A single, sickly beam of light sliced through the hallway, a jagged blade of white cutting into a darkness that felt thick enough to swallow a soul.
It was a haunting flashlight, flickering with an unsteady pulse, revealing a room that had long since forgotten the touch of the sun.
The air was no longer just air, covering in walls, floor like a heavy, suffocating blanket drenched in the scent of metallic scent—the smell of life spilled out and left to rot.
In the ghostly beam of the flashlight, before two dark shapes, a figure sat slumped, a broken statue of a king who had been cut down by his believer with no mercy.
Beneath him, the floor was a sea of crimson, a mirror of blood reflecting the ruin of a legacy.
The air hung thick with the scent of iron-then...
The sound was a finality, a drumbeat for the end of a world. With his death, the unseen war—the true war—finally stepped forward. The real battle hadn't ended with a corpse, it was only just beginning to sharpen its teeth.
But why did his death feel like nothing? Why was the silence he left behind is just silence, when he was the very reason for 'his' misery?
A vision born of a greed that could only see its own reflection. His selfish dream so narrow it couldn't see pass his own desires —not the suffering of others, not the hopelessness, not even the crumbling of his own family but...
only the path to his throne
But who am I to complain? My own pain is a mere shadow, a flickering candle compared to the sun-devouring darkness he inflicted on those who lost everything: their hopes, their dreams, the reason they woke each morning. The ones they loved—gone. The futures they dreamed of something beautiful —shattered.
And he who lost his every close one, his first friend *glance to the side*

My heart always aches seeing those empty eyes... but not anymore
Now, you have people who care for you. Admire you. Love you. A new life is waiting, to unfold, stitched together from the wreckage of the old one— one you deserve
I reached out and took his hand, my fingers interlocking with his in a promise made to myself
" I'll be here. To make sure, to make you smile, even if the world burns. To make you feel alive, even if we have to rule the underworld to do it."

*stared back for a few seconds then smile back, interlocking their hands*

EPISODE - 02
In someone's life the cruelest one could only be Fate, no one knows when it flips the table. I grew tired of it's play, tired of keep protecting my freedom again and again, so my body let the waves pull me deeper, desperately gasping for air in the dark ocean, just wishing someone came to save me. Then slowly killing myself with those wishes.
But You appear like a floating wood, a ray of hope in that dark black water. Truly fate is a cruel executor ,when I willingly gave my head ,he changed his mind...
I always found myself dragged back to this place from where i want to run away as far as possible.
They called it an auction house. For me it is equal to the Hell everyone afraid. Here, monsters don't lurk in shadows but in skin, they sit under crystal chandeliers—they bid with smirks, raising their hands to buy while girls like me weren't humans here. We were stripped of our names, our dignity to nothing but a price tag.
This place... where monsters with human faces come to buy souls like trinkets. No guilt. No remorse. Just the clink of coins and the weight of chains
"A marketplace where nightmares are traded like rare jewels, and the wealthy feast upon the misery of the broken."
They come here to buy us, to break us just like in childhood kids cry for sweets not thinking of if they really want them or just wanted to show off to others, later they throw away without beating an eye... but they are not some thoughtless innocent children, they sleep without any regrets because they know no one will ever avenge us
A dimly lit hall which could be filled for classic drama, were filled with the wealthy and wicked, their eyes gleaming with greed
The ones who sold us and the ones who bought us were two sides of the same coin. Both were drenched in the same filth mud.
I had been sold four times before, and as I felt the iron of the cage beneath me, a single, bitter thought took root— You are no different from the rest.
???
Auctioneer- GENTLEMAN! OUR MOST EXQUISITE TREASURE FOR THE EVENING!
Author
capital words sentence means shouting
*A covered cage is wheeled forward, whispers erupting*
*The auctioneer yanked away the heavy velvet cloth, the sound like a whip-crack in the silent hall— revealing*
*The room holds its breath.*
???
Auctioneer- LOOK AT THIS SKIN... AS PALE AS FALLEN SNOW,
*the Auctioneer crooned, his eyes roaming*
???
Auctioneer- HAIR LIKE RADIANT PLATINUM, AND EYES... AH, EYES LIKE RARE AMETHYSTS. A BEAUTY NOT OF THIS WORLD!
???
Auctioneer- *grinning* AND *dramatic pause* UNTOUCHED! SHALL WE START AT $25,000?
Virginity. The word hung in the air like a curse, suffocating and foul.
*Bidders are overlapping*
The numbers blurred together. My life was being reduced to numbers again, to the clink of coins and the weight of imaginary chains.
*nails bite her palms*Every shout from the crowd felt like another nail driven into my coffin. They haggled over my soul as if I were a painting to be hung in a hallway then forgotten. Later with time covered by spider webs and dust then again whipped clean to showcase
The crowd was roaring —until another voice cuts through like ice
???
$350,000! *From the shadows*
The hall fell into silence. The Auctioneer froze, his gavel hovering in mid-air. He scanned the room,no one wanted to bet more
*The hall fell into a tomb-like silence, then erupted in gasps. The auctioneer scanned the room, searching for the source of that freezing command.*
*All heads turn to the second floor— the VIP balcony*
My chest went hollow. Not the good kind of hollow—not relief, not hope. The kind where your heart forgets how to beat and your lungs forget they need air.One Million. I almost laughed. Almost. That's not a price. That's madness. For someone who had already been passed around four times like leftover food at a banquet no one wanted to attend? Either this man was a fool... or he was the most dangerous kind of predator—the one who knows exactly what he's buying and doesn't care about the cost....*freezes, leafing her head*
I felt it, A pull. Like the ocean current I had let drag me under
I looked up only to see those two piercing blue eyes, they are cold like winter, the kind that could freezes you mid-breath, mid-thought, mid-heartbeat. They're deeper than the abyss just like that dark black ocean yet mysterious.
They looked down straight at me from that shadowed balcony like I was already theirs — not with desire, but with quiet certainty just like he knows, I will be looking up at him
Then a thought came to my mind —This man... he is not like the others. he is not as simple as those I had met till now
Before I could process, the gavel finally fell and I got sold to this mysterious Blue eye man
???
The auctioneer-*slam the gavel*
???
???- Congratulations, Elena. Your new master awaits
Elena
What a great surprise, that man must be a great deal for the owner of this auction house
The Owner laughed, a dry, rattling sound.
???
Auction Owner-*smug*Oh, he's far more than that. He's been chasing ghosts for two years. Looks like he finally caught one.
???
Now move, can't make him wait.
Elena
*Cold glare*Another beast with deep pockets.
EPISODE -03
In the dimly lit hallway auction house owner strides ahead, his shoes clicking against the marble like a countdown— tik-tik-tik. My own steps are quieter. Practiced, Never drawing attention unless commanded.
My chest tightened with each step, leading me to the new "master" and my mind raced with
"Will this one be any different ?"
The question gnawed at me,but I already knew the answer. They never were. Rich men didn't buy broken things like me to cherish them. They bought them to use until they grew bored.
I will be discarded— like always.
The room looms, its double doors swung wide like a mouth—*The door creaked open!*—Inside, the candlelight didn't provide warmth, it just made the shadows dance like ghosts against the walls.
The owner stepped inside first.—This is where everything changes (A lie I have told myself before)
I hesitated—just a breath, just a second—before forcing myself forward.
The man sitting before me was less a human of flesh and blood and more of a painting with beautiful strokes brought to life. His hair was the color of a black raven's wing in a storm—vast, bottomless, and cold. But it was his eyes that truly bonded a soul, they were two shards of sky-blue ice chipped from the heart of a frozen sea, holding within them the crushing weight of deep, dark ocean with the intense gaze of a sharp wolf's already locking onto it's prey
Every detail line of his face was a masterpiece of lethal elegance. The curve of his brows was as sharp as a blade's edge, was crafted solely to enchant and that nearly invisible mole upon his cheek felt like the drop of a final, deliberate ink stroke of a master's brush —A devil—I thought. Or perhaps an angel. Both seduce with beauty, but only one hides claws behind the allure
The auction owner's hissed warning snapped me back to reality—"Bow!" —he whispered, bent low like a servant.
I didn't move.I won't kneel to a man who brought me
???
Just as I thought. Prideful ❄️
His voice is like the rest of him—tempting yet dangerous.
Elena
Good thing. You're not as dumb as you look
I smirked, defiance burning in my chest
*A chuckle, deep and cold, rolled through the room*
???
You killed three men. Impressive for a caged bird ❄️
He mused, as if discussing the weather
Elena
Then why buy me? Do you want to be the fourth one?*tilting her chin up*
Author
[please think/imagine her appearance as i describe in the previous episode 😅]
A slow smirk curls his lips
*The auction owner sputtered*—"Shut your mouth, woma-"
His command sliced through the air
The auction Owner scurried away, but not without a hissed warning to me—"Don't be stupid."
He is indeed powerful. Even this worm fears him *as he closed the door, pulse steady.*
???
Say what you were saying ❄️
???
Don't you know? Of course to use you ❄️
*Dug Her fingers into her dress*Another monster
???
Not the way you think, I need someone who won't stab me in the back. ❄️
Elena
*snap and look at him*
???
I have an offer for you, miss Elena ❄️ *cold smile *
???
Be my assistant... or my bodyguard.❄️
Elena
Assistant or a bodyguard? You could hire professionals.
???
Professionals betray. But you? You've got nothing left to lose.❄️
Elena
You want me as your bodyguard? *She laughed bitterly* I kill men like you!
???
Good. Then prove it ❄️
???
*He tossed a dagger at her feet*Protect me, and I' II free you from this place ❄️
???
Or try to kill me now.❄️
A beat of silence. The candlelight flickers, casting his face in half-darkness. The dagger didn't just gleam, it hummed with a cold promise. It lay between us like a bridge made of silver—a bridge that could lead to my freedom or my execution.
Elena
How am I supposed to know it's not a devil's offer?
???
Trust is the deadliest game, miss Elena. So play wisely ❄️
Elena
What if I still refuse?
???
The next bidder won't ask so nicely ❄️ *said Soft, deadly*
A pause. The clock ticks.
???
Because I like prideful women.*said in a sweet way*
