"Scarlet!!!"

She immediately covered herself with her duvet feigning sleep,the door to her room bust open I know you are awake girl. The sound of something opening and the ruffling of clothes filled the room and she could already deduce what was going on but she maintained her fake sleep facade. It didn't last long though she felt something slimy being poured on her face and her eyes slammed open the moment they were open the offender stopped and the sound of a girl's chuckle filled the room.

"Cami what on earth are you doing in my house, in my room by this time of the day huh?!"

"Don't raise your voice at me young lady what are you doing in bed by this time?, did u forget about jamin's birthday?"

Boom!... it was like a bomb just blew up in her head at this moment she totally forgot about her best friend's birthday!!! Jumping off the bed she immediately put the blame to her pest in the room.

"Oh my God Cami, why are you just telling me now? you knew I would forget, it was your job to tell me,you know that I over sleep on Saturday's, Jamin is going to be so angry".

Cami"...". "By the way scarlet where's your mom?"

"She went for a girls vacation with the ladies next door"

"Shit!!, Didn't we plan to go shopping with him by 10am". "What's the time?". Rushing to her bedside table and switching on her phone that she turned off to avoid anybody disturbing her sleep, her gaze travelled to the 16 missed calls from jamin, 3 from cami and there was one from an unknown as well as multiple messages glancing at Cami she chuckled sheepishly.

"CAMI!!! its 1pm now!"

"And that is whose fault exactly! *sigh*.Stop mulling over your forgetfulness and wash up and get dressed. Thanks to you we have to rush our shopping spree and for the first jamin is paying, we have to be back to get dressed to go to the club by 10PM"

"I dont want to go to the club, Cami".

"You have to, this time girl I mean for jamin?"

"I can take jamin out to dinner for a nice and relaxing moment just the three of us. Not to a club with its hullabaloo and the people of all manners"

"You have never been to a club, how do you know its not nice and relaxing?"

Scar immediately raised an eyebrow"is it?" she asked sarcastically and rhetorically. She might have never been to a club but she watches movies and reads a whole lot of novels, so she was well aware the atmosphere in a club and what can happen to unsuspecting and unlucky girls in there, it reminded of her of something she will never forget.

"You know what Scarlet, I am tired of arguing with you" when she was lost in thought Cami had already dialed a number and the voice that came from the phone on the loud speaker made her body stiffen maybe because her mind already knew it had lost the battle.

"Scar...," his melodious voice echoed in the now silent room, "jamin" she softened her tone."Scar everything will be okay. Do you trust me?" From the voice coming from the phone one can imagine the endless indulgence the speaker has for the addressee.

"Jamin of course I trust you you know i do. I just don't want to go to a club" her voice slightly quivering with something unfathomable. Cami's eyes softened but she knew her best friend she doesn't want anyone's pity.

"Sunshine, nothing is going to happen to you, I and Cami will be there. Okay?"

A brief silence came on the room,"*sigh* okay".Cami immediately squeals in joy jumping on scars body making her break out in a fit of giggles.

"Thank you scar, I will see you guys later"

"Bye jamin!"Cami with her never ending energy shouts into the phone earning her a light chuckle.

"Bye Cami" and the line was cut off."Okay baby girl for your first club moment, it has to be memorable get dressed quickly. We are going to join jamin at his house and then we are off the shopping mall to get clothes that's going to get us laid".She immediately pushed her off to the bathroom causing both girls to laugh uncontrollably.

As she stared, no more like glared at the clothes that lay on the bed. When Cami was picking out the clothes she made sure to lose her,so it will be a beautiful surprise,and she wouldn't have time to change or pick out something else, and the look on Scar's face was to die for.

"What exactly am I looking at Cami?"

She chuckled soundlessly, "the clothes you will be wearing to the club this night was that not obvious."

There was a midhip length silver dress, it was glittering under the ray of lights and it was a summer sleeveless the cleavage open was much, there hair was already done with her curly shoulder length pink hair and her lips painted with a red tint lipstick and smoky eyeshadow. It was pretty obvious the person that did her makeup was Cami. She only wore one jewelry a silver necklace that she loved it was adorned with stars all over it.

"I cant wear that dress Cami"

"why not its beautiful, every man's eyes will be on you tonight"

"That's the problem Cami it's too eye catching"

"Well honestly you dont have a choice baby girl"

After about 20 minutes of arguing, she stared at herself in the mirror sulking. "Stop being like that Scarlet and for heavens sake stop pulling it down girl, you look absolutely sexy."

Scar stared at her resentfully but staring at her reflection she truly did look different a beautiful kind of different and so did Cami but the dressing was her usual kind of style though she had on a white strapless bra and a black net top with leggings that had an open crisscross at the side and on her feet were high heeled knee length high boots.

"Ahh girl we look completely edible."

"You are the only one that wants to be eaten tonight Cami." She replied, to which she only chuckled.

They grabbed their bags, Jamieot in the car Jamin arranged for them, the plan was to meet Jamin at the club. In about 20 minutes they had arrived at their destination. It was a club at the outskirts of the city, there was a huge purple neon sign that said Regal club, making there way inside she couldn't deny the beauty of the place if you ignored the clamorous atmosphere and the people grinding against themselves.

It had a sleek and modern setting, there was a dim lighting a rectangular bar on the left side of the club and the dance floor was located at the center with multiple sofas being placed at the sides. The DJ booth was at the left forefront with multiple speakers blasting through the space. There was about 20 speakers in multiple angles of the club. They were two private room upstairs, one was for Jamin and the other was unknown to her, there were two bodyguards stationed at the sides of the door at the other room.

Jamin was already in the room as they went in.He looks stunning in the beach summer shirt and black Jean trousers, his hair was tousled as if the owner didn't feel like arranging it or had run his hand through it quite roughly. His gray eyes were staring straight at us with a smile on his lips.

"You look beautiful Scar and so do you Cami."

"Thank you, you look handsome too"

"Happy birthday jamin",they say at the same time.

"Thank you ladies." he says. Settling Cami immediately initiated a game while Jamin was gesturing to the waiters at his side to bring some drinks

"So my game is we have to ask questions to each other on a round setting."The questions were cheeky and embarrassing scar couldn't answer a single one and had already had to drink 6 glasses of alcoholic wine,her vision was starting to be hazy, all she heard was Cami saying she's going to the bathroom and the next second a witer bursts in talking frantically,

"Mr Shawn, the woman you brought in is fighting with some men outside"

"Do not go anywhere Scar I will be right back,"

And she was left alone, she was really starting to feel hot, it was really uncomfortable, "I need fresh air ugh i feel so hot" she says to no one in particular, making her way outside, she wobbled repeatedly but at least she didn't fall, opening the door, I looked left but the two bodyguards that were situated at the sides of the door were no longer there.Her legs moving on their own or at least that's what she thinks.

She opens the door ajar slowly, and all eyes turned to her , they were about 10 people in the room with exceptions to the bodyguards though.As she cranked her neck to stare at the front of the room, her breath stilled and her brain shortcircuted, the most handsome man she has ever set her eyes on was seated at the highest chair in the room, looking at her with an unfathomable gaze, his blue eyes were hard as if he was staring into her soul

She moved towards the man and the sound of knees hitting the ground echoed in the room, the man beside him moved to grab her arms but he raised his hands in a stop motion and the man advancing toward her was suspended.
