ROYAL RUIN
Introduction
Ting tong! 😂ahem look beneath
In a realm divided by light and shadow, two kingdoms stood on opposite sides of fate.
The Kingdom of Elarion, ruled by Queen Elaris, once thrived with magic and joy—until tragedy consumed it. The queen lost her husband long ago because of Princess Diana of the rival kingdom, and ever since, hatred burned silently in her heart.
Queen Elaris’s sons carried the scars of their kingdom’s sorrow.
The eldest, ruled Elarion under a heavy curse caused by Diana that drained his strength and chained his power. Though born with the rare union of fire and ice, he could wield neither. The curse filled him with anger, sadness, and hollow pride, leaving only a shadow of the man he once was.
the second son, bore the gift of pure ice. Cursed by Diana too.He could command the frost and summon storms of snow, but in exchange, his heart had frozen years ago—he forgot how to feel joy.
The youngest, wielded fire. Though his emotions dulled, unlike his brothers, he still dared to believe in warmth—a fragile hope embodied by his only friend, Princess Eliana, Diana's sister. He has two curses.
Across the silver sea lay the Kingdom of Lunea, bathed in moonlight yet filled with silence.
Despised both his daughters: Princess Diana, for tainting his legacy with ambition and cruelty—and Princess Eliana, for being born without visible magic.
Diana’s thirst for power made her ruthless. She once betrayed and cursed King Adelio, shattering his heart and fleeing to unknown lands, seeking darker gifts. Her hatred soon turned on her sister, whom she scorned and hurt whenever she pleased.
never allowed hatred to root within her. Gentle and strong, she kept a secret power hidden deep within—a gift no one had ever seen and that even the stars seemed to guard. Her only comfort came from her friend, Prince Auryn, who saw light where others saw only failure.
Even as curses, frost, and fire tangled their destinies, whispers of a prophecy stirred—a tale where heartbreak, magic, and redemption would soon clash.
The RETURNS of shadows
The night air wrapped around him like a memory. King Adelio gripped the cold railing of the moonlit balcony,
His eyes fixed on the stars as fragments of the past flickered in his mind
✥--------------- ---------------✥
Princess Diana
You know I love you more than anything, right?
King Adelio
Of course. You’re the most beautiful soul I have ever known.
Princess Diana
*Smiles faintly* So… your power is unique. Fire and ice, both?
King Adelio
*Soft chuckle* Are you admiring my gift now? Yes, I hold both within me.
Princess Diana
But… what if they’re killing you, Adelio? It’s unnatural to have two opposites fused inside one heart.
Princess Diana
Maybe we could… exchange?
King Adelio
Exchange? With you?
King Adelio
I’d exchange everything for you, Diana—but I don’t know how.
Princess Diana
*A shadow crosses her face* Such a pity…
King Adelio
Don’t trouble yourself, love. Let’s not think about such things tonight.
King Adelio
Just stay—here, with me—under the stars.
✥--------------- ---------------✥
The warmth of memory faded, replaced by his mother’s voice calling from behind him.
King Adelio
**Turns, startled* Mother.
Queen Elaris
Still haunted by her?
King Adelio
*Sighs* I’m haunted by more than just her, Mother.
King Adelio
Father’s gone, Frost and Auryn suffer their own curses, and I—
King Adelio
I can feel nothing but hollow echoes. How do I bring back what’s lost?
Queen Elaris
*Softly caressing his hair* My son, some wounds run deeper than magic can heal.
A guard rushed into the balcony, bowing before them.
Royal Guard
Your Majesty... an intruder has been spotted near the gates!
Queen Elaris
An intruder? Who dares—?
Royal Guard
*Hesitant* If I’m not mistaken... it’s Princess Eliana of Lunea.
King Adelio
*Gritting his teeth* Eliana…
Queen Elaris
*Her eyes flaring with anger* Who?! She’s of Diana’s blood.
Queen Elaris
She will not step foot in this castle! Adelio, imprison her at once!
King Adelio
*Grins faintly, voice dangerous* Of course, Mother…
King Adelio
First, we should let her enter.
Queen Elaris
Even a powerless girl can deceive, Adelio. Do not forget what her sister did.
King Adelio
*With a cold smile* Don’t worry. I’ll handle her. *turning to the guard* Let her in.
King Adelio
“I’ll speak with Frost and Auryn first.”
Down the dim corridor, he found his brothers together—Frost, distant as ice, and Auryn, quietly coaxing warmth into Frost's frozen flame.
Prince Frost
Yes, my king?
King Adelio
Princess Eliana of Lunea is here.
Prince Frost
*Smiling humorlessly* Then I shall greet her with frost.
Prince Frost
She will learn what happens to daughters of deceivers.
Prince Auryn
*Frowning* Brother, no. She isn’t like Diana…
Prince Frost
*Cuts him off sharply* Quiet. Blood runs true. She deserves punishment.
Prince Auryn
But she did nothing wrong!
King Adelio
*Coldly* And how would you know, Auryn?
King Adelio
Are you certain she’s not a manipulator like her sister?
Prince Auryn
I just… know she isn’t.
Prince Frost
Enough words. Let’s finish this.
Together they descended the marble staircase, their presence cold and commanding.
At the foot of the hall stood Princess Eliana, her head lowered, her figure pale in the torchlight. The air tightened.
King Adelio
*Eyes burning with restrained fury* So… you’ve come.
The tension crackled in silence, and fate began to stir once again.
Chains Of Trust
The frost in the air thickened
As Prince Frost lunged forward, his icy power ready to strike.
Auryn stepped between them
Prince Auryn
"Prince Frost, don’t make me use my power."
Adelio’s eyes narrowed dangerously.
King Adelio
"Auryn! You’re defending that... ruthless family."
King Adelio
"Their daughter is just like Diana—dangerous and unforgivable."
King Adelio
"AURYN!" growled through clenched teeth,
King Adelio
"his majesty demands you stand firm."
Auryn held his ground, voice steady.
Prince Auryn
"His Majesty, I believe she deserves a chance."
From the staircase, Queen Elaris spoke sharply, her footsteps echoing as she approached.
The group fell silent as Princess Eliana bowed deeply.
Princess Eliana
"Please forgive my intrusion, but hear me out—just once."
King Adelio
Voice was cold and commanding.
"Guards!"
The soldiers appeared quickly, surrounding Eliana.
Princess Eliana
"No, please! I mean no harm..."
Her voice broke as they dragged her away.
In the damp darkness of the dungeon
Auryn is the only friend I have, but how can I reach him?
They won’t let him near me...
Should I risk it? What if they discover my secret ability?
They might mock me or worse...
Late at night, Adelio came to inspect her punishment cell,
But his eyes widened in disbelief—
King Adelio
"How is this possible?!" muttered
Staring at the tiny window.
King Adelio
"No one could escape through here..."
King Adelio
"Auryn?! Are you involved?!"
He called out, voice rising.
Suddenly, royal guards hurried in.
Prince Auryn
looks at them "what happened?"
Royal Guard
"Prince Auryn! King Adelio requests your presence in the dungeon."
In the dungeon, Aldren’s gaze burned as Auryn entered.
King Adelio
"Did you let her go? Tell me!"
Auryn faltered, then whispered,
Adelio lunged forward, but his curse crippled his magic.
King Adelio
clenched his fists tightly. "From now on, you are no longer a prince!"
Prince Auryn
"Brother!" came the desperate plea.
King Adelio
"I am your king,"
King Adelio
"and when I tell you not to help that manipulative woman,"
King Adelio
"You disobey! Get out!"
With a heavy heart, Auryn turned and walked away,
The weight of betrayal burying them all.
