Sam is a typical high school student. He gets good grades, he’s neat, he’s polite and he’s a teacher’s pet. But deep down, he doesn’t want any of this

His dad forced him to read and be the best because he wants to use him to escape poverty. Whenever Sam tries to talk about out his dreams of becoming a well known basketball player overseas his dad either changes the topic or scolds him and bans him from practicing in the local court.

Sam has gotten used to it. In fact, when he is dad scolds him and sends him to his room he sneaks out the window and goes to the local court. One day, after his dad grounded him. He grabbed his basketball and snuck out.

It was quite late so there was a few people on the court. He usually practiced by himself so it didn’t really bother him. So he put on his headphones and started practicing. An hour later someone taps his back. Out of shock, he falls down and looks up only to see that it’s Ms. Winters. Ms. Winters helps him up and tells him that she has been watching him from across the court that he’s pretty good and he should consider joining the schools basketball team. But Sam knows that his dad will never allow so he turns her down. Ms. Winters sad but determined decides that she’s not going to give up because he’s exceptionally good.

So she stops by the court everyday after school to watch Sam play. Soon they start talking and Sam tells her about his dad and about the reason he can’t join the school’s basketball team. She felt sorry for him because she can tell that he really wants to play. So she he makes a deal with him.

She told him that if he joins the team she won’t tell his dad and she will personally train him in the school’s court after closing hours.

Sam knows that Ms. Winters comes from a family of well renowned athletes. Her grandfather William winters was a hockey player. Her dad Xavier winters was a basketball player. And Ms. Winters was a basketball player for her college team. So knew that if he wanted support he’d have to get close to Ms. Winters.

He started by doing small things like getting her coffee before each practice. Buying her snacks after each practice etc. Ms. Winters was a bit shocked but she decided to accept his gifts anyway. One day, Sam decided to buy her flowers instead of the usual coffee on his way there he say 3 guys surround Ms. Winters. Without any thought he dashed there and shouted for them to leave her alone. He knew that he couldn’t take on three guys at once so he took out his phone and pretended to call the cops. Immediately the Gus saw it the ran and left Ms. Winters on the ground. Her sleeve was torn and she was crying. Sam wrapped his jacket around her and carried her on the bench. He then checked if she had any injuries but when he looked up he saw that Ms winters was already staring at him. Without any warning Ms. Winters kissed him Sam was startled but he kissed her back. As they kissed Sam put his hands on her waist and Ms Winters wrapped her hands around his neck pulling him closer for a deeper kiss. Then Ms. Winters suddenly pulled away…..
