Episode 1 When They Met for the First Time...

...(Scene - College canteen, afternoon. Crowded, full of laughter and chatter, and sitting in the middle is her - everyone's crush.)...

Boy (to his friends): "Who is this girl? I see her every day, but today... something felt strange. Like... I've met her before..."

Friend: "Oh, she's everyone's crush! The college star - Kajal Singh. Every guy is after her... but she doesn't give anyone the time of day."

(Kajal is sitting with her friends, having fun. Just then, the boy walks past and their eyes meet.)

Kajal (thinking): "Who is this? I've never seen him in college before... but why does he seem so familiar? These eyes... this face... it's strange."

(The boy is a little flustered, and as he walks away, a faint whisper reaches his ears)

Voice: "Past life... blood... fire... promise... don't forget..."

Boy (frightened): "No! This can't start all over again. Not this time... this time I just want a normal life."

(The scene cuts and we see a flashback – Kajal's past life. She is a vampire hunter with a sword, and the boy... a handsome but lonely vampire. They were destined to kill each other... but... something had changed...)

Past Kajal (angrily): "I won't spare you! You killed the people of my village!"

Past Vampire Boy: "I didn't kill anyone, Kajal... I love you... and that's the truth."

(Cut - back to the present. The boy is now sitting alone, thinking...)

Boy (softly to himself): "If she finds out that I'm the same person... her enemy... then what? Will everything happen again? Or... maybe this time she'll forgive me?"

She's so close, yet why does she feel so far away? (Scene - College library, silence. The boy is watching her, hidden among the books.)

Boy (to himself): "I see her every day... She smiles, she laughs, as if nothing ever happened. Maybe... nothing did happen for her. But for me...? Every moment is a punishment."

(Kajal is showing a book to her friend.)

Kajal: "Do you know? That day when he was looking into my eyes... I felt like... like something was missing... but what?"

Friend: "Have you met him before? Do you have any old memories?"

Kajal (softly): "No... maybe not... but it feels strange... as if my heart has recognized some unspoken truth."

(Cut to – Boy's POV. He's writing something in a black diary.)

Diary Voice Over: "You don't know, Kajal, but I do... In my past life, you were the reason for my death... and in this life, you've become the reason for my life. Am I going to lose you again?"

(Scene - Night, outside the canteen. The boy is sitting alone. Then Kajal comes. For the first time, she approaches him and speaks to him.)

Kajal (softly): "You... always watch me, don't you?"

Boy (startled): "I... no... just... casually..."

Kajal (laughing): "You're very strange. Ever since you arrived, every time my eyes meet yours, my heart starts racing."

(The boy recoils slightly, as if afraid. Kajal looks at him intently.)

Kajal: "Have... we met somewhere before?" Boy (softly, eyes downcast): "You don't remember anything... but I... I could never forget you..."

(A gentle breeze blows in the background, and suddenly – Kajal's pendant around her neck begins to glow.)

Kajal (surprised): "This pendant... my mother said it's a memento from a past life..."

Boy (to himself): "No... not yet... If she remembers everything... she might start hating me again..."

Same name, but a new relationship?

(Scene - A boy is standing at the college's main gate. He hides when he sees Kajal approaching. The faint echo of the pendant still resonates in Kajal's ears.)

Kajal (to herself): "Kajal... Kajal Rathore. But why, when that boy calls me not Kajal... but 'Vira', does my soul tremble? Who was 'Vira'...? Why am I afraid of this name?"

(Cut to – The boy, writing in his diary)

Boy (Voiceover): "Name - Adhiraj Sen. That name from my past life is still alive in my mind... but in this life, everyone calls me Aaryan. But you? You are 'Kajal' now, aren't you? No... you are still my Vira."

(Flashback glimpse – A dark cave, Kajal holds a knife to a vampire's neck)

**Vira (Past life)**

"Not by name, but souls recognize each other..."

(Scene - College canteen, it's very noisy, but his eyes are fixed on only one person. That girl... who is wearing the same pendant... that he had placed around her neck centuries ago.)

Aaryan (to himself): "It's her... my 'Vira'...! But this time, she doesn't recognize me. Last time she came to drink my blood... now she's becoming the beat of my heart?"

Kajal (laughing with her friends): "You guys! Anyone who sees me thinks I'm a 'Killer Queen'... but I'm a normal girl now!"

(A gentle breeze blows. An old whisper echoes in Kajal's ears...)

Echo: "Vira... have you returned?"

Kajal (stops and thinks): "Who called me... by this name? Vira...? This name... why does it both scare me and draw me in?"

Flashback (Past life): Vira is a vampire hunter in black armor. Adhiraj stands before her – wounded, but smiling. Adhiraj (Past Life): "You can kill me, Vira... but will you be able to kill your own heart?"

Vira: "I cannot love a vampire... I was created to destroy them."

Adhiraj: "But I was created only for you..."

Now (Present):

Kajal: "Why do I feel... like someone is speaking to my soul? And this boy... Aaryan... why do his eyes fill with fear when I look at him?"

Aaryan (watching her secretly): "What if she remembers everything? What if she remembers that I gave up my life for her... will she be able to forgive me?"

["A single drop of blood... and all the memories returned"]

Scene - An old bookstore, Kajal enters alone. An old, dust-covered book falls, and some pages flutter to the ground.

"Vira - The Vampire Hunter's Final Hunt"

Kajal (reading the pages): "Vira...? Why does this story seem so familiar? This same pendant... this same boy... wait, this... this is my face!"

Suddenly, a faint blood-red light emanates from the pendant, and flashbacks swirl before Kajal's eyes.

Flashback - Centuries ago, on a stormy night, Vira lies wounded, and Adhiraj gives her his last drop of blood.

Adhiraj (softly): "You are my death, Vira... yet my dearest life."

Vira (weakly): "If I survive... promise me that in the next life, you will find me again."

Adhiraj smiles gently and closes her eyes...

Present - Kajal screams and falls to the ground. Aaryan rushes to her, lifting her into his arms.

Kajal (breathing heavily, drenched in sweat): "Aaryan... no... you... you are Adhiraj... and I... I am Vira!!" Aaryan (startled): "You remembered...??!!"

Kajal (trembling, tears in her eyes): "You saved my life... and I... I left you alone..."

Aaryan (stepping back): "You shouldn't have remembered all this... because I'm not that person anymore, Kajal... Now I'm just a bloodthirsty vampire who doesn't want to lose you again... but can't be close to you either..."

Scene - An old church, moonlight streaming through broken windows. Kajal stands holding a sword, and Aaryan is kneeling before her.

Kajal (angrily): "Today... today your game ends, Adhiraj! Last time you took my life... this time I won't spare you!"

Aaryan (softly, tears in his eyes): "Yes... kill me... but first listen to my plight, Vira..."

Vira (closing her eyes, cutting her hand): "I promise... in the next life, you will find me again..."

Flashback - Hundreds of years ago, Adhiraj is severely wounded, his eyes dimming. Vira stands before him, hesitant.

Adhiraj (weakly): "If I don't drink your blood... I will die... and if I do... then perhaps... you will suffer."

Adhiraj drinks the blood, his eyes turn red... he loses control... and accidentally takes Vira's life.

Present - In the church

Kajal (fighting back tears): "You betrayed me... you made my death a consequence of your love!"

Aaryan (reaching out, trembling): "Kill me, Kajal... I will only love you in every lifetime... even if you hate me."

Kajal (raising the sword): "Today... the answer to 'What is Love?' will be revealed!"

Suddenly another voice echoes from behind.

"Kill him, and then become my queen..."

Kajal turns around - a beautiful but dangerous Vampire Queen stands there.

"When hatred and compulsion meet... what path does love take?"

Scene - In a dark room, Kajal is completely broken, gripping the sword tightly. She is focused on only one thing... ending Aaryan! Kajal (softly, angrily): "You are responsible for my death, Adhiraj... You killed me with my own blood... This time I won't spare you!"

Aaryan (trembling, with both longing and fear in his eyes): "You can kill me, Kajal... but you don't understand, I didn't want all that. I took your blood because... I needed your help to live... It was my compulsion!"

Kajal (raising her sword): "Compulsion? So you didn't know you were killing my heart too? You destroyed my soul, and now you're trying to explain yourself to me?"

Flashback - In a dark time, Vira (Kajal) and Adhiraj are locked in a fierce battle. Adhiraj is seriously wounded, and he needs Vira's blood to survive.

Adhiraj (gasping, covered in blood): "I... I'm dying... If you don't give me your blood, I won't survive!"

Vira (with hesitation in her heart, but with love): "I won't let you die, Adhiraj... but what you're doing is hurting me..."

Adhiraj (weakly): "You know, I love you... and this is my compulsion... If I hadn't done this, I would have embraced death without you!"

Present - A storm of anger and pain rages in Kajal's eyes.

Kajal (softly, placing the sword on Aaryan's neck): "That was your compulsion... and this will be my hatred!"

Aaryan (trembling, closing his eyes): "You can kill me, Kajal... but you don't know that I can't live without you." "You are my reason for living, and I would die for you if you wished... but I can never leave you!"

Kajal's expression changes, her heart heavy. She lowers the sword and begins to think.

Kajal (softly): "You know, Adhiraj... you're lying so much... you didn't want me to die... you just wanted to save your own life, didn't you?"

Scene - Suddenly, a new figure enters through the church doors, a powerful vampire queen.

Vampire Queen (smiling): "Kajal... your story is very interesting... but can you both pay the price for your love?"

Kajal (astonished): "Who are you?"

Vampire Queen (with a smile): "I am the one who has come to change your lives."
