MARRIED-Sweet Couple

Episode 1:First Meet

The café smelled of freshly baked bread and roasted coffee beans. It was a quiet afternoon, with only a handful of customers seated by the windows. Mia sat alone at a corner table, flipping through the pages of her sketchbook to look his drawings. She often came here after work to relax, sip her latte, and draw the little things she observed around her"people laughing", children holding balloons, couples sharing secrets.

Today, however, her focus was interrupted when the door opened and a young man walked in, carrying a stack of papers that looked like they were ready to collapse. He struggled to balance them while trying to open the door with his elbow.

Mia couldn’t help but chuckle softly at his clumsy attempt.

The man noticed and gave an awkward smile. “I think the papers hate me,” he muttered under his breath, finally managing to push the door open. A gust of wind, as if on cue, blew inside"sending a few of his papers flying across the café floor".

“Oh no!” he exclaimed, crouching down quickly.

Without thinking, Mia stood up to help. She knelt on the floor, picking up the papers before they could scatter further.

“Here,” she said, handing him a few sheets. “Before they run away completely.”

He looked up, and for a moment, their eyes met. His were warm, with a kind sparkle that seemed to soften his embarrassed expression.

“Thank you,” he said, slightly out of breath. “You saved me from turning this place into a snowstorm of documents.”

Mia laughed, a light sound that surprised even her. “Maybe next time you should use a folder.”

He chuckled, scratching the back of his neck. “You’re right. Lesson learned.”

When they finally stood, he balanced the stack again and gave her a grateful smile. “I’m Ethan, by the way.”

“Mia,” she replied simply, tucking her sketchbook under her arm.

“Well, Mia,” Ethan said, “if I could, I’d buy you coffee as a thank you, but my hands are currently prisoners.” He tilted his head toward the stack of papers.

Mia grinned. “I’ll take a rain check.”

As she sat back down, she found herself doodling something new in her sketchbook: a boy chasing after flying papers, and a girl handing them back. For some reason, she couldn’t stop smiling.

"Mia sketch, “a boy chasing after flying papers, and a girl handing them back" she was excited, had the expression "inlove"

For some reason, she couldn’t stop smiling.

"Mia remember Ethan and thinking again "He looked up, and for a moment, their eyes met. His were warm, with a kind sparkle that seemed to soften his embarrassed expression" the earlier she said to that Ethan.

They became a friend and after 1 year of friendship Ethan decided to take a move to tell Mia he have a feelings for her for the 12 months hiding that true feelings of “Ethan to Mia was difficult on him".G

Episode 2: Friendship Turns Into Love

The following week, Mia returned to the same café, sketchbook in hand. She wasn’t expecting to see him again—but there he was, Ethan, sitting by the window with his laptop open, papers neatly clipped this time.

He noticed her immediately. “Hey Mia, right?” he said with a bright smile, raising his hand like they were old friends.

She blinked in surprise. “You remembered my name.”

“Of course. I don’t forget the hero who saved my dignity from flying papers,” he teased.

Mia chuckled and sat at the table beside his. “I see you brought reinforcements,” she said, pointing to the folder holding his documents.

“Yep. I took your advice seriously,” Ethan replied. “See? I’m a good student.”

From that day on, their meetings at the café became more frequent sometimes by chance, sometimes planned. They discovered small things about each other:

Mia loved sketching people and dreamed of being a designer.

Ethan was a young architect, always juggling projects but passionate about creating spaces where people felt at home.

Both of them adored sunsets, soft music, and cinnamon rolls from the café.

One evening, as they walked outside together, Ethan glanced at her. “You know… I never thought I’d find a friend in a café.”

“Friend?” Mia teased. “I thought you’d say ‘savior.’”

He laughed. “Okay, my savior. But really, you make the stress of my work… lighter somehow.”

Mia smiled, her heart warming at his words. She didn’t say it out loud, but she felt the same.

As the weeks turned into months, their “friendship” deepened. They texted late at night, shared silly memes, and exchanged small gifts like when Ethan bought her new sketching pencils, and when Mia surprised him with a handmade bookmark.

Little by little, friendship began to blur into something sweeter.

And though neither of them said it yet, both Mia and Ethan knew: this was the beginning of something more than friendship.
