Astralie Vixen was forced to attend the university her mother selected for her.
After her parents' divorce, they relocated from West City to Central City, where her mother rented a room apartment at CiCi's Hotel. It was also near at the office of her mother.
Crowell University, a college university wherein talented, genius and wealthy students attended from the Capital City. It was not that easy to pass their entrance exam yet Astralie Vixen aced the exam.
Astralie heaved a sigh while looking at the sky.

“Tomorrow's the first day of school, huh?”

“Why do I even need to attend the class? It sucks.”
Thaddeus
“Because you need to?— For your future.”
Astralie flinch as she suddenly heard someone's voice, it made Thaddeus laugh seeing her reaction.

“Where the heck did you come from?”
Thaddeus
“Hmm, From behind?”
Thaddeus jokingly answered.
Astralie rolled her eyes as she pinch his arm after he sat beside her.

“Oww! What was that for?”

“Heh, you even dare to asks that?”
Astralie scoffed, lips formed to a grin as she stare at him.
Thaddeus
“Tss, I only answered your question. If somebody sees you talking alone here, they will think you are a crazy woman— Oi, what's with that grin? What are you thinking?”
Thaddeus stood up and take a few steps away from her place, he could sense that she might be planning on something. Astralie laugh softly while looking at him.
Astralie Vixen
“Are you that scared of me?”
Thaddeus
“Who said I'm scared? I know that kind of smile would do something. Come on, I just wanted to surprise you.”
Astralie Vixen
“Oh, well, then it worked!— What's really the reason? When did you arrived?”
Thaddeus
“Just awhile ago. Reason? Hmm, I missed you.”
Astralie Vixen
“Miss your face. The real reason Deus, you won't just come here because you missed me.”

“Tch. cold hearted. I just really missed you.”

“Does mom know that you are here?”

Ms. Xin brought Astralie Vixen to the class 1-1, everyone stared at her and starts murmuring with each other.

002 : Who Is Zico?
Astralie already expected the students in her class will gossip about her yet she didn't mind at all.
For Astralie, They're not worthy of her time to deal with.
After she introduced herself, Ms. Xin pointed at the empty seat beside Zico.
Zico Novellion, a man of his word. He doesn't really talk much. An introvert yet no one can really deny his good looks.

Vierra suddenly walked towards Astralie's seat with a smug confidently gaze and wicked smile.

Astralie shortly gaze at her, only shows that she's uninterested with her presence and words that made Vierra irritated.

Vierra furrowed her brows irritatedly gazing at her.

"Oh, poor thing. You don't talk to me that way. Since you are new, You should clean the room after class hour— Also you should 'know' your place."
Astralie scoffed upon hearing Vierra's words; As if she get easily intimidated by it.
Astralie looks on the board, gaze scanning the room as if she's looking for something before gazing lazily back to Vierra.

"Clean the room, you say? Heh, why don't you do it?"
Astralie Vixen
"You look like a cleaner anyways."
The students gasped except Vierra, she felt embarrassed by Astralie's words.
It boiled her blood just by staring at Astralie, finds her intimidating.

"What the heck did you say?!?"
Astralie Vixen
"I will not repeat my words. Shoo, you are not worthy of my time."
Astralie was about to rest her head on her desk when Vierra suddenly kicked the table's leg.
Astralie doesn't really care about the bullies since she already had an experienced when she's at grade school.
For Astralie, They are such a wasteful trash and must not waste her time to argue with them but right now. Vierra pissed her off.

"What the duck is wrong with you?”
Zico woke up, irritated from the noise surrounds him.
He was surprised to see the new girl beside him, though he acted like he doesn't care much.

He coldly said without even looking at them.
Vierra stormed out the room because of frustration, followed by her so-called tea friends.

Zico cut her off as he stood up, picked up his bag and leave the room instead.

'What the heck is wrong with that guy?'
As the class done, Astralie immediately left the university without even waiting for Thaddeus.
When she got home, Thaddeus was surprised almost flinch as he sees her settling on the couch.

"Seriously? That's your question? Am I some type of kid in your eyes?"

"No more asking. Just get my food ready."

He couldn't even finish his final teasing words when she stood up and almost use the comb to throw at him.
Astralie went to her room, get herself showered to freshen up and changed to cozy clothes.
She sat on her bed while drying her hair when suddenly a man from earlier plays back in her mind.

"Ice king? What a terrible nickname. Sounded like a grade school or high school nickname."

"From what I heard earlier.. He is Zico.."
Astralie pursed her lips, took out her phone, read the group chat messages and decided to search the guy named Zico in their classroom group chat but found nothing.

The next day...
At the gym class, the class 1-1 gathered around the center with their gym professor, asked them to partnered up.

"Zico, I don't have a partner.. Can you be—"
Zico turned his head to Astralie's direction.

Astralie cluelessly stare at him then pointed at herself.
'What's up with this guy?' -Astralie's thought.
Gently tilt her head to the side and noticed Vierra's irritated expression.

Astralie mumbled softly, Zico didn't mind it and took the initiative to hold her hand as she get up.

Zico firstly guided Astralie's hand as he teach her the step in waltz dance.

"Did you partnered up with me because of Vierra?"
Zico sternly gaze at her while they're swiftly doing the right steps in waltz.

"You are new. you don't know anyone here. Who else would partner up with you?"
Astralie pursed her lips, he didn't even answer her question but his response makes sense.
As the time goes by, each partners performed in front of their gym professor.
"Astralie, Zico, Vierra and Lucian. See you after class. Everyone pack up and go to your next class."
Vierra
"Lucian, what do you think of that girl?"
Vierra whispered at Lucian as she pointed Astralie with her pouty lips.

"Are you blind? She might be using magic to change her appearance."
Lucian
"Seriously, magic? We are not in a fantasy world Vierra."
Vierra
"Oh, come on. There's probably something she's hiding from everyone."

"And I will definitely be the one to reveal it."
Vierra mischievously grin while staring at Astralie's back.
Their professor's announcement brought news of yet another group session for the research plan.
To everyone's surprise, Vierra, Astralie, Lucian, and Zico were assigned to the same group. Upon hearing the roster for Team A, Vierra secretly broke into a grin.

After the dismissal of class, the four headed to the gym professor's faculty room.

"Without further ado, I've taken the liberty of signing you up as the representative for Class 1-1 in the upcoming royal dance. I was truly impressed by the swiftness of your group's performance.

"Shouldn't you ask us before you registered our name to be a representative?"
Gym Professor

"No, when is the event scheduled?"

After leaving the faculty room, Vierra attempted to cling to Zico's arm.

Zico swiftly moved away and pushed Vierra away. She stumbled backward, bumping into Lucian, who then steadied her by holding her arms.

"Dude! What's wrong with you?"

"Tch. Me? Huh, Vierra and I are not close, so, why would I let her cling to me?"
Lucian
"You could've ask nicely than to push her. You changed. Really."
Vierra
"Enough, both of you. Sorry, Zico.. I thought were good fri—"
Zico glared at her and cut off her words.

"I don't remember making friends with any of you.."
Zico's phone rung before they could even say a word. He left immediately as he answered the call.
They were left standing in the corner of the hallway by the gate's exit.
Lucian
"Uh, Astralie.. Right? Do you want to join us?"
Lucian
"What? I just want to invite her.."
Astralie Vixen
"No, thanks. I still have something to do."
Vierra
"See. She has 'something' to do. Let's go."
Vierra pulled Lucian away and left the campus while Astralie left alone as she waited for Thaddeus.
Meanwhile, Zico was already settled in his Porsche, his features hardening into a serious and deadly mien as he remembered the Royal Dance Event.
He gripped on the steering wheel.

"Z, the document you've been asking was already emailed to you."
Zico Novellion
"Did you find new information aside from getting the documents I needed?"

"We found a recording and there was a woman calling out for a Vixen. loud and clear, Z."
His grip slowly loosened, short silence when he heard Vixen.
Zico Novellion
"Vixen...?"

"Yes, do you know someone?"
Zico Novellion
"No.. Check thoroughly and find out who's Vixen was there at a time.."
