Inside the topmost floor, in a dimly lit office filled with floating holographic screens, sat Ethane Hale.
Sharp jaw. Cold eyes. Fingers dancing over keyboards like silent thunder.

Chemistry Department Corridor – Quiet Afternoon
Tyche adjusted the files in her arms, her heels echoing softly as she walked toward the staff room. Her white coat fluttered lightly—Professor Tyche Hale, calm, composed… hiding a past no one knew.
Suddenly—
A man froze at the end of the corridor.
Theo Hale stood there, eyes wide, breath hitching.

(whispering, shaken):
“…Impossible…”
He took a few slow steps forward as if approaching a ghost.
Theo Hale (ml father)
“Y-You… you died. I attended your funeral myself.”
Tyche turned at the sound of his voice. The color drained from her face instantly.
Tyche Hale (ml mother)
(cold but controlled):
“You’re mistaken, sir.”
Theo’s eyes burned with disbelief, obsession, and shock.
Theo Hale (ml father)
“Don’t lie to me. I know that face. I know those eyes. You were my wife.”
Tyche tightened her grip on the files.

(firmly):
“Your wife died years ago. The woman standing before you is your professor—nothing more.”
Theo stepped closer, his voice trembling.

“Then why do you look exactly like her? Why do you breathe like her? Why does my heart recognize you?”
Tyche’s eyes softened for a fraction of a second… then hardened again.

“Because some dead things refuse to stay buried. Now excuse me, Mr. Hale.”
She walked past him without looking back—
while Theo stood there, shattered.

(to himself, darkly):
“You’re alive… and I will bring you back.”
Tyche’s hands trembled only after she reached the staff room.
Present Day – The Fighter Queen Awakens (University Campus)
Noon – University Courtyard
Students filled the campus with laughter and noise.
Melody Hale walked peacefully beside Lara Lorenzon, holding a coffee in one hand and her bag in the other.
Melody Hale (ml sister)
(cheerfully):
“You’re telling me you skipped breakfast again?!”
Lara Larenzon (fl)
(shrugging):
“I had training. Food can wait.”
Melody sighed dramatically.

“One day your stomach will file a legal complaint against you.”
Before Melody could reply—
A loud shove.
A group of girls stood before them, blocking their path.

(mocking):
“So this is the so-called ‘fighter girl’?”

(scoffing):
“Does she think she’s some action movie heroine?”
Melody stepped forward protectively.

“Excuse me? Move out of the way.”
The first girl pushed Melody’s shoulder.
That was it.
Lara slowly placed her bag down.

“You have five seconds to apologize… and walk away.”
The girls burst into laughter.

“Or what? You’ll punch us?”
Lara looked straight into her eyes.
“Yes.”
The next moment—
THUD.
One punch. Clean. Perfect.
The courtyard exploded with screams.

(shocked):
“L-Lara?!”
Another girl lunged—
Lara flipped her over with effortless precision.
Random
(crying):
“S-Somebody stop her!”
A professor shouted from afar.
Professor:
“What is going on here?!”
Students gathered in a circle.

Principal Raymond

Lara walked in calmly, her posture straight, her face unreadable.
Behind her, the two injured girls entered with fake tears and dramatic limps.
Principal Raymond
(sighing deeply):
“Miss Lorenzon, this is a university, not a fighting arena. Do you have any idea how serious today’s incident is?”

(steady tone):
“Yes, sir. I stopped being harassed.”
One of the girls immediately interrupted.
Principal Raymond
He turned to the girls.
“You—start from the beginning.”

(sniffling):
“We only joked with her… and she suddenly hit us…”

Lara folded her arms.(quiet but sharp):
“You called me violent trash. You pushed my friend. You laughed when I asked you to apologize.”
Silence fell.
The principal leaned back in his chair.
Principal Raymond
“Is this true?”
The girls avoided eye contact.
Principal Raymond
(disappointed):
“…Answer me.”

(muttering):
“W-We only pushed her friend a little…”
Principal Raymond
The principal exhaled slowly.
“So it was provoked.”
He then looked at Lara again—this time with concern rather than anger.

“But violence is still unacceptable. You could have reported it.”

Lara’s fingers tightened slightly. (low voice):
“Reporting doesn’t stop people like them, sir.”
Silence again.
Just then—
Knock. Knock.
The door opened gently.

(breathless):
“S-Sir… may I come in?”
Principal Raymond
The principal nodded.
“Miss Hale… you’re a witness?”

Melody rushed to Lara’s side.
(firmly):
“Yes, sir. They were bullying us. They pushed me first. Lara only protected me.”
Principal Raymond
The principal studied Melody carefully.
“You’re the daughter of Professor Hale, correct?”
Melody Hale (ml sister)
“Yes, sir.”
The atmosphere subtly shifted.
The principal sighed deeply.

“I will not suspend you, Miss Lorenzon… but this is your final warning. One more incident—and you’re out.”

The girls’ faces fell in shock.

They gasped in disbelief.
After a moment, the principal waved his hand.

“You may all leave.”

Ethane watched the feed silently.

“Protected, not reckless… interesting.”
