A Complicated Love
chapter 1
The City everyone love to go Banaras
Banaras woke gently that morning.
Chai stalls clattered open, the smell of jalebi drifted through the cool air, and a soft mist wrapped itself around the steps of Assi Ghat. Bells rang in the distance, steady and calm, like the city’s heartbeat.
On the last step, a boy sat quietly, arms resting on his knees, watching the Ganga flow in its slow, endless rhythm.
He liked mornings like this—unhurried, familiar, safe.
Around him, boatmen argued softly, tourists lifted their cameras, and children ran barefoot across the wet stones.
But he stayed still, blending into the calm as if he belonged to it.
Yet something in the air felt different today—subtle, but impossible to ignore.
As if Banaras itself was waiting for something.
He didn’t know why.
He only felt that change was drifting toward him… quietly, like the river.
Chapter 2
The office sits high above central Kolkata, the city stretched out below in all its layered beauty. Through the large windows, the late-afternoon light falls golden on the streets — yellow taxis honking their way through narrow lanes, tram lines glinting faintly, and the distant Howrah Bridge standing like a giant made of steel and memory.
The air carries the city’s pulse —
the mix of heritage buildings, old trees, street vendors, and the endless hum that only Kolkata has.
Inside this backdrop, the 28-year-old man stands tall, well-built, anger simmering beneath his composed exterior. His sharp eyes cut toward the worker as he slams the file onto the desk.
????
kitni baar bola hai? Ek simple kaam sahi se nahi hota tum logo se ❄️❄️ *slightly angry*
(how many times I should tell u ? U all can't even do a simple thing huh )
The worker lowers his gaze, the tension thick in the warm office air.
Outside, a tram rolls past. A flock of birds lifts into the orange sky. The city is chaotic, beautiful, alive — a sharp contrast to the cold anger inside the room.
Suddenly his phone rings.
????
*look at his phone * baba ? *picks up his phone *
Kolkata’s glow filters across his face as his expression softens instantly.
The angry lines smooth out.
????
*his expression get soft* Ji baba mein aata hu
????
U all can leave i want the work properly Tommorow understand ❄️
The noise of the city hums gently outside, as if the moment has shifted.
