It was the start of a new school Year. Mai Haiba started her new school year at Azusa High School. She was known as an ‘Extraordinary’ student when she was in Middle School by all the teachers. Although she looked like a total Badass, she would always score the highest in her grade.

Mai’s parents died in a fire when she was born and she was saved by two young men who were about seven years older than her. The badass, Chiaki and his popular younger brother, Jin. Mai was taken in as the two of the boys’ younger sister and she was loved dearly by them. The two of them were always overprotective of their sister. Chiaki and Jin were very proud of Mai when her teachers called her an ‘Extraordinary’ Child. They would often praise her and treat her to food whenever her Teachers praised her. Mai learned self-defense from her older brother Chiaki to protect herself from danger. She took the two of their last names and became Mai Haiba.

“Mai! Hurry up and get out of bed! If not you are going to be late for school! It’s your new school year and you are finally a High School student!” Chiaki said, standing beside Mai’s bed wearing a cute pink bear apron. Chiaki had pitch black hair and piercings on his ears. His bangs almost covered his dark red eyes. He looked like a badass and a cold person from far but he was a Calm and Gentle person. Chiaki’s appearance did not fit his personality at all. “Ugh... Okay... I got it... I’ll come down for breakfast in a minute”

Mai said with and unwilling voice. He is right, It’s a new school year and I’m almost late! She got out of bed and ran to get ready for school.

Mai came out of her room wearing a white shirt, a red tie that wasn’t worn properly and a short black skirt. Mai had dark purple hair and had black earrings. Her hair glistens in light and looks like a midnight sky. She ran down the stairs to the kitchen. To her surprise, her second elder brother, Jin was there eating his breakfast with a tired look. “Good Morning Brother Jin!” Mai said with a delighted and fresh look on her face. It was as if you could see flowers from her aura. “Good Morning my dear Angel!” Jin said with an elated smile. She nodded and sat down for breakfast.

They finished their breakfast in a rush as they were both late. Jin finally got a Job as a Teacher in Azusa High School also known as Mai’s new High School. A few weeks earlier he was pestering Chiaki that he wanted to be together with Mai all the time. Chiaki didn’t have a choice and decided to let Jin protect Mai in his stead.

They both ran out the front door and saw Chiaki waiting in the car. He told the two of them to get on and that he would drive them to school on his way to work. Chiaki worked as a CEO of a big company. Many people have always wanted to marry him but he always refuses. Jin and Mai rushed into the car and slammed the door close. “Full Speed Ahead!” They said at the same time. Chiaki nodded with a smirk on his face and accelerated the car.

Before they knew it, they had reached Azusa High School. This was it! I’m finally here! I’m going to make lots of friends and get myself a boyfriend while I’m at it.
