The weather outside seems to be good. The sun shines brightly and there are no clouds covering the beautiful sky. Doctor Sebastian or Doctor Seb, is riding his bike slowly while feeling the good weather of summer.

Today is his day off from work and he's heading to visit his mother at their house. Not far away from his apartment.

"Son.. You should say that you will visit. I didn't cook your favorite food." his mother said after he open the door and saw Seb. Seb just smile and answered..

"No need Mom. I've already eaten. It's a surprise visit Mom." Seb said and enter the house. Seb and his family are not that quiet rich. They are only leaving in a small house, only five people can fit. Seb has three siblings all are boys. Only his mother taking care of them because his father died long time ago.

"You're brother didn't go to school again. I don't know what is happening in that kid. Can you talk to him." his mother said. Seb sigh.

"Yes Mom." he answered.

In the family. Seb is the good son. While his little brother four years younger than him is a opposite of him. Always cut classes and hang out with friends always.

"Brother!" his little brother aged 5 hug his feet. Once in a blue moon, Seb visit his family because he is always busy in the hospital.

"Did you buy a new to for meh?" his little cute brother said. Seb kneel to have same height like his brother. He tap his brother head.

"I forgot, sorry little bro. I buy you next time and I promise it will be nice and big." the disappointed child become so happy hug his older brother so tight.

"Thanks brother." the child happily said.

"Go. Play with inside the room." he said. His brother nodded and headed in the room. He sitted at table.

His mother poured a tea and sitted at his front. At the age of forty, his mother look old and weak. His mother really worked hard for them and want them to have a good life not a life like they have now.

"How's your work?" she asked Seb.

"It's fine. My salary are quite high even though I just work there. You can stop working now Mom. I can give you money. I will work for us." Seb said. His mother smiled sweetly and hold Seb hand.

"Your such a good child. Save it for your future. You're already 22. I'm expecting a wedding before you turn 23 my son." his mother said.

"Mom. Let's not talk about it. I'm still young. I can save for my future. I can also give you money. So Mom please stop working okay?" Seb said.

"Okay. If that's what you want. But I will tell you this son. I'm already getting old, I want to see my grandchild before I die." his mother said and sigh before drinking her tea.

"I can give you lot of grandchild Mom. Just wait." Seb jokingly said and sip on his tea.

After visiting his mother. He immediately go back in his apartment because tomorrow he will work again. His apartment is not that big also. There's one cr, the sala and kitchen is connected and there's only one bed room. He is saving for his family.

Morning, with neat and clean white lab gown. Doc. Seb is walking at the long hallways of the hospital. Some nurse greeted him good morning and he will immediately response. Some patients also smile at him and call him. Doc. Seb is popular in the hospital because of his sweet personality.

"STOP THAT CHILD!" one of the nurses shouted.

A young boy with black hair almost covering his eyes is running so fast at the hallway that make the patients and the nurses look at him.

"F**ck you! I don't want to be here!" the young boy whisper and run fast as he could.

Everything seems like slow mo when Seb look at the young guy running and passed him. The young guy is just looking straight.

"Doc. Seb! Please stop that kid!" the nurse shouted. Seb eyes widened because of the nurse shout. And when his senses are back he immediately chase the boy.

"F **k! Who the hell is that! Damn!" the young boy names Caleb said. Seb is a runner.

"Damn!" Caleb almost fell because he always look at the back. Damn. He's a good runner, he said in his mind. Caleb jump at the window only six feet high to the ground.

He landed softly. He looked back and saw how Seb terrified. Caleb clap his hands and wave his hands while smiling sweetly.

"Let's not meet again Doc." Caleb shouted. He was about to turn around..

"And oh! You're such a good runner Doc. But I'm better.. Goodbye~" Caleb said with teasing voice and cutely wave his hands again.

He put his two hands on the pocket of the hospitals clothe and walking slowly while humming. He's confident that Doc. Seb will not catch him.

"FFFF****KKKK!!!" Caleb shouted when someone grap the back of his clothes.

"Where are you going? Hmm?" Seb said while lifting Caleb. Caleb frown and tried to run away but Seb is to strong.

"Fck let me go! Fk Fck Fck!" he continued cursing.

"Surely, we will meet again." Doc. Seb said while smiling and put Caleb back at the hospital.
