I don't know when it started... but i like him... I love him... and I can't bear to leave him..

Manu is my cousin. Manu's mom was 15 years younger to my dad and his closest cousin. My dad was married at a young age and doesn't have children for 18 years. so he always fond of Manu and Sam, manu's younger brother. they always used to play with my dad when they were young.

But later on dad's first wife died when Manu was 2 years old. he was a widower at the age of 36. so his mom, my grand ma forced him to marry my mother. that's how I came to this world.

when I was born, my dad was overwhelmed to have his own child after such a long time.. although my grand parents were not happy that I was a girl, my mom and dad loved me like I was their only world. later on my brother Ben came to this world. unlike me he was loved by everyone. I love him too.. we two were treated like precious gems and were brought up in a sophisticated environment.

we only have our two cousins Manu and Sam to keep us company most of the times. Ben used to get along with them very well. they used to make fun of me, especially Sam. he enjoyed making fun of me.

Ben always seems to be with them but he secretly protects from the tricks. Sam always loves those tricks. while Manu would be on my side.

but my grandma doesn't let me play with them saying that girls should be reserved, shouldn't talk to boys, should be home by 6 PM, should learn so called etiquette etc...

I have always been lonely then. although I have other cousins but they are much older than me. so I couldn't get along with those girls and also although we have more farms and Lands on country side, we couldn't match the status of those officer's daughters. I always feel inferior infront of them.

so I have always been low key among them and it continued in the school also. but once I accidentally got top marks in class and everyone congratulated me. so I was like wow. I can get love and appreciation of many teachers just because of marks. then let's get this love every time. I slowly gained confidence about my intellect.

Manu was easy to get along with. he is kind and sociable. other than Ben, I trust him the most.

I would have never thought of marrying him if his mom doesn't say that I would her future daughter-in-law. first I thought that she was nosy. but later on, I thought it would be a good idea to marry someone I know. he is not a bad guy but a very good one I have seen so far.
