An Omega laughed happily. He giggled as he ran around the flower field, while an Enigma chased him. The Enigma too, had a soft smile.
They both were happy. Then, as they ran, the Enigma hugged the Omega from behind, lifted him up in the air, and spun him around. While the Omega laughed happily, he let the Enigma carry him. It was clear, he trusted the Enigma a lot.
The Enigma made the Omega stand on his feet. He hugged the Omega by his waist. He placed a soft kiss on his lips, making the Omega smile. Then, the Enigma whispered softly against the Omega's lips,

The Omega kissed his cheek, with a smile, he too said,

I love you, more.
They shared a soft kiss. Adriel's arms were around Corbin's neck, while Corbin's hands were around his waist, and behind his neck.
They are the idol couple. Every couple, dreams of a sweet life, filled with love, like theirs. Every single Alpha and Enigma, dream of a loving and sweet Omega like Adriel, and every Omega wishes for an Alpha or an Enigma like Corbin.
In their life, they never fought. They never disrespected each other. There are no misunderstandings, they understand each other the best. Corbin, always finds time for Adriel, and Adriel is always there for him.

Adriel calls his name, while the name echoes in that peaceful and silent manor.

Corbin rushes down from the steps, and he runs to Adriel. He hugs him from behind, and places a kiss on his cheek.

The breakfast is ready.
Corbin smiles. He snuggles close to Adriel's neck, and Adriel chuckles.
Adriel Vesper (O)
Come on. You'll get late for your work.
He faced Corbin, his hands on Corbin's muscular shoulders as he tip-toed and placed a kiss on his lips.
Corbin Vesper (E)
I would rather eat you, darling.
Corbin whispered, and left a throaty chuckle once he saw the deep shade of crimson on Adriel's cheek.
Adriel Vesper (O)
Stop it! Now eat!
Corbin finally lets go of Adriel. They have their breakfast together, with a smile, small chats taking place, and peacefulness.
Only love was there, no pain, and sadness.
Did I mention that they are married?
After breakfast, Corbin left for his work. While Adriel busied himself in watching some dramas, maybe a movie too.
For as long as he can remember, ever since Adriel met Corbin, he has never once cried, he was never sad because Corbin always keeps him happy.
He was so happy with him, he found his soul mate, his true love. His Mr. Perfect and Mr. Husband.
What else could he wish for? He had everything he could desire.
It was now dinner time. Exactly at nine at night, Corbin comes home.

Darling! Where are you?
As soon as he walked in, he looked for his wife. Adriel was in the kitchen.
Adriel Vesper (O)
I am in the kitchen!
Corbin dropped his coat on the couch, and walked to the kitchen. Adriel was facing the stove, stirring something in the pot.
Corbin hugged Adriel from behind. He left a deep breath, and closed his eyes.

Now, I feel alive.
Adriel left a small chuckle. While, Corbin recharged himself.
After that, they had their dinner together, sharing about what they did this whole day.
Then, Corbin and Adriel went to sleep. He hugged each other, seeking comfort, and warmth, and then they fell asleep.
Everything was so perfect, that it felt like a dream. How can, anyone be this perfect? Even before Adriel said anything to Corbin, Corbin just knew what he wanted, what he needed, and gave it to Adriel just when he needed it.
They met each other through their families. Their families fixed their marriage, and as soon as they saw each other, something clicked. They just knew they were made for each other, and then they fell in love, at first sight.
Then, the more they got to know each other, the more they fell in love. The more eager they got to marry each other.
Adriel woke up with a gasp. He took deep breaths. Seeing how he woke up with a jolt, Corbin also woke up.
Corbin Vesper (E)
Adriel! Are you okay, love?
Corbin hugged Adriel, and Adriel gladly hugged him back.
Corbin Vesper (E)
Did you again have that dream?
Adriel nodded, burying his face in Corbin's chest.
Corbin sighed. He drew circles on Adriel's back, trying to calm him.
Corbin Vesper (E)
Darling, you know I will never do that.
Adriel hummed. He clenched Corbin's shirt.
Adriel Vesper (O)
I know. But I don't know why... I have those dreams.
Corbin Vesper (E)
It's okay, relax.
Corbin then hugged Adriel, he kissed Adriel's head, and then he waited until Adriel fell asleep. Then he too, drifted to sleep.
Adriel always has these strange nightmares. In those dreams, his sweet husband, treats him coldly, he ignores him, and doesn’t love him at all.
Such stupid dreams! Dreams are just dreams! They have no connection with reality.
In reality, Corbin treats Adriel nicely. It doesn’t matter how he treats him in his dreams.
Adriel woke up early in the morning as usual. He saw that Corbin was asleep, and in his sleep he was hugging Adriel tightly.
Adriel smiled, and he kissed Corbin's head. Then he left the bed, while Corbin was still asleep. He did his morning routine, and then he went to the kitchen to make breakfast.
Just like always, at sharp eight o'clock, Corbin climbed down the stairs.

Good morning, honey.
Adriel Vesper (O)
Good morning!
Then they shared a kiss. They had their breakfast, and after another kiss, Corbin left for his work.
Nothing new, just this. This was their daily life. This is how it was, everyday, just the weekend is different.
On weekends, they wake up late, they make their breakfast together, they watch movies, go on dates, and then sleep.
#2: Dreams and Reality
Adriel felt pain in his head. He also felt dizzy. He held his head, and stumbled. Everything was disappearing. Everything was going blank. It was now dark.
Adriel groaned, and he slowly opened his eyes. Everything was blurry in front of his eyes. He knew it, he felt it, he was lying in bed.
He felt pain in his head. He heard some beeping noises. Everything seemed to be white around him. He felt weak. Then he heard a voice,
It was a man's voice. He didn't recognize that voice. Where was he?
Husband? Corbin! They are calling Corbin, so he will be okay.
Was he in a hospital? But, why was he in a hospital? Was it because he was feeling dizzy? Yeah, maybe he was lying unconscious on the floor, Corbin found him like that and brought him to the hospital.
Finally, everything was clear. He saw it, he was indeed in a hospital. He saw that he surrounded with equipments. A doctor was checking on him.
He then... fell asleep again.

Yes-Yes! He did wake up today. He must have fallen asleep.
Adriel heard voices again. This time, one voice was familiar, but it seemed colder, much more distant.
He again opened his eyes, he looked at those two men. His vision was blurry, but it was okay now.
A smile came on his face, once he saw that familiar face. But that smile wasn't returned.

C-Corbin.
He tried to speak, but his voice broke. His throat was dry, like he didn't drink water in ages.
He thought Corbin would say something, but he stayed silent, and just looked at him, with his cold and distant eyes.
No, it can't be. Adriel's smile disappeared. He realized, the face was the same, but his Corbin will never act this distant with him. The Corbin he knows, would have hugged him, kissed him, and would have asked how he felt.
This Corbin, was different. There was no gentleness in his eyes, so softness, no love.
Corbin Vesper (E)
Check on him.❄️
In his cold tone, he commanded. The doctor immediately came to Adriel, and asked him,
Owen Evangelo (O) (Doctor)
How do you feel sir? Do you feel any discomfort?
That doctor asked him with a sweet smile. But he didn't pay much attention to him, at all.
Adriel took deep breaths. Something was wrong. He called his love again, with so much softness and love,

C-C-Corbin!
The worst part? This Corbin, looks exactly like the Corbin in his nightmares!
After that, he just watched as his husband walked out of the room, leaving him alone with the doctor.
While, Owen's eyes moved from Adriel to Corbin who just left. He was confused, but he decided to mind his own business.
He mustered up his courage, and asked his doctor why he was in this hospital. The answer shocked him, it was because of an accident. It turns out, Adriel has been in coma, ever since that accident happened.
He was in coma for two years. Guess what, he had been married to his sweet Corbin, for two years. Does that mean, all of those, all those happy moments, were his imagination? His brain playing tricks on him?
Adriel told his doctor about his happy moments with the sweet Corbin. How they met, how they got married, and everything. He also said, they have been married for two years. His doctor's answer,

It was all just a dream, I guess... I am sorry.
He doesn’t blame his doctor for being so straightforward. In fact, it was good that the doctor was straightforward, it showed him the reality.
But he still doubted. He still doubted, that this was a nightmare, just another nightmare. Once he wakes up, he will find himself in his husband's strong, comforting arms.
But the more time passes, the more suffocating it becomes for him. In the end, he just broke down in tears.

It can't be.
He cried. Warm tears made their way down to his cheeks, and fell on his lap. He hoped it would lessen the heavy feeling in his heart.
He whispered. He was confused, broken. If that was a dream, he wanted to go back to that long dream.
He whispered his name, and remembered his smiling face. Him, calling his name.

Adriel... my love. I miss you.
Which one was a dream? Which one is the reality? You think.
The door opened, and a tall man, with an intimidating aura, walked inside. His eyes are sharp, and cold. His jaw clenched, and his eyes were on the figure lying on the bed.
Adriel lifted his head up, and looked at Corbin. His eyes got teary, and his lips wobbled, once he saw the "Cold" Corbin, not his "Sweet" one.
Corbin Vesper (E)
The doctor explained to me your situation.❄️
Corbin walked to Adriel, his hands tucked inside his pockets. His face is still expressionless.
Corbin Vesper (E)
It seems, you were living in a dream, with the sweeter version of me.❄️
He laughed, even his laugh seemed to be, cold. Adriel glared at him. He sat on the bed, and raised his voice,
Adriel Vesper (O)
You think this is funny!?
Adriel was angry. He is already confused, now with other emotions, he was overwhelmed.
Corbin stopped laughing. He looked at Adriel with his hawk eyes, which somehow made Adriel uncomfortable. It was as if, he was seeing another man, in his husband's body.
Corbin Vesper (E)
Since you are confused, I will forgive you this time. Next time, remember to not raise your voice at me.❄️
Adriel gulped. He lowered his eyes, and bit his lower lip. He again felt like crying, but he won't cry in front of this man.
Corbin Vesper (E)
The doctor told me your memory is messed up. Just remember, for now, that you are my husband.❄️
So, they are married. Now another question came, how long have they been married?
Adriel Vesper (O)
H-How long has it been, since we married?
Adriel asked in a low voice.
Corbin Vesper (E)
Three years.❄️
A year longer... Now another question came.

He was twenty-five in his "Dreams".
Adriel only nodded. What else could he say? He had no words left to say.
Everything felt like a lie to him. Like everything was a dream. The reality he was living in, was called a dream. And the dreams he was seeing, was now the reality.

Adriel was nervously looking. Today, he made a cake for the first time. He wanted Corbin to try it. But now that Corbin is eating the cake he made, he was nervous, and a little shy.

So, how is it?
Adriel asked, while Corbin looked at Adriel, with his glittering eyes. The corner of his lips, had a little chocolate cream of the cake. He gulped the cake down, and placed the fork on the plate.
Corbin Vesper (E)
Darling! It's amazing! It's delicious!
Adriel Vesper (O)
Thank you!
Corbin took another bite of the chocolate cake on his plate, and with that, that piece of cake was finished.
Corbin Vesper (E)
I want to have more. Please, can I?
Adriel nodded. He cut another piece for Corbin, and served it on the plate.
Corbin Vesper (E)
You should have some too.
Corbin cut a little piece of that cake, and fed it to Adriel. While Adriel smiled, and ate it. He was so happy!
Adriel woke up. It was midnight, he was still lying on the hospital bed. He just dreamed of his happy moments with Corbin.
Maybe, something happened when he was in a coma. Maybe, "This" Corbin also loved him very much, like in his dreams. But then, maybe... something happened, that changed him.
He can't remember. He doesn’t remember anything at all. Even the faces of his parents, are hazy. He only remembers one face clearly, that is his husband's.
He doesn’t know whom to believe, and whom to not. He doesn’t know which one is the reality, and which one is not.
Everything is so confusing to him, that it is eating his brain up! Giving him a headache.
Adriel Vesper (O)
What should I do?
He mumbled under his breath. Lost in his own thoughts.
Owen Evangelo (O) (Doctor)
You've made progress.
Owen said with a smile. He looked up from Adriel's test reports, and saw Adriel being in a daze.
Owen was honestly worried about Adriel. He left a deep breath, and placed the file on the table.

Mr. Vesper?
When Adriel didn't look at him, he called him again, this time louder,

Mr. Vesper.
Adriel snapped out of his thoughts, and looked at Owen.

Are you feeling alright? Should I call your husband?
Adriel Vesper (O)
N-No need to call him.

No, I am okay. Thank you.
Owen left a deep breath. He nodded, and then he turned to leave. Before he left, he gave Adriel one last smile, and said,

Adriel only nodded, and then Owen left.
A week passed just like that. In this one week, Corbin visited Adriel about five times. He stayed here for an hour at most, and mostly the two stayed silent.
Today was the day, Adriel went to his "Home". As soon as he stepped inside, things felt familiar, and yet unfamiliar.
The house, the address, everything was the same. The difference was the, homely environment.
"This" house, doesn't have the homely feeling. "This" house, doesn’t have any photos hanging on the wall. There are no flower pots, or plants in this house. The garden, is without flowers.
"That" house, is the opposite of "This" house. "That" house was decorated by Adriel, flowers everywhere, a homely feeling, a warm feeling in the air. The garden flourished with flowers.
Corbin Vesper (E)
The maid will show you your room.❄️
Here, they live in different rooms. They are strangers, living under one roof, for three years- No, one year.
Just like Corbin said, a maid showed him his room. He walked in, the first thing that caught his attention was a photo frame, on the bed side table. It was their wedding picture.
But, in this wedding picture, they were smiling, but that smile is fake.

Everything... is different.
Adriel placed the photo back in its place. He sat on the bed, and looked around.

This room... was a guest room.
Corbin rushed to him. He held Adriel's finger, which had a small cut, and blood was coming out.

How can you be so careless!?
Corbin scolded him, being worried and angry because he got hurt. Adriel only smiled.

I am okay, Corbin. It's just a cut.

How did you get this cut?
Corbin held Adriel's hand, and dragged him to the living room, from the kitchen.

I was cutting some onions, and I accidentally cut my hand.
Corbin only left a deep breath. He made Adriel sit on the couch. He brought the first aid kit, and treated his finger.

Be careful next time, okay?
Corbin kissed that finger, and his hand. Adriel nodded with a smile.

Ah-Well, he said that he wasn't hungry, and was sleepy, so he said he will skip his dinner.
Ava said, nervously, as she looked down.
(Ava was a maid in this house.)
Corbin clenched his fist. He tightened his jaw, and then he just left a deep breath.

Call him. He needs to have his medicine.❄️

He said, he already had his medicines.
Corbin wanted to say something, but then he stopped himself. He left a deep breath, and had his dinner alone.
After that, he went to his bedroom. While Ava washed the dishes, cleaned the kitchen, turned off the lights, and went to her room. Ava's room was on the first floor, in a corner. While, Corbin and Adriel's rooms were on the second floor, next to each other.
