Gold in the sand
Within one of the brightest stars in the milk way galaxy is planet Gobi. A planet having 80% land with little vegitation
It is occupied by very few people who live in the only city on the planet
A house stands alone in the middle of the desert. The only building you can see a hundred kilometres from Mpwenyiwa city

Excellent idea Dom we indeed are out of resources

He looks at the window even though all he could see is just sand.
Dominic
Kim get the sand skipper ready
Dom went downstairs to his garage and found the Sand skipper already at the exit. He puts in a metallic box then he jumps in and off into the scorching sun he goes
Dominic is a normal human from earth. He ended up in this planet twenty years ago when his parents came here to do a certain research which Dom doesn't even know about. His parents were scientist for The Messiah sector, but they left him when he was twelve claiming that they will come back. Since then Dom never heard of them. Some say that they died some say that they are imprisoned by the Sector. All he can remember of them is the necklace with the purple crystal around his neck
The skipper only took him less than an hour to reach the city
The streets are crowded in the market. Dom walks slowly heading for a shop written Ben

Later on Dominic loads his stuff into the skipper and off he goes back home

Why are we just stuck in this dump sh*t of a planet.
Dominic

Kim
... I don't know there are many planets that are cooler than here.
Dominic

*chuckles* Kim I think the heat is too bad for you

Earth is a cool planet
Kim remains silent for half a minute. Dominic starts looking through the window and blurry memories of earth start to rush through his head. The water in Shire river as clear as it's atmosphere, the vegetation and fresh air.

Wow it has to be cool by the data I just got
Dominic looks at the hologram surprised.
Dominic
You mean you can receive data from Earth?
Kim
Yeah but it's pretty old, telling by the frequency
He gets his eyes back to the window. He can't believe his eyes when he sees a space ship crashing half a kilometer from his house.
Dominic
Kim are you seeing what am seeing what am seeing?
Dominic quickly goes down stairs and gets into the Skipper
Dominic makes a living by scavenging stuff which he sales in the city. He is good at it but it's hard when the Maxoba are around.
Dominic stops near the crash. He exits the Skipper and looks at the terrible crash

No signs of explosion or of any explosion happening
Dominic
Let's do this quick before those bastards join us.
Dominic looks for an opening and he finds a half open door. He pushes it open and jumps in. His breath intake reduces as the room was covered with smoke

Kim check for heat signatures
Dominic spots two metal boxes, he squats next to one of them and opens it. His heart pounds harder when he sees the gold bars inside the chest then he checks the other one and finds the same
Kim
There is only one person who is unconscious.
Kim
Female and she is just a few steps away
Dominic
Let's get out of here
Kim

He closes the boxes then starts to drag them out
Kim
Dude she needs your help.
Dominic
Do you have proof?
Kim
Yes she murmured help when you were getting out
Dominic loads the last box. When Kim plays the recording Dominic pauses and the recording echoes start echoing through his mind

*groans* make it stop

I stopped it like ten seconds ago
He goes back into the spaceship and searches for the lady and finds her on the floor. He carries her then he rushes out side and puts her in the skipper.
Dominic turns around and sees a group of twelve Maxoba behind him

What do we have here?
Dominic
I was just leaving boys

Dominic takes his weapon he calls it Ngemba
Dominic
Boys let's not do this
The Maxoba start shooting and Dominic sprints dodging the shots then he throws the Ngemba cutting off on of the Maxoba's head. He then power punches the other and snatches it's gun then starts shooting the others.
Dominic looks at his mess then he throws the gun away and picks his Ngemba. He gets into the Skipper and off he goes
Sector scene
Sector soldiers start to alive at the crash.
The place gets dusty as the aircraft lands next to the crash. Sector soldiers start to scatter around the scene
David removes his sunglasses and smacks his lips. Ana joins him and she looks at the sun cursing the heat in her mind
David
Let's hope our boss gets what he wants
Ana
*frustrated* why did he send us here anyway. We are pro's.
David
*sighs* I hate it too but let's just finish it fast and go home
A soldier with his two friends approach the two captains
They all pat their chest with there fist
Sector Soldier
Captain status report.
They respond at once. Their eyes collide, and they quickly withdraw then look at the three soldiers. Ana gestures for him to go on.
Sector Soldier
We found no survivor and some cargo is alright
The soldier swallows and his face shows that something has gone wrong

The report from HQ says that there were 7 passengers in the ship, but there is only 6
David

Sleeping beauty awakes
The wind hisses through the window. The sand rattling slowly on the dunes. Claire snuggles on the cozy bed. Simi, Dominic's cat yawns and stretch stabbing Claire's thigh. She whines while switching to the other side of bed. She takes a deep breath and that's when the scent of men perfume fills her nose. She opens her eyes and looks at the surrounding puzzled.

*yawns and stretches*
Claire raises her body and looks at the white cat look at her
She scratches Simi's head and Simi purrs while gently closing her eyes
Claire walks off the bed. She sees the bandage wrapped around her leg. She forces her self to stand up and she does with a wince. She limps while heading for the door. When she gets near the door she hears voices from two males chatting. She opens the door.
Kim
Now we have enough stuff to get out of here
Dominic
Don't get over excited, this is sector gold. The Sector might be searching for it.
Kim
Come on I told you there is no trackers in here.
Claire comes limping into the room. Dominic looks at her calmly and she also freezes her eyes on him then he stands up and helps her to sit on the chair.
Dominic
You should have been on your bed you are not alright to be walking by yourself.
Claire
*keeps looking at Dominic*
Dominic quickly goes to the kitchen and brings back a cup of coffee.
Dominic
*giving her the cup* come on drink this

*calmly* drink up it will help a lot
Dominic was not sure if Claire is human or not because some aliens resemble humans in almost everything even genetics can't separate them. On the other hand Claire was also thinking of the same thing.
Claire puts the empty cup of coffee gently on the glass table.

Welcome madam to planet Gobi the only hot planet that has life. Please make yourself feel at home.
Claire
*chuckles when she sees the hologram hover in between them*

Claire

Dominic's heart also starts to ache, So to hide the emotions he goes and stands next to the window. Kim just hovers in the middle speech less and silence diffuses in the room.
Claire wipe her tears on her face, but Dominic seems to be lost in his mind.

Dom remember we have a place to go.
Kim brings Dominic back to reality.
Dominic
Yes I do, let's get ready.
Claire
Where are you going?
Dominic
To the market. Are you going to need anything?
Claire
