It's morning the sun peeks through the broken wooden wall
creating a gold light on the wooden floor
shining on Cassy's face waking her up

*yawn* ugh so soon
what a night.
she gets up and head for the bathroom.
Took a quick shower then went to the living room.
her dad was making breakfast while humming a second Ng quite familiar

dad~ I told you to stop stressing your self

he went up to her putting both hands on her shouders

cause I can see grey hairs all over
they both share a warm laughter as this was not different from all mornings

stop blabbering and come have something so you won't end up being late on your first day

they both had break fast while sharing their dreams accompanied with soft laughters and chuckles
just when they were through and Cassy was washing the dishes they heard a soft voice at the door followed by a tender knock
As if afraid if it was hitten hard the door will fall off
she rinsed her hand and ran towards the door then opened it

she went in and sat on a plastic sit while still staring at her phone
a voice from the dinning table sounded so loud as it was not much of a distance
And suddenly her attention lifted from her phone looking at the direction from which the voice came

hi uncle she said while standing up
he waved while still reading the news paper in his hands

coming down the wooden stairs watching each step

ok darling he said still reading the news paper
And with that they left the house
