Long, long ago—over a billion light years away—beyond a thousand Emerald Moons, Purple Suns, and Blue Stars, there was a great and wondrous planet: Earithanalos, now simply known as Earth.
This magnificent world had stunning lands, thriving cities, and countries rich with advancement. Its resources were plentiful, and every being—whether large or small—wore a welcoming smile and carried a spirit of warmth and hospitality.
It was a beloved place, cozy and cherished by many.
However, because of its greatness and impressive creations, danger often found its way to it. Threats were common, for jealousy and hunger for power roamed the stars. Many hostile creatures set their sights on it.
These beings were enormous and fearsome, the kind that would make other worlds run in terror at first glance.
But to this planet, they were nothing more than tiny pests—baby ants one could blow away with a breath.
Why? Because Earithanalos was not left unguarded.
It had its protectors.
The Queneers.
The Queneers were a league of six strong-willed and conscientious guardians—individuals who had dedicated their lives to shielding every inhabitant of Earithanalos.
Their members were Amasa, Eleasah, Atarah, Ozem, Desan, and Senanli.
Each one possessed a super potent ability, and they had all sworn—solemnly and without hesitation—to use their powers only for good.
Amasa held the ability to create whatever she desired. Out of pure nothingness, she could bring into existence a vehicle, a weapon, a building, clothing, an apparatus—anything she set her will upon.
Eleasah wielded the faculty of clout—yes, eldritch, uncanny, and strangely fey, yet immeasurably useful. He was at the highest rank of clouting, unmatched in his mastery.
Atarah possessed the power of invisibility—not the ordinary kind, but the advanced form. She could manipulate and control every layer of it, making her the epitome of stealth and unseen movement.
Ozem commanded the power of illusion: mirage. He could clone people with ease and had elevated his ability to its greatest tier—hardware cloning—where one could actually feel the copies as though they were real.
Desan bore the power of mind control, a perilous and intimidating gift. He was fully aware of its danger, and so he was always deliberate, always careful, always aiming to use it positively.
And lastly, there was Senanli, their leader.
She was a Chancilin.
A Chancilin possessed a wide span of powers. Most before her held ten to eighteen abilities at most—but Senanli carried twenty-six mightful powers, making her the strongest Chancilin ever recorded.
This formidable group found one another by sheer luck—or perhaps by fate—and from that moment on, they stood united, faithfully protecting Earithanalos.
Author (Berry❤️ly):
Hello everyone, this is your first time noveltoon writer of an author typing.
I have never posted a story and this is my first ever one. I only gathered courage this morning and I had already made a lot of chapters but I only posted this one. Hope you all like it.
If it becomes popular, I'll make alot whoever i can
"Was it my fault that I became a Chancilin? Did you really have to let jealousy eat you up that much? After all we went through, the memories we built, the secrets we shared, the moments you swore your emotions would never fade, never weaken, never wither away…
Were they all just… lies? Mendacities? Flams? Fibs? Pure terminological inexactitudes?!"
"You threw away all those good times. You tossed aside every strong bond we built, like they were nothing but dust beneath your feet."
My mind wouldn't stop racing as my now-separated spirit drifted through my Timal Dimension; weightless, yet choked by thought.
(I always get too wordy when I feel something deep, so don't mind my use of fancy words.)
I was confused. No, more than that.
I was shattered.
But above all, I felt so foolish and bitter.
It's not like I didn't see it coming.
The signs were all there. The pieces were falling perfectly into place, and I just refused to believe them. So stupid of me.
His behavior these past days had been off; distant, cold.
He got angry whenever I shared a victory or unlocked a new power.
He even stopped coming to fight with us, like just seeing me annoyed him.
I thought maybe I did something wrong. I doubted he truly hated me. I tried to stay hopeful.
But now… I fear that doubt was right.

Earlier that day
As I flew over the city in the early morning breeze, with the soft glow of the soon-to-be purple but now violet sun, a wave of peace came over me.
Earithanalos was always calm and beautiful, but today the serenity felt especially strong.
Too bad it didn't last.
I looked below and saw creatures and creaturesses going about their daily routines; little ones laughing, playing, and running around without a care in the world.
Every now and then, someone would notice me up above and give a salute, which I always returned with a smile.
Beside me was my snuggums, my buttercup, my honeybun: Desan.
Who, by the way, turned out to be a twat.
He floated by my side thanks to my Lilo-Air ability. It lets me make anything I control float wherever I want. Sweet, right?
We were heading to headquarters to give our morning patrol report to the others.
When we arrived, I could already tell some nonsense was going on; Amasa's voice echoed through the building, furious and loud.
"Eleasah!! How dare you?! Do you know how much that hurt?! My back is definitely broken now! Ugh, I'm gonna kill you!"
I glanced at Desan and tried not to laugh.
We both knew what had happened. It literally happened every day.
We landed on the roof pad and watched in silence as the chaos unfolded.
Amasa was creating boulders while walking awkwardly with one hand on her back. She hurled them at Eleasah, who was running and yelling like his life depended on it.
"Help! She wants to kill me! I didn't do nada! I'm sorryyy!! Oh!.. hey! What the.. Aye Senanli, it's you! Thank you so much, I could've died! Honestly!"
I lifted him with my Lilo-Air and floated him safely into the building, saving him from the "impending doom."
Amasa just stared at me with disbelief and gave me the "seriously?" look before walking up to hug me.
She whispered in my ear, "Good morning. Next time, it won't be Eleasah. Watch out, honeybunny!"
I gulped. HARD.
As powerful as I was, whenever Amasa threatened me, I still felt chills. She never made empty threats; She could do what she said.
I hugged her back.
"Yes, cupcake. Good morning to you too. I hope you slept... "
I stopped mid-sentence.
Desan was glaring.
Why did he look so angry?
There was so much fury in his eyes that it actually scared me.
When he saw me looking, he quickly changed his face too quickly, professionally.
I was even more confused now.
"... slept well and didn't dream of destroying Eleasah," I finished, trying to act normal but not taking my eyes off him.
"That's right! That "darling" is still inside. I'll see you later, just need to say hi… again," Amasa said as she rushed inside.
I turned back to Desan.
"What was that?" I asked.
"What was what? I don't get you."
"Uh-uh, you do. Why were your eyes like that? You looked angry," I said, walking closer and putting my hands on his neck like I always did when I wanted him to be honest.
"Oh, that? Don't worry. I wasn't angry at you. I was just… a bit jealous that Amasa hugged you. You know I get jealous easily these days, so yeah. Nothing serious," he said, avoiding my eyes.
"Are you sure? If so, you're so childish. Amasa's my best friend. It's not like I said I'd marry her or something, did I?"
"No, you didn't. I'm sorry. I'll control my emotions," he said and then planted a quick and unexpected kiss on my lips. Before I could even react, he said he was going to check on Ozem and hurried off.
I stared at his fading figure and came to one conclusion:
He didn't tell me the truth..... and that peck did not feel affectionate.
If he had, he wouldn't have avoided my eyes.
I have a power called Honest Optics. It allows me to see the truth through someone's eyes.
He looked away.
Maybe I was overthinking.
But still…
Why was he so mad?
It might've been jealousy… but jealousy doesn't look like that.
His eyes showed something else; ire, bitterness, deep anger.
Too bad I didn't use my ability right then.
Maybe I could've known what caused such fury.
I went into my office after standing outside for a while, still trying to understand his behavior.
The most outstanding piece of furniture there was the circular table we called the Survey Table.
We used it to check for any intergalactic problems from other planets. Etched with ancient carvings, it was always a lovely sight to behold.
I sat in my special corner beside the Docmentobe, a mystical entity that, when one puts their hand through, produces a book of whatever they need.
Almost like a portal of never‑ending knowledge.
I placed my hand through it and said, “Hello, Docmentobe. It’s been a while. Well, I did use you yesterday, but that’s not the point.
I’d like a book about other Chanclins who could see the truth through people, apart from those with mind control. Thank you.”
As I finished speaking, a chrome‑yellow light formed before me, accompanied by red flashes in the shape of... um, what the...
Pixels? Quite a choice.
The book that materialized was titled: PIXEL: THE CHANCLIN OF HONESTY.
My eyes lit up.
Was I holding a biography of the Pixel?! One of the greatest Chanclins to have ever lived? This was truly an honor.
Pixel was the first female Chanclin and by far the greatest.
She had only one power, but it was incredibly potent. Her ability was called “non‑incognito”, or more simply, lie detection. She refined it to such extraordinary levels that she could deduce the truth in ways few could imagine.
I once heard of the time she interrogated a rogue Queneer who had mastered the power of concealment. The Concealment ability allows one to hide anything they desire
It takes immense skill to see through it.
Pixel was summoned that day to question him about the disappearance of a sacred monument.
She looked him straight in the eyes and said, “Queneer, the monument was taken by you, right? True. The real question is where it lies. All I need you to do, kind sir, is move your body into the position you were in when you hid it.”
He laughed and replied, feeling confident about his ability. “Pixel, as much as I respect you, this is dumb. I didn’t take it but, hey, I’ll comply. This will be fun to watch".
He did.
Pixel then turned to the other Queneers present and said, “He’s hidden it in his house, behind a mural. Press the shiniest piece and then the dullest piece. I rest my confirmation.”
And she was right. Of course she was. Such a rare power but undeniably useful.
I was just about to open the book when Atarah came running in, looking… invisible? Well, except for her seemingly floating head.
I stared at her as she tried to catch her breath, my mind repeating the same thought: My friends are incomprehensible.
Y'all gifted with powers to protect and serve the people of Earithanalos from dangers beyond our perimeter and yet you're using them for stupidity?
What the smudge? Why do I even know you guys?
If I were anything like you all, I’d have used my atomizing ability to split you back into your very first cells.
I snapped out of it when Atarah finally calmed down. I asked, without taking my eyes off the book — since drama was her natural language — “What is it, T?”
She caught her breath and blurted out, “Desan is using his power!”
I froze, then quickly masked my reaction. “What color was he? Did you see? If blue, then we don’t need to—”
“He was RED! And so was his aura!” she interrupted.
I stood up sharply, alarmed. “Serious?”
