Love Dungeon - Love In Chains
01
[Evan's house dungeon, 2:47 AM]
Pale yellow light swept across the mottled, dried bloodstains on the gray brick floor. The atmosphere was heavy, as if sealed off by silent, ragged breaths and the sound of chains dragging across the floor.
Lucas Jane was chained tightly to the old wooden chair, his wrists covered in swollen, festering cuts. He hung his head, his tangled, matted hair obscuring most of his face, the darkness swallowing the expression that had once captivated so many.
Light footsteps echoed. Slowly, calmly, as if the person arriving didn't need to hurry, because the prey had nowhere left to run.
Evan Joy was wearing a white shirt, the collar slightly disheveled, his hands still stained with blood. But his gait was light, as if he were taking a stroll.
He spoke softly, his voice slightly hoarse, like the sound of wind passing through his ears. When he didn't answer, he reached out, grabbed his chin, and forced him to look up, so that his eyes were forced to meet his.
That face - is still as beautiful as it was. Still makes his heart race, even though it's rotten with hatred.
Not to tease. Not to force. But gently... As if returning to the years when you were in his arms, being called by his name in a gentle way.
After a long time, he finally spoke:
Evan Joy
Do you remember where we first kissed...?
Lucas Jane didn't answer. Her eyes were blank as if the question had no weight.
Evan Joy
The B3 basement parking lot, that's the day I ran away from home because I argued with my dad.
Evan Joy's voice softened, and his eyes suddenly looked watery.
Evan Joy
I came to find you, so cold I was shivering... But I still took off my coat and covered you with it, then kissed you right there in the middle of that cold crowd of vehicles.
He smiled faintly, a distorted smile full of bitterness.
Evan Joy
At that time... I thought, even if I die, I won't leave you.
He bent down and kissed her again. This time it was deeper, filled with both pain and longing.
But when she left his lips, Evan Joy whispered in his ear, her voice suddenly deepening:
Evan Joy
Now, even if I die...I won't let you leave me.

The first time Evan Joy met Lucas Jane was at a lavish underworld party, where every influential figure wore their dangerous side like the shell of a predator.
Lucas Jane was just rising to fame then - a young man, but already known for his cold-bloodedness. His eyes swept around the banquet hall as if choosing prey, and inadvertently met the curious gaze of Evan Joy.
You're just a young master who is well protected. No one dares to approach, except him.
Lucas Jane
Looking at me so intently, does young master Evan also want to try the feeling of danger?
He smirked, his eyes flashing with interest.
Evan Joy didn't know what love was back then - but that first glance, along with that teasing yet provocative voice, planted a strange fire in his heart.
[1 year later - they started falling in love]
Lucas Jane isn't gentle, but is always on time.
He doesn't say sweet words, but his hands know how to embrace, his lips know how to caress, and his eyes are always only for Evan Joy whenever he is at his weakest.
They secretly met in the dark, where kisses silenced the world.
One night, Evan Joy asked softly:
Lucas Jane didn't answer immediately. He just pulled him into his arms, whispering close to his neck:
Lucas Jane
As long as you don't leave me first... I will make this whole world kneel at your feet.
An inside job has been exposed. The traitor is the person Evan Joy trusts the most. His family was almost wiped out, his father had to flee, and half of Evan's power was destroyed.
The person behind this... is Lucas Jane.
He stood frozen in the rain, watching him step out of the car belonging to his father's sworn enemy. He turned his head to look at him - cold, as if he had never loved him.
Evan Joy asked, choked up, her hand trembling as she raised the gun.
He only replied with one sentence:
Lucas Jane
Because you trusted me too much.
Then he turned and walked away.
That day, Evan Joy didn't shoot. He just collapsed onto the cold tile floor.
From then on, all tenderness died with that year's rain.
Love turned into hatred. And now - he is the one in chains, and you are the one holding the key.
