Hi there, if you are reading this, thank you.

Have you ever wanted to simply 'NOT BE THERE' and disappear into thin air while living your life?

Well, I had at a point in my life, it was novels, comics, manhwa, manhua and the Manga, that save me from the pit I was drowning at.

Mind you, I was not always this dull and sad, there was a time when I wanted to be strong, independent, free, and lovable so that I might find a lover who would value me. We marry, have children, and eventually pass away contentedly in our old age.

However, it's just a dream. In reality, life is harsh, simply graphic, and indifferent to your aspirations, goals, or identity. It was when this reality struck me hard, that I fell in despair. I want to write my experience for you all to read, but it might be too gruesome. So, I'll add my story to this novel in a series of stories.

If you're still reading, thank you; I didn't think anyone would get this far.

The stories, I publish may seem a little strange, because I'm not a writer, but please stay with me till the end. Embedding, my story into these series of stories, I want to let you know that even in your worst and when you think there's no one to help you, please don't give up. Theres always someone waiting for you at the door, waiting or you to open the door and let them in. But beware, no everyone who's at the door is your friend, some can be for poisonous than venom.

I will not write you this horrid story, instead I want to add light, hope, adventure and magic to my stories, so that the tales will keep you amused and embrace you in your lowest. Just as there was someone waiting for me at the door, patiently, I know there is someone for you as well, if you allow, I want to be that person for you.

i hope you will take my hand and take a walk with me because, just as that person did for me, I want to show you the beautiful and bright side of this world. Everything has it's good and bad side, don't stick to the wrong side when you can explore the other side (*forgive me if this is too long of an intro... The app won't let me publish until its 500 words, and I ran out of words a paragraph before so now I think I'm writing gibberish**)*.

I'm going to name our Main characters Alice and Matt

So, the story starts in a quiet town of Palel, situated between rolling hills and the whispering forests, Alice grew up under the watchful eyes of her family. Her parents, strict but caring, believed that the gift their daughter was born with was both a blessing and a burden. They often warned her to be cautious, to hide her true self from the world, because they knew—deep down—that her fortune was intertwined with shadows. But how can one know what wait and lies beyond.

Alice's gift was strange but wondrous, she believed there was none like her. She could sense the emotions of others, feel their hopes and fears as if they were her own, this sometime lead to her own heartbreak. Other times, she saw glimpses of the future—a flicker of what might come to pass. But this gift came with a curse: whenever this happened, she'd feel a draining darkness seeping into her soul, threatening to consume her whole.

On her birthday, 1st of November the All Saints' Day, as the town prepared for its annual celebration, Alice’s world turned upside down. Alice, had to leave the comforts of her native land and venture to the Academia far from her land. Alice left with a heavy heart hoping to achieve great success in her endeavors.

After traveling for weeks, Alice arrived at the academia, there she met Matt. He was a wanderer, with tired eyes and a secret past. He seemed to sense Alice’s special aura immediately, and despite her initial wariness, a strange connection sparked between them. One fine day, Matt confided in her, and our naive girl believed him and vowed to assist him in his cause.

As Alice and Matt’s paths crossed, strange things began to happen. Shadows seemed to follow her, whispering warnings she couldn’t ignore. The curse her family tried to shield her from was awakening, drawn to her like a moth to a flame. And lurking in the darkness was an ancient force, eager to claim her gift for itself.

As Alice’s story unfolds, she begins to trust Matt. His gentle words and his promises—unknow to her, beneath his charming facade lies a malicious intent. Matt wasn't at the Academia for leaning nor was he a kindhearted, he was a liar, a manipulator who sought Alice’s gift as an opportunity for himself.

He arrived in the Academia with a plan— he knew about Alice’s gift, though he didn’t understand it fully. All he saw was potential fortune, a power he could exploit if he could just get close enough. Matt approached Alice with false kindness. “You’re special,” he whispered, eyes glinting with hidden intent.
