It was silent…dark… ‘where was I?’ Is all Miles could think about….his mouth hurt…as it there was something stuck in it? Or something stuffed in it….he couldn’t see….he wrists hurt…..his shoulders were in pain…his ankles were in pain…..and his head was stinging bad. But he was set….where was he?

Miles started to wiggle. Trying to get the grip loose on his ankles and wrists…but it just hurt more as he did so…

A voice was heard…was there someone in the same room as Miles? Who was it? And what is going on?!! Miles head was racing with questions he was restricted from asking…

Footsteps….Miles heard footsteps coming toward him…he was worried…he was tied up….vulnerable even….he couldn’t even guard himself….

The footsteps stopped….Miles could feel his presence right in front of him….Miles felt something reaching out….behind his ears, all the way to the back of his head…..He was ready to feel the hit or something painful coming his way…..but instead

Miles slowly opened his eyes…blurry but he could see….he removed his eye mask? Why?….

Infront of Miles, bent on his knees was a handsome guy…his vision was still a little blurry but it was clearing up a second after the other…..

But as his version grew clearer….he saw a man infront of him with goldenish brown hair…beautiful gray eyes with glasses on them resting so nicely on the berm of his nose….he had plum pinkish lips that looked quite soft….his skin was tan…like sungold?

Miles had so many questions…. Main one being who this guy was????

Miles nods…that’s the only way he could communicate now

‘what?!’ Is all Miles thought about

Choice? What is this guy talking about???? Miles was confused and very angry at this point. Why was this guy running around the bush?? What is going on? Where am I? Who is this guy? And what is this place?

As Miles looked around he finally examined the room… it was a room with metal walls…not any metal but strong steel walls…. Where is this place? There were lines of shelves filled with stuff… Food, Water, touches, power batteries, safety equipment….a separate room in the right corner….but most importantly….there was computers…3 monitors, two PC… a whole desk was built right in front of him…wires all connected together and clumped up… and to the other side was a double bed….with blankets and junk food wrappers all around it. There was also a Bike in the far right side of the bed… with tools and grease cloths all around it….why was there a bike here? Is this a bunker? A basement? Where was this?!

The guy noticed Miles looking around….

The guy slowly leans in….he puts his arms behind your head to loosen up the cloth that was wrapped around your mouth. He slowly removes it….

Miles takes a deep breath through his mouth… a relief or a sigh of pain? Either way Miles could now talk. But his mouth hurt…he moved his mouth a little to adjust it a little before speaking….

Miles knew if he shouted or screamed he could put himself in further danger. So he decided to play with caution

Couple of hours before…

Miles was alone in his office. He had to stay back to finish off his last file of report. As he finally finished off filing his last report, he just had to print it out and leave…

Miles did a little stretch before taking a last sip of his, now very cold, coffee that one of his colleagues brought for him 3 hours ago…

Miles walked toward the Caption’s office, as the Print was right outside of the office. But as he did that, he noticed a unrecognisable shine or light shining through the creak of the door….

‘Did Cap forget to close his computer?’ Thinking that Miles walks into the office….he slowly opens the door….and peaks in….he show that there wasn’t anyone there but the computer was on…so Miles started to walk towards it

As he entered the dark room with the only light source was the computer, he walked behind the desk. As he was turn the PC off he noticed something on the screen

‘Documents downloading in 5 Mins’

Before Miles could process or even act on whatever was going on, on that screen he felt something on his head. A sharp pain sparking through….his head was spinning….and he fell…..

….Back to Present….

With that the guy stood up and walks to his desk…he doesn’t say a word and neither does Miles. Ofcourse Miles had a million questions but he didn’t know how to ask…in a sense he didn’t want to ask. He was confused. But not dumb. He knew something was up. This guy barely had any weapons and he used his t-shirt to tie my ankles and my handcuffs to cuff my hands. He didn’t want to kidnap Miles. And Miles figured that out fast.

Miles asks but he gets no response from the guy

The guy looked through the gaps of his computer monitors and gave a death glare…but he stood up

The guy walks over to those shelves and grabs a bottle of water. He walks backs to Miles and opens the cap of the bottle. Miles opens his mouth as the guy helps him drink the water

Miles doesn’t say anything. The guy goes back at his desk and continues what he was doing….
