Leon’s bitter expression]

Elsa (ex.wife)
(hysterical) I never told you to kill him!
Elsa (ex.wife)

[Elsa turns to the other women, eyes teary]

Saul loved me! Leon’s a monster!
Jean
(whispering) Is it… true?
[Hailey pulls Elsa gently to her sid]

(softly) Leon… if what she’s saying is true…

(interrupting) She left out the part where Saul was inside her when I walked in.
[Elsa clutches her head, sobbing]
Elsa (ex.wife)
He was a mercenary!
Elsa (ex.wife)
He murdered people in war zones!
Elsa (ex.wife)
He trafficked organs!
Alice
(shocked) Is that true?
[Leon’s eyes shadowed, silent for a moment]
Leon (MC)
I’ve killed people.
Leon (MC)
But not innocents.

I rescued people from monsters.
Lily
(to the others) He’s not denying it.
Lily
But that doesn’t make him evil.
[Elsa shouts louder, desperate to sway the group]
Elsa (ex.wife)

Elsa (ex.wife)
He’ll kill us all in our sleep!
Leon (MC)
(cold laugh) bitch you’re not even a good liar.
[Tension thickens. The women look between Elsa and Leon]
Jean
(scared) I… I think I should go…
Hailey
(unsure) Let’s not turn on each other…
[Leon turns to walk away, disgusted]
Leon (MC)
I don’t need this.
Leon (MC)
You believe her? Fine.
Leon (MC)
Let’s see how long she keeps you alive when there’s no food or water.
Elsa (ex.wife)
(mocking) Go ahead! Run!
Elsa (ex.wife)
If rescue comes, I’ll tell them you threatened us!
[Leon stops, back turned, voice low and bitter]
Leon (MC)
This island isn’t paradise. It’s a coffin.
Leon (MC)
I’ll survive. You… probably won’t.
[Leon disappears into the jungle shadows.]
