In the midst of the crowded people in the airport, there's a lady who arrived riding a black Honda car. Her slim and slender body shapes as she stretched out her legs out of the driver's seat and slowly brought herself out from the car and closed it behind her.

Another younger woman followed from the backseat and she carried a suitcase with her wearing a black sunglass in a traveller's attire.

"We've arrived!" Says the lady who've gone out from the car first.

"Thanks for giving me a ride, sis." Was the reply of the woman wearing a sunglass and she walked towards the entrance of the airport after her quick wave to the first woman.

"Hey! I didn't brought you here to leave you waiting. I'll stay until you board your plane." The first lady spoke up and ran after her younger sister and they entered the building of the airport together.

'I've arrived Dad. I'll see you real soon at home.'

A finger then smoothly clicked the sent button on Messenger and the receiver replied after a few minutes have passed.

'I've already prepared Mr. Romeo to fetch you there, son. Just wait 'til he comes and we'll see each other again."

'Thanks, Dad.'

The phone was turned off and was placed in his pockets as he moved with the crowd coming out of the airplane.

"Ohh~ Hey! Wait up!" There was a small package that fell from a certain staff in the airport and it wasn't recognized so it was picked up and he chased after that staff after he was not heard when he called.

"Yes, mom. I'm currently waiting for the next one to leave today..." A woman was talking to her mother on her phone while seated at the waiting area with her intertwined legs and was reading a magazine on her lap at the moment.

"Yes. Yes. I have brought everything even my marshies! I'll be fine, mom. You take care there too. And don't forget to feed baby DJ, okay??" A laughter echoed from the other line of the call followed by the reply of the mother.

"Well, of course. You can't let him get thin while I'm gone. Don't starve him please." And a smile traced on the woman's face after receiving another reply from her mother that she fixed her BlackPink cap.

"You'll be the pilot on the next plane, right?" A red-haired pilot asked another pilot after they have gone out of the men's comfort room.

"Uh-yeah. I'll be flying again once more." A green-haired pilot chuckled after his statement and the other pilot just tapped his back and smiled at him.

"Then fly high and don't fall, bro." Says the first pilot walking a faster pace than the other one.

"I'LL FLY SAFELY AND LAND SAFELY 'TIL YOU RIDE MY PLANE NEXT TAKE OFF!"

An amused smile runs to the second pilot's face waving to the other pilot's back who have gone further away after what he has said.

And the next plane took off after a long wait in the airport paving it's way through the clouds of the starry night sky...

Dawn's POV

I have just arrived at the school campus early in the morning and I trodded my way straight to the direction of our classroom. The weather is pleasant today with the warm welcoming of the rising sun from the east.

There is this refreshing morning zephyr that knowingly carried my azure hair away. I took my steps carefully and my head turned about when I passed the school garden.

"Good morning, Dawn!" A senior female student greeted me when our eyes met.

I halted from my pace and walked a few steps nearer to the fence of the garden.

"Good morning too, senior Vivien...."

She knowingly smiled as she watered the budding roses on the flower pots.

"You're quite early to attend to these flowers, senior..." I told her.

"Oh~ It's only a part of my habit here in school... It'll be one thing I'll be missing soon enough..." She answered straining her smile and she bit her lip as if she has thought of something that bothered her.

"Oh well... I'll see you around then, Dawn..." She told me so I stepped aback from the fence and gently waved at her before I continued my way to the classroom.

During lunch....

"Can I have one slice of banana cake and an orange juice???" I told the woman at the counter who serves the foods and drinks here in the cafeteria.

And just after a few seconds, I saw my order right before me so I took it after my payment.

"Woah~! Watch it!"

It was sudden but I at least managed to dodge her before she got to hit herself on me.

"Soorryyy!!!" That girl who nearly ran over me apologized as she continued to ran off.

"Don't you ran away from us, May! You said it's your treat today!?"

And then came two female senior students who also ran pass me that I froze on my place. Luckily, they were the ones who avoided me so I was safe from all the trouble if ever my food got wasted.

I only sighed following the sight of that brown-haired girl and the two female senior students running after her.

"Hey, Dawn...."

I was caught by the voice of who called my name and when I turned around to see, it was senior Vivien holding a tray with French fries and fruit salad and a burger.

"Got company??" She simply asked and I only shook my head as a response.

"Then want to eat with me, by any chance?? Oh~ There! That table's empty!" She pointed a table for two at a corner and she led the way going there so I only followed her.

"You don't have anyone to eat with during times like these???" Senior Vivien asked me right after we have seated and we began to eat.

I simply nodded my head and smiled a bit.

"I'm not actually the sociable person in class, senior...." I replied and I noticed how senior Vivien lifted her eyebrows.

"That's new... I easily got acquainted with you when we met in the convenience store last week though..." She recalled of our first meeting and she was right.

We have just recently gotten acquainted with each other last week when I was told to buy something in the convenience store and I unknowingly met senior Vivien when she came to aid me at the counter when my budget for the things I bought was likely stolen. She came and paid for what I bought and I really got in a panic that time if not thanks to her help... I promised I'll repay her then and when I returned home that day, my sister scolded me for not being careful of bringing money with me.

Well, I have at least paid senior Vivien already and she used to greet me every morning now and then... However, this is the first time I have talked to her this close.

"Say Dawn, are you kind of busy with anything here in school???" She then asked me before I took a bite on the banana cake slice.

"Nothing in particular, senior Vivien..." I replied and she likely got a delighted smile painted on her face after hearing me.

"Then... Can you come over in the garden with me this dismissal in the afternoon??? I would like to ask your help on something..." She told me and I didn't hesitated to answer that I will come even though I have no idea of what we will be doing.

"That's great then!" She uttered hearing a positive response from me.

In the afternoon when it was already the dismissal, I went straight to the garden and saw Senior Vivien with another female senior student who was helping her arranging the flower pots to the side of the garden.

"You're here!"

"Is she the junior student you're talking about to me???" The other senior female student asked senior Vivien and she nodded with a blissful smile before she invited me inside the garden.

"It's good that you have come, Dawn... I thought you would have second thoughts otherwise... Meet my best friend, Wendy Marshall."

The other female senior extended her hand to me with a friendly smile displaying her reddish lips and her gorgeous, glimmering brown irises that matched the color of her wavy hair.

"Nice to meet you, Dawn!"

I smiled back to senior Wendy and returned the greeting as well.

"What will I then be doing here, senior Vivien??" I asked after the warm introduction I had with senior Wendy.

"Oh~ About that... I was thinking if you could help us out to rearrange everything in this garden... And see to it that it'll be cleaned well too.. I wasn't able to ask someone else to help us actually so I invited you to help.. It's alright with you??" She asked.

"Of course! I would be very glad to help you, seniors!" I replied cheerfully and soon we were already busy with the garden work.

We managed to finish just about five in the afternoon and they both treated me ice cream on our way home. I happen to have waved them goodbye when we reached the intersection where I parted ways from them and I walked my way home.

Days have passed since then and I grew closer to both senior Vivien and senior Wendy. We often hang out in the garden and I learned a lot of ways to care for plants and flowers. I learned more of what they're called and I grew to be fond of the garden work. Often times, I found myself reading books about plants and flowers in the library during my free times then I'll share what I've learned to both the seniors.

In a swift passing of days, weeks and months, half a year had gone through and I have only been having two close companions in school. The two seniors I spent most of my days in school...

However, as such happy moments come to an end, I have finally got to see them marching on the red carpet during their graduation day... We were able to take a picture together and, for the last time, we had dinner in a certain restaurant we first went to together.

"That's a good memory to be looking back from last year..." I muttered to myself as I lay my head on my desk here in our classroom.

I'm now on my third year in high school on this same school and it's been a week since the beginning of classes.

I'm back to being the unsociable girl in class with no one to hang out with and no one to spend most of my time anymore. I have been really this kind of person ever since so I don't have any friends except for the two seniors I have been acquainted with last year.

I closed my eyes to rest for a short time since we are currently still waiting for the teacher to come. Just then...

"HEY! WHO SAID YOU COULD JUST TALK LIKE THAT TO ME??!?"

I was supposed to be getting myself with a peaceful atmosphere but then I heard my male classmates came in and likely have started another ruckus for the day... They have dragged another classmate with them to the chalkboard and surrounded him. He is one of the nerds in the class with blonde hair and round glasses. It seemed like he has offended one of them, the bullies of our class.

In the meantime, I remained quiet on my seat and chose to not get involved with them.

And when one of the big boys has lifted his fist to give the nerd a punch...

"EHEMMM~!"

Everybody in class ran off to their own seats and arranged the chairs. Even the bullies and the nerd also made their way to their own seats.

"Quite an interesting view for the morning class~ Eh?? How disgusting!" Our male teacher scolded right after he made his way to the front and placed his book on the table.

He crossed his arms and glared at the bullies one by one before he cleared his throat.

"Anyways... Let's get to the special announcement and introduction for today." He began and he went to the door and called someone from the outside.

Just then, an average looking boy dressed in our school uniform appeared at the doorstep and entered the classroom that most of the girls began to whisper to each other and the boys followed their gazes on the new face.

"Go on..." Our teacher told him and he faced us with a cheerful aura encompassing his face.

"Hi~ It's nice to meet you all! My name's Ash Ethereal. Eighteen years old and I came from Indigo International School. I'm looking forward to be learning with all of you!"

I heard a resounding whisper after his self introduction and he was directed to his seat which was actually a seat next to Drew at the end of the third row.

He was a well built guy with black hair and a pair of brown eyes that everyone in the room got their attention to for some minutes before returning to the normal things to do inside the classroom like listening to the teacher.

I focused my attention as well but once I got a glimpse of the new student, I spotted him to be roaming his sight around the room likely observing and he actually met my sight onto him that he smiled at me with a simple wave.

I grew flustered by it and I quickly averted my eyes from him and focused back to listening to the teacher who was giving a lecture in front.

During the class hours, the one person who stood out was Drew Regulus Celestine...

He's currently the smartest guy in class and the most adored person by almost all of my female classmates. He's a rich, quiet, witty person who tend to be the dream guy of many.

And yes, he's been answering the teachers very well and clearly and he even gave some useful comments on our lessons as well.

Until the end of the morning classes....

"Uhm~ Hey, smart kid! Wanna go to the cafeteria with us??" One of the bullies who cornered the nerd earlier approached Drew just as he was taking his bag from his seat.

Drew didn't bother them but only went his way out of the classroom.

Just like the way he is...

He isn't like me who is not so sociable but he tend to avoid the bullies at all cost since he's always being pestered by them. Other than that, he don't use to have any group of people to bring company around him but he converse with other students at times.

"Heh~! If only he's not...." The same bully who talked to him earlier uttered out but he was cut off by his friends.

"Oh well... YOU!!"

They have redirected their gaze to the new student who was gradually nearing the door as well that he stopped and looked to them lifting his eyebrow seemingly waiting for what they have to say to him.

They began sneering at him before they approached him with their mischievous smiles....

"Ashy boy... You...."

Dawn's POV:

"Are you going to the cafeteria???" The same big bully asked Ash and he nodded as his response.

"Then you should go with us." The same big bully stated and he walked to Ash with his hands inserted in his pockets and he locked his gaze to Ash's brown eyes when he got closer.

"You're inviting me then???" Ash asked appearing to be interested about the offer.

"Of course! You're the new kid around afterall!" Big bully said and patted Ash's back with a force. "I'm Ezlan. Leader of the gang... Welcome to the class, by the way!"

"Nice to meet you, Ezlan!" Ash extended his hand and Ezlan was obviously surprised about his action.

Ezlan received the handshake and Ash was clearly smiling genuinely while they were doing that.

"Alright, now let's go?? Shall we??" Ezlan led Ash out of the room and were soon gone from sight.

I took out the lunch box from my bag and began eating alone.

"May, are you going to go to the student council now??"

I heard a classmate talking to May, a classmate who is currently part of the student council body.

"Nah~ I'll be going to my brother's school this lunch..." She replied and took her bag before she left.

I stayed in the room the whole lunchbreak mostly sleeping on my desk after I finished eating my lunch.

The strumming of the guitar stopped and I longed to continue hearing it but it didn't play again anymore.

For a short silence in the room, I opened my eyes realizing that I have been sleeping all the while and was only brought back to my consciousness after hearing the song of someone.

When I tilted my head from my desk, I caught sight of a black-haired guy holding a guitar. He was tapping his pen on a paper that was on his desk and his foot was also waveringly beating onto the floor.

He began to play a plucking again and sang the same lines he sang before.

...🎶It was just a piece of music that I heard from the audio clip you've sent......

...It was just a few notes you've played yet I ever wanted to hear more of it......

...How come it kept on playing in my mind?...

...How come it's been recorded in my head?...

And he followed it with a playful plucking rhythm before he played off a prolonged cord.

"Gotcha!!!" He exclaimed after finishing the song that he even got up from his seat with a big smile raising the paper that was on his desk.

He turned his sight to my spot and he was suddenly silent biting his lip after seeing me as if he was surprised of my presence in the room.

"Oh~ Did I wake you up???" His concerned voice inquired and he sat down back quickly on his seat.

I lifted my head and looked on my sides realizing that there was no one in the room except the two of us.

He was still looking at me interrogatively when I returned my gaze at him that I even stuttered when I replied.

"N-no~! Not at all~~! I'm good." I replied to him and quickly averted my eyes away from his gaze and onto the desk.

"Oh, really?? Well.... That's fine then... I forgot that there's actually someone around here. I think I got caught up with what I'm doing just now. Hehe~" He replied simply rubbing his nape before he took hold of the paper and he looked at it.

"I-I guess you really did..." I muttered to myself and hugged my bag after I placed it on my lap.

"Say then... Since you-uh... I think you've heard me just now... So what do you think???" He suddenly inquired that I lifted my brows confusingly at him.

"Oh~ What I mean is this." He said and picked the paper on his desk and showed it to me before his face that I noticed it to be a written lyrics of the song he was singing earlier.

"You were.. Uhm~ Composing then, Huh????" I told him and he closed his lip forming a smile with his eyes displaying a sense of happiness as well and he succeeded with a couple of nods.

"It's nice... I think..." I replied to him and I got to hum the tune of his song for a short time.

I saw him smile even more vividly hearing me and he even gestured a thumbs up to me.

"You sound nice too! I guess you'll be better singing than humming then." He spoke and chuckled on his seat.

He sat on a better position facing me and he tapped the side of his guitar with the pick he was holding.

"Wanna sing along then???" He asked and started playing his instrument smiling at me like he was saying to sing along with him.

"Come on... Just the lines I sang earlier..." He insisted but I only looked to him. "Oh~ Yeah.."

He rested his guitar on his lap with the strap around his neck and he took hold of the paper that was on his desk. He then folded it until he was able to make an airplane origami.

He threw the paper plane to the air and it flew straight to my forehead. I even heard him chuckled on his seat and gave me a peace sign with his fingers.

"Alright!" He spoke and held his guitar and began strumming.

He eyed me and continued strumming as if he was waiting for me to join him in.

At the last sound of his guitar, he made a soft whistle before he clapped his hands with an open mouth smile.

"You should have sang along..." He said.

I only smiled shyly at him and he started to play a different song on his guitar. It was a song that I easily recognized as the new recent song that has been released by the Alpha Band Chorus. I knew the song so I was able to at least sang along with Ash's singing.

...🎶Ohhh-ohhhh🎶...

...🎶Every shadow brought upon by the sun brings in a figure of a silhouette......

...Every strum on my guitar by my arm sounds behind the pressure on the fret....

...And every music, every note, every line that has been written yet,...

Ash continued to play the instrumental part and he is undeniably getting the vibe of the song and it's melody.

"Woah~?! Is that ABC's 'Behind My Smile??? I have been listening to it since before and kept it on repeat over and over again!"

Brock exclaimed after entering the room that interrupted both me and Ash from continuing. He even showed us his playlist from his phone before he went to his seat.

There were also others who followed after him and most of the girls who have heard gathered around Ash when they entered in.

"So you can play a guitar, Ash??? And it was ABC's you have sang! You sounded like the lead singer of that band!" They told him which I easily heard from my seat since they were talking with loud voices given the feeling of excitement.

"Yeah~! Ash is so cool! He really sounded like ABC's Flame Meteor, the lead singer and guitarist." I heard Iris stated gritting her teeth after that.

"Eeeh~! Just don't forget Blizzard Comet, the band's drummer, and Aero Asteroid, the one who plays the keyboard!" I heard Misty interrupted and I heard a long squeal from them.

"Hey~ I heard that they've disbanded though~" Paul, who sat behind me told Clemont in a whisper.

"R-really???" Was Clemont's doubtful response that he even fixed his glasses because he moved his glasses after hearing Paul.

"Shhh~" Paul quickly covered Clemont's mouth and eyed him.

"I have just heard it though. You can't let them hear you... Our classmates will likely argue with it.." Paul whispered to Clemont but little did they know that I was able to hear them behind me.

Besides, I am not that of a deaf person.

But, hey, ABC disbanding??

I can't imagine it... They've been a secret band that never showed their faces in the public or even in their music videos since the three months they started getting famous and to hear that they'll be disbanding?? That will be pretty heartbreaking for those who actually loved their music and would want to know who they really are...

"So Ash, are you an ABC fan?? You seem to know a lot of their songs!" I heard Serena talking to Ash since he has already played a couple of ABC's songs.

"Well.. You could put it that way, I guess.." Ash replied.

"Well, I think it's natural since ABC is really amazing!" Iris exclaimed.

"Laaammmee~" Ezlan suddenly interrupted the cheerful talk and he raised his feet on his desk.

"ABC is a band of cowards! If they're really amazing then there's no need for them to be hiding behind masks and should just reveal who they really are to the public.." Ezlan straightforwardly stated crossing his arms over his chest and everyone else fell silent before him.

"How can you say such rude thing about them, Ezlan??!" Iris asked back being offended.

"Nothing in particular, Iris... It's only too obvious isn't it?? They're hiding something, that's the fact. ABC is not so cool and great as what you think about them...." Ezlan supported his claim.

"It's their way of giving mystery it's meaning. It's the attracting aura that ABC has developed and it's part of their identity exposure..." Iris mumbled and Ezlan only eyed her that she didn't say anything more.

Sooner, the teacher came and our classes began.

During dismissal, Ezlan has announced on the microphone of the school about what he said regarding the bad things he believes about ABC and seemingly some students were offended by it specially Iris who pursued him to be brought to the Principal's office.

I have returned the book I have borrowed from the library before heading my way home and then I passed by the printing and photocopy room. I ended up hitting myself against a person who came out carrying a pile of photocopied papers with drawings on it that those papers fell to the floor.

"Huh~!? Oh no, I'm sorry. I was clumsy enough.... Wait~ Is this Ezlan???" I raised the paper with a drawing of a character that looks like Ezlan but was chubby and ugly in looks.

"Oh~ that's mine!" The paper was quickly taken from my hand and that's when I got to see whom I encountered.

"Shh~ Don't tell anyone... I am going to make him receive his consequence for what he has done about ABC by posting these drawings of mine around the campus... Please don't spill this to anyone, okay???" Ash pleaded before he broke into a run carrying those papers.

Did he just said he'll do such as that?? He's got some guts...
