The Lost Trace
Prologue.
In the ancient times, gods lived side by side with the divine beings.
Gods created them, they loved them.
Divine beings were beings strong enough to destroy nations.
And in midst of them all, humans lived.
They were created by the two gods.
Avidiarte, the god of greed.
And Pulovair, The goddess of strength, power.
They mixed good and bad inside the humans.
But The god of greed wanted more.
He wanted followers of his own.
He wanted them to be just like him, to worship him.
And with that, the greedy humans took more and more.
The other gods took sides, the God realm turned into chaos.
In the end, the divine beings were pressured by both sides, as they wanted peace, nothing more..
Humans took their territory.
All because of the greedy humans and defiant gods..
No one was to hold such immense power, no one, except for gods.
Some divine beings survived, though.
They ruled the lands with the little power they had left.
They lived in secluded areas, not seen by humans.
They disappeared, and with them, the long lost dragon race.
Beastmen.
After the divine beings hid and disappeared, the gods returned to the God realm, they no longer stayed in the human realm, Asterate.
Humans led countess wars against each other in the passing years.
Some divine beings mated with normal humans, and like that beastmen came to exist.
They were like divine beings, just not pure blooded.
They didn't have as much power as divine beings.
Beastmen weren't save either.
Humans hunted them down for their horns and good skin.
Beastmen, as the name says, could transform into their animal spirit.
Humans took advantage of that.
They forced them to reveal their beast self and kill them.
Beastmen, in the end, hid as well.
After all, human greed knows no bounds..
Some of them stayed and lived withing human races.
They didn't revel their ears and tails.
They stayed hidden, silent.
It wasn't their problem anymore.
The gods.
While humans fought and lost, gods declared a silent war.
The god realm, Stellarius, divided into ranks of power.
The infimus (lowest) gods had the smallest bit if power.
Then there were the inferior (lower) gods.
And the strongest of them all.
More known as the Highest gods of Stellarius.
The most known highest gods are-
Iraliel, The god of wrath.
Vitalar, The goddess of life.
Luxiara, The goddess of light.
Ténèbres, The goddess of darkness.
Terrusis, The god of land.
Floradis, The goddess of nature.
Ignaria, The goddess of fire.
Adonis, The god of water.
And the most mysterious of them all, The god of death.
No one remembers him, no one knows him.
He takes lives and takes their souls to the other side.
The tales say, that he is the strongest of the gods, rivaling even The god of light and life.
And he's gaining more power as he hides.
