Uncle Jeon Is Filthy | (Taekook)

uncle

Taehyung hated school uniforms. They were made for people who looked good without trying. Not for someone like him. His white shirt stretched at the buttons. His pants felt tight around his waist. The tie hung loose, never straight no matter how many times he fixed it. His school bag was old, the strap torn on one side. He wore thick glasses. They slid down his nose when he walked fast.
Taehyung was chubby. Everyone said fat, but he liked the word chubby better. It sounded softer. Kinder. School was never kind. He sat at the last bench, always quiet. His notebook was filled with small doodles of manga characters instead of notes. Teachers sighed when they saw his marks. Students laughed when they saw his face.
Still... today felt different. Because today, Taehyung had decided to be brave. The boy he liked stood near the school gate. Perfect hair. Sharp jaw. Clean uniform. Surrounded by friends. Taehyung's heart beat loudly in his ears.
Just say it, he told himself. Say it and be done. He walked forward, hands shaking.

E-excuse me," Taehyung said.

The boy looked at him with confusion first... then amusement. "Yes?" he asked, smirking.
Taehyung

Taehyung swallowed hard. "I... I like you."
The world stopped. Then it exploded with laughter.
???
???
You?" the boy said loudly. "You like me?"

His friends started laughing too. "Look at him," the boy continued. "Those clothes. That body. Those glasses." "Did you really think you had a chance?"
Someone nearby snorted. Another whispered, "That's disgusting." Taehyung's face burned. His ears rang.
Taehyung
Taehyung
I'm sorry," he said quickly, bowing his head. "I won't say it again."
He turned and ran. On the way home, the whispers followed him. "Hey fatty." "Careful, don't trip." "Rejected already?" Taehyung kept walking. Faster. Faster. His chest hurt. By the time he reached the empty road near the fields, his eyes were wet. He wiped them angrily with his sleeve.
That's when a black car suddenly stopped beside him. The door opened. Before he could react, someone pulled him inside. Taehyung screamed.
Taehyung
Taehyung
Let me go!" he cried, kicking and hitting. "I don't have money! Please!"
The door slammed shut. The car started moving. A man wearing a mask laughed softly.

You don't have money," the man said calmly. His voice was low and careless, like he was talking about the weather. "Then we'll sell your kidney first."
Taehyung's whole body went cold.

Then your eyes," the man continued. "Eyes sell well."
Taehyung started shaking badly.

Maybe your heart," the man added, laughing softly. "That one is last."
Taehyung couldn't breathe anymore. He started crying hard, loud sobs breaking out of his chest. His hands trembled as he tried to push away, but he was weak and scared.
Taehyung
Taehyung
Please... please..." Taehyung cried. "I didn't do anything wrong... I swear..." "I don't have money... I don't have anything..."
Tears ran down his cheeks and soaked into his school uniform. His glasses slipped down his nose, but he didn't care. His chest hurt. His throat hurt. The man sighed.

So dramatic," he muttered. "Such a drama queen."
The car suddenly slowed down. Then it stopped. For a few seconds, everything was quiet. Too quiet. The man reached up slowly and pulled the mask off his face. Taehyung froze. His crying stopped completely. His eyes went wide.
Taehyung
Taehyung
Uncle?" he whispered, voice broken and confused. "U-Uncle Jeon?"

Jungkook was sitting in the driver's seat, calm and serious, hands resting on the steering wheel.
Jungkook
Jungkook
Yes," he said softly. "Uncle."

my home

Taehyung stared at him. One second. Two seconds. Then reality hit.
Taehyung
Taehyung
You-!" Taehyung shouted and started hitting Jungkook's arm with both hands. "Are you crazy?!" "I thought I was going to die!" "I was so scared!"
Jungkook let him hit for a moment. Then he pulled Taehyung into his chest and wrapped his arms around him tightly.
Jungkook
Jungkook
I'm sorry," Jungkook said quietly. "You weren't answering your phone."
That was all it took. Taehyung broke down again. He buried his face in Jungkook's chest and cried like a child, shoulders shaking.
Taehyung
Taehyung
I hate school," he whispered between sobs. "I hate everyone there..."
Jungkook
Jungkook
Jungkook held him firmly, one hand pressing the back of Taehyung's head. "I know," he said. "I know."
The rest of the drive was quiet.

Jungkook drove them to a house near the village. It wasn't too big, but it was clean and beautiful. Warm lights glowed from inside. Jungkook's house. Inside, the air felt safe. Quiet. Calm. Taehyung's legs felt weak as soon as they sat on the sofa. Without thinking, he climbed onto Jungkook's lap and leaned against him. It felt natural. Like he belonged there.
Jungkook didn't stop him. He gently rubbed Taehyung's back, slow and steady.
Jungkook

What happened?" Jungkook asked softly.
Taehyung

Taehyung took a deep breath and told him everything. "I'm ugly," Taehyung said quietly, staring at the floor. "That's why... they hate me."
Jungkook

Jungkook lifted Taehyung's chin gently so he had to look at him. "No," Jungkook said firmly. "You're not."
Taehyung
Taehyung
Taehyung's lips trembled. "Then why does everyone treat me like this?"
Jungkook didn't answer right away. He just hugged Taehyung tighter, like he was protecting something precious. The phone rang suddenly.
Taehyung
Taehyung
Taehyung flinched. "Mom," he whispered.

Jungkook took the phone from his hand. "He's with me, Mrs. Kim," Jungkook said calmly. "He'll stay here tonight."
Taehyung

Taehyung looked up at him with wide eyes. "Uncle..."

Jungkook smiled softly. "You're not going back today."
Taehyung relaxed against his chest, finally breathing properly.

Many years ago, the Kim family found a boy near the village. He was young, injured, and alone. He had no family with him and nowhere to go. That boy was Jeon Jungkook. The Kim family did not ask many questions. They took him in and placed him under village childcare for abandoned children. Even though it was officially a shelter situation, Jungkook spent most of his time at the Kim house.
From that moment, Jungkook's life changed. Kim Seokjin, a male omega, became the one who cared for Jungkook the most. Seokjin was gentle but strong, kind but firm. He cooked for Jungkook, scolded him when needed, and treated him like his own child. Kim Namjoon, Seokjin's mate, agreed to help but kept emotional distance. He was protective of his family and always careful around outsiders.
At that time, Seokjin was pregnant. Not long after Jungkook arrived, Kim Taehyung was born. From the beginning, Jungkook and Taehyung grew up together. Jungkook protected Taehyung like an instinct. He carried him, played with him, and never let anyone bully him. Taehyung learned to walk holding Jungkook's hand and learned to speak calling him "Uncle Jeon."
Even though Jungkook was not related by blood, the bond between them was real. As Jungkook grew older, his talent became obvious. At fifteen, he left the village to become a K-pop trainee. The childcare system officially ended his stay, but the Kim family never stopped caring for him. Now, Jungkook is twenty-eight years old.
He is a world-famous K-pop idol. Because of his fame, he visits the village only in secret and for short periods of time. For safety reasons, only the Kim family knows when he comes. Seokjin still worries about him like a parent. Namjoon, however, does not like Jungkook's presence. He believes Jungkook's fame brings danger and attention. He fears it could affect Taehyung. That is why there is tension between them. Taehyung is now seventeen years old and still in school.

After dinner, Jungkook cleaned the kitchen. He cooked simple food, but Taehyung ate a lot. That always made Jungkook happy. Taehyung changed his clothes. He wore Jungkook's oversized black hoodie and his own short pants. The sleeves were too long and covered his hands. For some reason, Taehyung always liked wearing Jungkook's clothes when he stayed here. They felt warm. Safe. Like home.
He turned on the music. The volume was loud. Very loud. Taehyung started dancing in the living room, moving freely, spinning, jumping, laughing to himself. He didn't care how he looked. He liked it this way.
Taehyung
Taehyung
Standing next to you Standing in the fire next to you, oh You know it's deeper than the rain It's deeper than the pain When it's deep like DNA Something they can't take away, ay Take-take-take-take-take-take off
Maybe that was why Jungkook built the house a little far from the village. No neighbors. No noise complaints. Taehyung could never do this at his own house.
Seokjin would scold him. "Lower the volume." "Do your homework." "Stop jumping around."
So Taehyung always waited for Uncle Jeon to come home. He liked it here more than his own house.
