From a young age (childhood), sometimes, where love begins and so did theirs, a beautiful thing as if carefully crafted. Enzo Fixman and Luna Disilva are the main characters of our story.

Their love from childhood ever since kindergarten they've been so close to each other until adulthood because their parents were really close friends and got along pretty well. Enzo and Luna fell in love in their last year in high school, After graduation, Enzo proposed to Luna, and they got married.

But every story doesn't have a happy ending, two years into their marriage, Enzo's mother passed away from high blood pressure and diabetes and Enzo felt as if his life was torn apart because a mother is irreplaceable. At the funeral, he cried his heart out, and Luna was trying to comfort as best as she could.

Ever since that day he became cold, and distant towards everyone including Luna making her fell lonely sometimes,, but she believed that he'd recover she often tried to make him fell better by cooking for him every day, talking to him even though he wasn't in the mood, but she yapped anyway, She woke up in the night every time and covered him with a blanket and checking on him after some hours.

But what worried her the most was the fact that he had joined a mafia gang she feared that what he was doing is dangerous, and she would worry every time he didn't answer her calls she sometimes assumed the worst and stayed up waiting for him.

Meanwhile, Enzo was getting colder by the day and his gang was taking over territories and was becoming the most feared gang among those empires implying that his enemies increase by the day, and he had his sworn enemy Lei Kim who was at the same level as he was.Lei had once threatened to eliminate his wife making him have a fear of Lei.

He really did love Luna with his whole life, he was mad at himself for becoming distant towards her, he noticed how she waited for him to come back, how she'd wake up to check on him, her yapping and her cooking, he memorized every detail that she had.

One fateful day as Enzo went for his normal walk and then directly to his gang. Luna was bored being alone, so she decided to bake, and then she went in the kitchen and collected the ingredients and started kneading the dough because she wanted to make a cake for Enzo.

The door creaked open, she thought it was Enzo and went into the living room to welcome him back, but it was Lei. She remembered how Enzo told her to immediately call him if he ever came, so she tried to run to her phone on the table but Lei shot her leg and she fell and cried in pain as the blood oozed out from her leg.

Then Lei laughed maniacally and shot her in her left eye making her cry out in pain she tried to remain strong to reach for her phone, but Lei shot her hand and she laid on the floor in pain as blood oozed from the shot areas, then Lei again shot her right eye completely making her blind, and she cried in pain as more blood oozed out. Finally, he shot her head finishing her off and laughed in satisfaction knowing that Enzo will back off from his territory and then he left hurriedly.

Enzo came back with flowers because he had decided to make things write,he even practiced what he'd say. On opening the door his blood ran cold the flowers dropped and his breath hitched. He immediately ran towards Luna's lifeless body on turning it over and seeing her eyes he felt like someone had punched him.

he called her several times seeming to not belive anything but when she didn't wake he cried so hard that his wife is gone he called he countless times shaking her reminding her of the vows they'd made as he cried his heart out and from that moment his life came crushing down,in his heart he swore to find the guilty person who'd done that to his beloved wife and make them surfer.

Enzo was at her funeral. Her friends were crying, her parents, but he was not saying anything he just looked at the gravestone, his eyes red and puffy from crying.

His dad, Mr. Fixman, noticed that he was so silent, so he walked up to him and tapped him on the shoulder, but he didn't respond until he turned him to face him "Son are you okay" he said in a worried tone.

Enzo just nodded because he didn't feel like talking to anyone. His dad didn't believe him. "Are you sure?! You can always talk to me, "his dad said reassuringly.

Enzo nodded again, not making eye contact with his dad, then he turned away and stared at Luna's gravestone heart broken he was not able to even speak or think properly.

His dad became worried but gave him time to process and accept what had happened, so he left him with the gravestone, and soon everyone left, but Luna's mom,Ms.Disliva stayed her eyes puffy from crying and watched Enzo from a far.

She walked towards him and put her hand on his shoulder. Enzo turned toward Her, his eyes puffy. "Are you okay?" She asked gently. But Enzo was silent and just Heoked down.He was not ready to talk to anyone.he just nodded.

But she clearly read through him."it's okay. I'm here if you want to talk she said and left, leaving Enzo alone with the gravestone.

"They will pay..." Enzo said in a low tone, almost like a growl." Whoever did this, I swear I'll make them regret it…" he added. Then, it started raining heavily as years formed in his eyes

He cried silently as the rain fell harder. "I should have been more cautious, and maybe things wouldn't have turned out like this…" he said heart brokenly, as the rain fell harder, As people say, the rain cried with him.

He turned and finally started to walk in the rain back home, seeming to not even mind. He walked endlessly until he stopped suddenly and saw Luna standing just a distance from him,smiling at him and waving.

He quickly ran towards her, and as he was about to hug her, she disappeared, and he snapped back to reality, and there was nothing turned out he was hallucinating.

He laughed bitterly. "She is everywhere," he said while looking down and then continued walking until he reached home. The house was quiet, there was no one yapping or any cooking noises, just an empty house and a broken man alone.

He sat on the couch and started at the wall thinking how this could happen and who in the world would do such a thing to his beloved sweet wife as he was thinking he noticed the CCTV camera and it dawned on him that he could simply check the cameras to see the guilty one,the mastermind between everything.

The mastermind who led to his wife's death and in his mind he thought, "I swear once I see who it Is, they'll suffer and beg for death"

Enzo rushed upstairs to the bedroom and went to view the video from some days earlier. At first, he checked, then it was nothing, then he saw it, the footage of the day Luna was killed.

The scene he witnessed on the video footage made his blood run cold and his heart sink. He witnessed how she was brutally killed and even worse by his enemy, Lei.

His face darkened as a tear escaped his eye. He felt guilt, regret, and emptiness in his heart. He felt like he was torn apart, although he was alive. He fell to his knees on the floor and cried his heart out.

First, his mom and now his wife, he felt a regret of joining a mafia, but he couldn't turn back from what he had become. Something inside him awoke a fire, the urge to avenge Luna.

He stood up, eyes puffy and red from crying, and he connected the phone to the CCTV cameras, transferred the footage from the camera to his phone, and saved it.

His face became serious, and his eyes darkened." I'm coming for you, Lei," he said in a low, harsh tone. He went out of the house to his gang's headquarters since he was the boss.

Enzo went straight to his office and summoned his right-hand man, Clev Astrove,a computer genius, hacker, manipulator, and Enzo's best friend, he knows Enzo and Luna as his wife because the first time she came he had flirted with her Making him receive dagger stares from Enzo the whole day.

Clev had gotten the news of her death but got caught up in his busy life to console Enzo, but now he was back. He immediately walked through the hallway to Enzo's office his expression unreadable.

He entered the office and found Enzo blankly staring out the window. "Get me every single information about Lei as per now" he said without looking up at Clev.

"What why.." Clev replied.

"Don't ask me questions I'm in charge, and you'll do as I say" Enzo said in a cold distant tone as he looked at Clev with a serious expression and a state that could even cut through glass.

Clev didn't argue back he nodded and started to go out and Enzo turned his back on him and stared out the window with a cold blank expression.Clev stopped in his tracks."I'm sorry for your loss" he said his back turned as well.

Enzo didn't answer he just continued staring out the window.Clev knew it wasn't good for Enzo to act like that bit also didn't want to go against him,he knew that Enzo needed time to heal but healing was a long process.

Clev walked away leaving Enzo with his thoughts alone.Enzo stared into the distance as happy memories of him and Luna played in his mind like a film.He remembers all the meals she cooked.How she'd talk to him and tease him.And her laugh.
