Backstory¹
A patient laid down on the bed his hands holding a book reading through the pages, fingers flipping lightly turning over a new page.
His face pale because of the lack of blood but still didn't disturb his handsome face that had a child like feature to it one couldn't help but protect and cuddle
He sat by the window facing the dim rays coming from the sun but his face, no expression were a bit not in line with the current background, I guess the book wasn't quite what he expected as his face kept twitching, expression from anger, to sadness, to joy, back to anger again.

So the story started fine with the same old cliché plot, but then in about the 100th chapter things got messy, ml had a character change or should I say misunderstanding,, and started Maltreating the FL and then she ran away with the ball just to come back to her childhood sweetheart that she had broken the engagement of fifteen years and stay there for a few years.

It wasn't like the childhood sweetheart didn't court her or express feeling she said she was too busy taking care of kids to think about that.

But guess what it wasn't just that turns out she had a secret gang, and then she went back to her hometown just to have a night stand with ml. Ml being stupid though she was a s!ut, and hated her to death after a million twist that made me bleed with their stupidity
He finally got the Truth and FL got kidnapped the knight in shining armor went to save completely and they live happy ever after
forgetting about the second ml that was there for her through wind and rain

The rest of the nurses laughed so stayed and listen anyway the hospital was like his second home, so every single nurse working there knew him, and his stories

He signed total tired with his life it wasn't the first time this had happened he liked buying books to pass time but it seemed fate was cursed and he always got the books with the bitter ends
Looking back he laid down counting breathes the machine detecting his heart rate beeps slowly his mind couldn't help but wonder what if the books he picked had their own happy endings.
He was always a sucker for 2'n ml, but he took pride In that he just wanted their own happiness one that doesn't involve revolving around someone who doesn't care or is too shallow to believe it

Amidst the chaos poor wily just barely opened his eyes and saw nurses all around him trying to get him back, he was confused, so he tried calling, but no voice came out, lucky one nurse saw him

He was confused so he tried looking around him and caught site of a dark shadow coming towards him, he tried to move but his body didn't obey him slowly the shadow stretch out his hand over will face will using this opportunity tried to see the person but all he got was darkness
Slowly the hand came over his face and landed on his chest but instead of feeling danger he felt warmth came down and he couldn't help but become comfortable and closes his eyes
