My Thoughts Wander the Unalike
°.˖ Chapter 1
Raziri
Woops! Almost got slipped there.
Raziri takes another step carefully yet heavily, making sure not to almost-slip again.
He smiles eitherway. He likes the water.
Raziri
I'm still surprised how I got here.
Raziri continues to gaze at the sky.
After all, the water is where his foot can touch like a sturdy ground.
And the sky is as bluish as the water is.
Raziri
Surrounding myself with these abandoned buildings make me feel like. . . I'm dreaming.
And yelps in slight pain.
Raziri
Yea. Clearly I am alive and not dreaming.
He wanders his sight around again.
He treks gently, passing by the weeds with a few growing tiny wildflowers.
Occassionally he looks back to watch them again. Then he continues to walk away.
Raziri
But really, where am I? And ‐ Woah!
Particles of dust formed a silhoutte, and appeared before him.
It moves humanely, and its mouth occassionally opens.
Hou
Hey man, when are we gonna get invited to the party?
Then a little inaudible sound replied to the silhoutte.
And the silhoutte walked through Raziri while conversing.
Raziri only widened his eyes in shock. He can only watch the silhoutte pass by.
Then the silhoutte slowly dispersed in thin air through diminishing participles.
He heard more murmurs ahead, and saw multiple silhouttes forming.
Hou
Hou 1 : Anyone heard of the Wubble Gabble?
Hou
Hou 2 : Dude, seriously? No one's ever heard of that except you.
Hou
Hou 3 : Oi stop right there!
Hou
Hou 4 : 𝘳𝘶𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘏𝘰𝘶 3
Raziri looks around and saw even more silhouttes forming and talking with each other.
Hou
Hou 6 : Is this some kind of joke to you Mr. [—]?
Hou
Hou 7 : Oh shut up already and just tell me!
Hou
Hou 8 : G-guys, calm down please. . .
Hou
Hou 9 : What is this ruckus? Go do it somewhere else lovebirds.
Hou
Hou 10 : Um, excuse me, did anyone seen [—]?
Hou
Hou 11 : [—], I think I left my glasses in the restroom.
Hou
Hou 12 : Don't make me go get it [—].
Hou
Hou 13 : [—], where are you?
Hou
Hou 14 : [—], you can't see me! Hahahaha!
Raziri passes by through the silhouttes.
Each having their own conversations with someone else.
Hou
Hou 15 : Hey, beat him up.
Hou
Hou 16 : W-what?! N-no please, I swear I'll pay you back!
Hou
Hou 17 : [—], [—], when will [—] come back?
Hou
Hou 18 : Maybe when the holiday comes honey. You'll see him again.
Hou
Hou 19 : How did you all not find the target?!
Hou
Hou 20 : Apologies sir but he was too fast to catch up.
Hou
Hou 21 : Hey! Don't try to pick a fight with me.
Hou
Hou 22 : Or what? Afraid that I'll defeat you in thumb war again?
Hou
Hou 23 : Ugh, seriously, you two just stop it. You both are acting like [—].
Raziri
There really are a lot of these silhouttes huh. . .
Raziri tunes in the conversation, witnessing them all move towards his direction.
He continues to move the other way.
Raziri takes quick glances behind, seeing them all slowly fade away in the distance.
Raziri
I wonder if I could. . .
He thought of trying to touch one instead, and so he did.
But, nothing happened. The silhoutte just moved continuously.
Raziri
Guess I can't reach out to anyone huh.
He decided to walk towards the direction his feet leads to.
Not minding the silhouttes constantly forming, conversing then disappearing again.
Raziri finds a rickety building, standing in shambles and its many parts destroyed by what seems like an explosion.
Raziri
Hm. I could head up.
He treks inside, carefully navigates to a higher floor and —
Raziri
Phew. Arrived and unharmed.
Standing on a broken balcony, he gently walks to the edge.
He finds a lot of silhouttes walking, talking, then disappearing in a very far distance of his perspective.
And all silhouttes appeared on a wide pathway.
Raziri
Man, I wonder why they can't see me.
Raziri slowly bends his knees, criss-crosses then sits down.
Raziri
I wonder if, I ever existed at all.
He continues to let his mind wander in deep thought.
Still, he is amazed by the view.
Raziri
But even if I ask the wonders, I think this is better than feeling ignored all the time, on the spot the real world.
Raziri
Honestly still, where am I really?

°.˖ Chapter 2
Raziri
Ugh! This makes no sense at all.
Raziri
But sitting here and feeling the chilly sensation, I'm guessing that I must be somewhere else. . . .
Raziri placed his hand under his chin, facing down.
His legs gently swinging back and forth as he lets them hang over the edge to where he's sitting.
Raziri
Sadly I don't have anything with me, like. . .
He checked his pockets, even his socks and shoes.
Raziri
I have no pen or paper. Great.
Raziri
Who in the right mind would find paper in their own shoe anyway. . .
Raziri glanced around the scattered debris behind him.
Carefully he stands up, wipes off dusts on his bottom and walks back into the destroyed vicinity.
Raziri
There must be some things left behind here. . .
He looked around, but he saw none.
Raziri
Well, this ain't the only place around the block.
He carefully tread down and landed back on the aquatic yet sturdy ground.
Raziri
I wish to believe this is just glass bending but physics says otherwise.
He looked around again but saw none.
Raziri headed out and avoided as much silhouttes as he could.
Some would hit the lad which made them disappear. Raziri was just annoyed by the effect it makes.
He reached to the other side and took a deep breath.
Raziri
Now then, I shall continue.
Raziri
Sounded weird when I say it.
He chuckled to himself at his doing.
Raziri
Seems there's something above.
Raziri jumped on large boulders, making his way up to a floating, damaged vicinity.
Raziri
Woops! Almost again.
He arrived at his destination.
Raziri
A small cabinette, surprisingly polished.
Raziri
Ooh! Just what I need!
He grabbed a thick leathered notebook and a black pen.
Raziri
No one owned this right? I don't want to be charged of theft.
He looked around. Silence was his only response.
Raziri
Taking that as a yes then.
Raziri
Still, I wonder if these items are here as a coincidence or. . . .
Raziri
Someone's watching me.
Raziri sternly looks up for a bit. Then he continues to look at the items he's holding.
He thought he could really use a bag to bring them.
Raziri
Time to head out then.
Once he was outside, he looked at the many silhouttes passing by again.
Raziri
I wonder why they're heading that way than this way.
A neatly leather bag was now in the hands of the lad.
Raziri
I wonder why you're hiding under that rock.
Raziri
I also wonder why you're not that dirtied.
With gentle forces, he pats the bag for the remaining specks of dust to come off.
Raziri
Wear this here. . . Put these there and, done!
Raziri
What should I do next?
One, follow where the silhouttes go.
Two, walk towards the opposite direction.
Raziri
If I follow them, they might disappear somewhere. If they do, I'll get stuck.
Recalling what he saw earlier, he chose to do the second option.
Raziri walked by the side, trying his best to avoid any contact with the silhouttes.
Raziri
It concerns me if their other half will disappear.
Raziri
I say other half but I just meant like, a mirror.
Raziri
A mirror of themselves rather.
Raziri continued to walk forth.
After some time of contemplation by his own sudden idea, he decided to use the damaged buildings as his pathway instead.
Raziri
This is reeeeeeeally a dangerous height.
He almost went out of balance as he hops on a floating debris.
There were more floating debris above each damaged buildings.
Raziri
I have too much thoughts wondering on how this all existed.
Raziri
These look like an explosion bursted from the inside.
He maintained his balance every hop he makes, making sure not to fall.
Although, some attempts almost led him there.
.☘︎ ݁˖˙✧˖.° .☘︎ ݁˖˙✧˖.° .☘︎ ݁˖˙✧˖.°
After what seems to be an hour or two of hopping to a direction of nowhere, Raziri headed down to another broken building.
He took another deep sigh, then sat on the ground.
Raziri
How long do I have to do that. . .
Raziri was slowly feeling thirsty.
Raziri
I don't think there's a place here where water can be found.
Raziri
Except the ground, which is all made up of water.
He sighed. He can deal with it later.
Raziri
Since I'm now sitting, I should probably start my writing session.
Raziri
I'll think of the water-problem later.
Raziri grabbed his pen and notebook, and started jotting down some things.
Raziri
Dear Guardia,
I'm now in an unknown world of wonder. Like, it's legit unknown yet wondrous.
Raziri
The ground here is fully made up of water, but I can walk on it.
Raziri
Many buildings got destroyed but most debris from each of them are floating.
Raziri
Loads of silhouettes passing by, but whenever I directly have contact with them, they turned into participles.
Raziri
More and more showed up though, and are heading in a certain direction.
Raziri
So many questions. So little answers. Perhaps even zero answers at all. I have no clue what to do or where to go — though I'm heading to the direction opposite to where the silhouttes are going.
Raziri
Eitherway, this ain't normal. I gotta find out what's going on.
Raziri
Keep me safe alright? Be my side, always.
With love, Raziri.
°.˖ Chapter 3
Hou
Hou 1 : Hey [—], heard the massacre at [—]?
Hou
Hou 2 : Man, it's all over the news.
Hou
Hou 3 : [—], you're pretty updated, aren't ya?
Moving silhouttes, now addressed as Hous' [/hoo'ses/], released chatter after chatter. As if, talking was unstoppable.
Glancing by the side is Raziri, who is also somewhat quite occupied with his session.
Raziri
Hm. . . Let's add this here. And there.
Raziri
Hehe. Gotta have some doodles there.
Raziri felt accomplished, as he finished his session.
Raziri
Hooh! Alright. I really do feel hungry and thirsty now.
By coincidence, he noticed his bag getting heavier.
He pulls it up, and indeed, more weight was added as he had to pull more force to lift the bag.
Raziri
Is there something else here?
He finds some biscuits and a water bottle.
Then he reached out to grab the water bottle. It was filled with water inside.
Afterwards, he touched the snacks.
Raziri
I can. . . Kinda see what's happening here.
Raziri
Let me add this to my notes real quick.
He opened his notebook again and started to write in it.
Raziri
Add-on,
I noticed that whenever I think and request of an item, it suddenly appears in a random place that's near my range. Another strange observation indeed.
I don't know really theorize and stuff. I do know that this world is odd, and whatever I request may happen — or will be.
I've yet to figure out the limits of requests I can do, and if it's only limited to items.
Raziri
For now, I'll go further in the distance. I kinda need a flat area. No damaged buildings, no debris and all this broken stuffs.
Raziri
Alright! In you go.
He placed his items back in his bag.
Raziri
Gotta keep moving then.
Raziri started to walk away, and hop on to the floating debris that he could land on.
Moving forward with his head high, but still occassionally looking down to not fall.
.☘︎ ݁˖˙✧˖.° .☘︎ ݁˖˙✧˖.° .☘︎ ݁˖˙✧˖.°
Over what seems to be another hour or two, Raziri halted at another damaged infrastructure.
His eyes squinted on what he sees infront of him.
Raziri
These structures are really never ending huh. . .
The direction he keeps walking forth appears to be infinite.
Raziri
I shouldn't give up right?
Raziri
But I easily give up soooooo. . .
Raziri
This spot should be good.
His steps were only a few. He arrives at a small free spot with nothing on or surrounding it.
He takes off his jacket, smacks it on the ground to blow off some dusts away.
Raziri then lays the jacket down on the ground. He, himself, went next.
Raziri
I should take a nap. Maybe this is all a dream after all.
Raziri places his hands behind his head. His frontal body faces the sky.
Raziri
The sky now looks like an afternoon one.
Raziri
Gladly it adds or changes some colors.
Raziri
Was worried if it didn't.
Though, his eyelids unknowningly drooping down slowly.
He's now into the slumber phase.
.☘︎ ݁˖˙✧˖.° .☘︎ ݁˖˙✧˖.° .☘︎ ݁˖˙✧˖.°
Hou
Oh my gosh, he's awake!
Raziri then slowly opened his eyes.
Raziri
Ugh. . . Why is my head hurting. . .
His vision was blurry for a bit, but he then instantly recovered his sight back.
Raziri faced to his side and found someone looking at him with worry.
Navyx
Oh, thank goodness! We were worried you wouldn't be awake.
Navyx
Y-you don't remember me?
Navyx
I'm Nav. Navyx. Y-you're bestfriend. . .
The door opened with a loud banging sound from a person who entered the room.
The teal-haired lad rushed over to Raziri with relief.
Raziri froze, and blinked.
The lad who hugged Raziri was surprised.
He broke the hug, then cupped Raziri's face — locking his eyes onto the pink-haired lad.
E'rald
You don't remember me?
Raziri shakes his head again.
Navyx
D-did he gain a memory loss?
The teal-haired lad's smiled, but his expression felt sad. Raziri felt it.
Hou
I see that the patient is now awake.
Raziri glanced to another person who talked in the room.
The doctor then called the teal-haired lad as he plans to tell him some matters outside.
The lad requested Navyx to watch over Raziri.
The doctor and him then walked outside and closed the door.
Navyx
A-are you sure you don't remember me?
Raziri shakes his head again.
Raziri
I'm sorry if I can't remember you now.
Navyx
T-then there's a chance you'll remember me right?
Navyx
You'll remember us, me and E'rald. . .
Navyx
He's the guy who hugged you just now.
Navyx
And, he's your boyfriend.
Raziri blinked thrice but with his eyes widening.
Suddenly, the doctor and the teal-haired lad named E'rald, walked into the room.
E'rald walked towards the side of Raziri, still smiling and looking at him with sadness.
Hou
Mr. Raziri will stay here for a few more days before he gets released to further observe his condition.
The doctor looks at all three of them in the room.
Hou
I've been informed as well that you don't have any family nor relatives left, Mr. Raziri.
Hou
Your spouse could be your guardian in the meantime.
Raziri and E'rald nodded.
Navyx
Doctor, I can come visit, right?
Navyx and the doctor talked a bit more.
On the other hand, E'rald and Raziri looked at each other.
E'rald opened his hand, awaiting Raziri's hand.
Raziri doubted a bit, but somehow he sensed that this guy was genuine. So, he placed his hand on E'rald's.
E'rald then gently tightens the hold. He kneels infront of Raziri and kisses his hand.
E'rald
I know this has you surprised, but I'm here for you, always.
E'rald
I can tell you the things that happened before we ended up here. But, I'd like to hear you say that you'll allow me to tell them all to you.
E'rald's eyes looked so desperate and eager, as if he'll do anything for Raziri to make him remember.
Raziri
Sure. I'll allow you to.
Raziri
Don't uhm, don't fasten the pace, okay?
Raziri saw E'rald chuckled.
E'rald
Sure love. Anything for you.
