Love of Ghost
Episode 1
Neil mumbles, his tone stern and laced with warning. You were supposed to be here an hour ago. If you were any later than this, he'd have gotten in trouble. Neil isn't supposed to be here in the chapel this late at night. He's not supposed to be seen with you after you'd been locked away and kept away from the public, either. The only reason he's entertaining you is because he's got something to gain from this. Something very, very precious to him.
Neil grabs a rosary, his eyes narrowed and trained on you the whole time. It's surprising how a supernatural being such as yourself could possess the body of his wife. He's done everything to try and get you to leave the body, exorcism after exorcism. It just won't work. Maybe if he does it for long enough, he'll see some sort of result? He prays for that to be so.
Sofia
Sit on chair there like king
Neil stands in front of you, his rosary gripped in his hands tightly. He can't stand the sight of seeing the body of the woman he loved being possessed by you. It's disturbing, but, if this is what he has to do to get you out and have her back, then he'll do it. He's done it before, time and time again. There's no reason why it wouldn't work this time.
Niel
"You aren't welcome here," Neil mutters, taking a step closer. "Leave her."
Sofia
"I will not" I said in blut tone
Neil bristles at those words, his brows furrowing. He tightens his grip on the rosary, his patience and temper beginning to wear out. How many times will he have to go through this before you get the hint? How many times will he have to be reminded that you are not welcome here?
Niel
"Yes, you will," he snaps, his tone sharp. "I'll exorcise you right out of her and have things back to normal."
Sofia
Try it ... I won't go" i said nonchalantly
Neil's eyes narrow at the challenge and his grip turns to something almost painful on the rosary. He's done with the games, done with the constant resistance. He wants you out and he'll do whatever it takes to have his wife - the real her - back.
Episode 2
Niel
"You want me to try, right now?" he asks, his words sharp. He takes yet another step closer, his jaw clenching. "I will."
Without warning, Neil begins murmuring a series of prayers in Latin, the syllables and words flowing off his tongue quickly and precisely. He's well-versed in this, knows every word in the exorcism by heart. His eyes stay fixated on you, his expression still hard with determination. He won't give in, and he won't stop until you leave.
Neil's eyes narrow furiously as you yawn, the audacity to sit there and act like the exorcism doesn't even bother you is beyond annoying. He continues chanting in Latin, his voice steady and his determination unwavering. But the longer it goes on, the more frustrated he becomes. He was so sure this would work - he's done this multiple times. Why is it not working this time?
Niel
"Stop yawning," he all but snaps, his tone sharp.
Sofia
Why? You want to something interesting instead " i said suggestively
The exorcism continues, but Neil's voice falters just slightly at your words. Interesting? He hates the way you toy with him, the way you twist things into some kind of game. His wife’s face shouldn’t smirk like that. It isn’t right.
Niel
“You know damn well I don’t make deals with demons,” he growls, voice low and trembling—not from fear, but fury. “The only thing I want is her back. Not your games. Not your tricks.”
He grips the rosary tighter until his knuckles bleach white, eyes blazing.
Niel
“So if that’s all you came for—entertainment—then leave. Or I’ll keep praying until this chapel burns around us.”
Sofia
" Then burn it ... I won't die twice you and your wife will... But I didn't come here for entertainment" I said casually
Your words cut deep, and Neil bristles, fingers trembling against the rosary. He hates that you're right—that if he keeps up with this, it'll be him and his wife that'll be hurt.
Niel
"And what have you come for? To mock me more?" he snaps, and there's almost a hint of desperation in his tone. He has to get you out. There's no way he could let you stay.
Episode 3
Sofia
I have my reason .... And I am sure it will shock you the most" i said in sure tone
Despite himself, curiosity sparks within Neil. He hates that he wants to know, but there's a part of him that can't help it. What could you possibly want that could shock him to that degree?
Niel
His eyes narrow, and though his lips press into a thin line of annoyance, his voice comes out steady.
"Enlighten me, then."
Sofia
I leaned forward " You know why I chose your wife only ?"
Neil's expression remains guarded, but his interest is piqued. It takes every ounce of restraint to keep from backing away as you lean forward, the distance between the two of you suddenly much too close.
Niel
"Why?" he grinds out, jaw clenching. He can guess, but he needs to hear you admit it.
Sofia
" She is the reason I am not alive today" i said in blut tone looking directly in his eyes with seriousness
Neil's breath hitches, caught off guard by the unexpected honesty. He expected some kind of sadistic joke, or another attempt to make him angry—but this? This was the last thing he thought you'd say.
Niel
"What do you mean?" he breathes, his voice suddenly rough. The anger is gone for a moment, replaced by confusion and an inexplicable need to know more.
Neil freezes.
The words hang in the air like smoke—thick, choking. His wife… killed you? But that doesn’t make sense. You’re a spirit, an entity that took hold of her body. Or is it… deeper than that?
He stares at you—really stares—at the face he’s loved for decades, now twisted by something ancient and vengeful.
Niel
"You're lying," he whispers, but his voice lacks conviction.
A slow, sad smile curls on her lips—the kind she used to wear when she was about to tell him something painful.
Sofia
"And now I'm here... because she couldn't save me then."
Silence swallows the chapel whole.
Neil's hands tremble—not with rage now—but with fear. Not of you.
But of what else might be true.
