Love? No Idea What It Is. ╮(^▽^)╭
The start of it.
It was long day after the whole drama.
Mia sat in her room , leaning against the leg of the bed, trying to figure out just what went wrong.
Just what lead to her face's current state.
Now her whole life's at stake. Just cause someone couldn't accept rejection.
Mia smith. talented in handworks. Doing fine in life. Living like any other student , juggling the assignments and part-time jobs. Her parents far in the country side.
But there was something exceptional in her.
That was her love for cricket. Her skill and ambition for it...
Yet ,just one day changed her whole life.
Masked someone
*comes towards her on motorcycle, throwing the liquid from some small container he had held in hand, messily in her direction. Along with the container*
Before Mia could even register her own situation, the first thing she saw was the shocked faces of those around her.
...some in fear ,some in disbelief...some running to her...
soon, right within a second, she heard it.
...buzzz... like foaming-
Right after it ,the sharp pain...not in one but in thousands, from her side...her ear ringing as she finally realises
Masked someone
*speeding up to escape ,one last glance as Mia fell backwards, curling in pain as her scream reached the sky*
Masked someone
Yes, all of it is your fault..
Masked someone
You bought it upon yourself,Mia..
the present of it.
Is it as what the elders explain it to be? Fated. Eternal. Till death. Through lifetimes together?...
is revenge the only thing once that love is rejected ...by choice?
Mia Smith spends most of her time hidden behind the world.
No more the girl she used to be.
No more the hardworking and inspirational...
Just away from the fast moving world, looked down on for her disfigured face , sometimes pitied, sometimes laughed at, sometimes ignored.
Mia's story is not one of those outshining ones, like the ones that defeated the pain and moved with life , conquering success.
Her's is the story of the rest of the victims. Simply forgotten by time.
Justice a far call.
Forever lost to someone's revenge.
For the love she didn't ask for.
For the world that forgot her.
If she manages to struggle and reach the world outside, she might get recognised. Maybe trashed at. Or given a second chance to restart.
But pain has become an old friend. Pinning her to her feet ,still and stuck to past while the world moved forward.
No longer holding her beauty nor the strength with which she once stood with head held high looking forward for every next day.
Just a broken girl with disfigured skin, with old parents she failed to serve in old age, instead stayed in their care forever. Too afraid to face the world anymore.
Meanwhile, somewhere far away from her shut off world, the boy that is the reason for her downfall, is happily married to someone else, after some months after his cruelty.
The guilt somewhere in him for what he did, the ego erasing it cause 'it was all her fault, if she had just accepted,it would have been her that would be here as his wife'
But whose fault was it truly?
Or the world that ignored such cases, like any other day?
Or the girl for rejecting as per her heart's wish?
Who is to blame when the very idol of justice carved in pure white standing blindfolded, is too blind to see them all.
Whom to blame when the power plays the role making justice it's playtoy?
who is going to weep for the lost lives of hundreds out there?
Lost in the noise of moving world?
the play
It was a normal day in her life. No exception.
Came back from kindergarten with a little paper doll, which didn't truly looked of sort
But since the little boss said,it is one, it is it. that's final.
Diana Antony

she said with a frown ,at her father. Correcting him for the 'n'th time now.
Jonny Paul

The play continues. The paper doll sitting still. It's unevenly drawn eyes watching ceiling and floor all at once. The little toy crown twinkling to the afternoon sunlight
The father trying to keep up with his daughter in royal etiquette.
the daughter teaching him again and again without loosing interest
somewhere far in sky ,as a star the little girl looks for after the evening snack.
Waiting for her to come in her dream so she can talk and play with the mother.
Meanwhile the father leaves for work at night
someone that lost his most beloved ,but living on for her gift left behind for him .
