Lin Xiao Yu, was walking towards the headquarters with his friend - Xi Ming

"hm, I'm already tired even before entering the headquarters" said Xi ming

"You're always like that. to be honest yeah, me too" Xiao Yu chuckled

"Oh man, I wanna go home." Xi Ming said his lips pouting. Xiao Yu looked at him

"Let's go" Xiao Yu pulled Xi Ming basically dragging him

Xiao Yu looked at his computer screen typing and importing files. Xi Ming looked at him

"You really love working don't you?" Xiao Yu glanced at him "Do I?, I guess. I don't know"

A employee walked up to Xiao Yu "Xiao Yu the details of the upcoming fabric is here" Xiao Yu turned back to the employee

"Thanks, I'll check and send it to the boss' assistant soon" the employee nodded before leaving

Xiao Yu looked at the details file which he was holding as he sighed

"Working is hard bro, full time is alot tiring than part time, I was so excited to get a job during high school" Xiao Yu looked at Xi Ming

Xi Ming looked at him as he spoke "For real, I wanna die now man, I'm too tired to do all this sh-t" Xi Ming said swinging his hand in the air twisting and massaging his wrist which was tired from all the writing and typing

Xiao Yu looked at Xi Ming as he spoke "Should we take a break?" "Please..!" Xi Ming pouted still massaging his wrist, Xiao Yu chuckled before turning off his computer (not before saving everything safely though) he got up from his chair.

"Let's go or the lunchtime will be over" Xi Ming looked at Xiao Yu before nodding "Com'on"

...At the canteen...

Xiao You and Xi Ming looked for seats their lunches in their hands, then they sat down by the window. "Hey Xiao, you know it's almost going to be over a year we're working here right?" Xiao You nodded taking a bite of his lunch "But I'm curious y'know?" "About what?" Xiao Yu asked

"That we still haven't met the boss ourselves, in person I meant" Xi Ming sipped his drink humming "You don't have to be THAT curious y'know?, it's good we haven't" Xi Ming looked at Xiao Yu even more interested now "Why?" Xiao Yu glanced at him "I don't know, I heard people say that, he's really cold towards everyone. EXCEPT his own family members" "Eh?, really?" Xi Ming's expression said it all, he's clueless as hell

"Heh, you didn't know it did you?" Xi Ming nodded "Anyways, let's not talk about it now, you don't need to be curious bout it, I think" Xiao Yu glanced at him before continuing eating his lunch.

...Back at their desks...

Xi Ming once again got back to writing and typing (R.I.P his fingers and hand :<) Xiao Yu got from his chair giving Xi Ming a glance before speaking "Hey Xi Ming, I'm going to to the fourth floor" Xi Ming looked at him "Eh?, are you going there to give the file?" Xiao Yu just hummed in response before receiving a nod from the red haired guy (Xi Ming ofc:>).

Xiao Yu got out of the elevator before going towards Mr. Feng's (mister assistant) cabin. He looked around the floor as he passed by the Boss' cabin, he didn't payed much attention as he went straight to Mr. Feng's cabin. Xiao Yu knocked on the door before he spoke "Mr. Feng, I'm here to give you the details file" then Mr. Feng spoke from inside "Come in the door's open," Xiao Yu walked in after hearing Mr. Feng.

Mr. Feng looked at Xiao Yu "Mr. Feng this file, the details one" Xiao Yu placed the file on the table before Mr. Feng smiled "Thank you very much Lin Xiao Yu" "No problem, I'll get going then" Xiao Yu left the room.

On the way Xiao Yu suddenly bumped into someone making him stumble backwards "Can't you see?" The person said in a cold tone "I'm very sorry I wasn't paying attention" Xiao Yu apologized as he looked up at the person. The person was dressed in a quite expensive suit, hair neatly styled, shoes all shined perfectly.

Xiao Yu apologized one last time before leaving from there. The person looked at Xiao Yu's back as he disappeared in the elevator "Hm" the person mumbled to himself

The person walked towards Mr. Feng's cabin as he entered "Feng shui, what you doing?" the person sat on the couch before Mr. Feng spoke

"Oh, Yi Chen, nothing I'm just rechecking the files" Yi Chen nodded "Since you're here, check this file out, it's the details file" Mr. Feng said before handing Yi Chen the file

"Hm" Yi Chen hummed going through the file "All good, who came to give it though?" Mr. Feng looked at him "Xiao Yu, Lin Xiao Yu" Yi Chen nodded "Why though?"

Yi Chen shook his head before getting up "Nothing just asking, I'll go back to my cabin, see ya" Mr. Feng nodded as Yi Chen went out of the room

...Later Work...

Xiao You and Xi Ming stood outside the headquarters buliding unable to go home since it started raining earlier quite heavily, "What now?" Xiao Yu looked at Xi Ming as Xi Ming spoke up "I don't know, I didn't brought a umbrella today"

Xi Ming pouted "I didn't brought it either" Xiao Yu sighed before he took out his phone "I'll call a cab, let's see if my network works" Xi Ming nodded.

Xiao Yu scrolled on his phone booking a cab, "Lin Xiao Yu? Zhang Xi Ming?" Xiao Yu and Xi Ming turned their heads "Mr. Feng, were you working late?" Xiao Yu asked looking at Mr. Feng "Yes, I was checking the upcoming designs" Xiao Yu and Xi Ming nodded

"How long have you two been standing here?" Mr. Feng asked "For about....30 minutes" Xi Ming spoke "I was about to book a cab but the driver kept rejecting" Xiao Yu looked at him "Oh, how about I give you two a lift?" Mr. Feng looked at the two "No it's fine, we don't wanna bother you" Mr. Feng smiled as he spoke up "Come on let's go, it's not a bother" "Okay then, thank you though" Xiao Yu smiled.

"Thank you for the lift Mr. Feng" Xiao Yu said once he was out of the car "No problem, take care" Xiao Yu nodded before looking at Xi Ming "Call me after you get home" Xi Ming nodded "Sure..".

Mr. Feng was started the car again, going to drop Xi Ming at his house after dropping Xiao Yu.

The silence was loud... not until Mr. Feng spoke up "Give me your address" Xi Ming glanced at him "Don't act like you don't know" Mr. Feng smiled

"Okay okay, are you still mad at me?, that I didn't reply to your text?"

Xi Ming looked at him "Shut up, I'm mad because it's was important" "I'm sorry, you already know, that Hao Yi Chen, it's hard being his PA, but atleast I can piss him off, being his best friend is way harder" Mr. Feng looked at Xi Ming "Feng Cheng Shui, If next time you don't reply, I'm killing you, or even worse. You won't get to talk to me"

Mr. Feng looked at him before speaking "Ming Xi, that's too harsh" Xi Ming shook his head "Don't care".

Mr. Feng pulled the car over "Listen, I promise I'll reply next time" Xi Ming looked at him before sighing "Fine, let's go, drop me off already, I'm tired" Mr. Feng smiled before nodding.

Mr. Feng stopped the car infront of Xi Ming's apartment, Xi Ming got out of the car before closing the door, Mr. Feng got out as well following behind Xi Ming "Why are you following me?" "I can't?, I just want to go in and have some water" Xi Ming sighed before mumbling to himself "Excuses..".

Mr. Feng pouted as they got in the house, "I'm sorry, I promise I'll make sure to check your text next time" Mr. Feng gently took Xi Ming's hand trying to make-up "Forgive me please" Xi Ming sighed "Fine, but next time make sure you check everything I send okay?"

Mr. Feng nodded "Ofcourse!, I'll check everything" we good now?" Xi Ming nodded.

Xi Ming went to the kitchen to bring some water for Mr. Feng. "Here" Xi Ming handed Mr. Feng the water "Thanks" Xi Ming sat beside Mr. Feng "You know, I'm curious" Xi Ming spoke "About what?" says Mr. Feng

"About how our boss looks" Xi Ming hummed "Well, I don't think anyone saw him at the office except me" Mr. Feng said "Well, you're his PA so ofcourse you'll see him" Xi Ming looked at him

Mr. Feng nodded placing the glass on the table "Oh I forgot" Xi Ming sighed "Why are you so dumb?" Mr. Feng smiled "I'm dumb for you" Xi Ming looked at him in mock-disgust "Disgusting"

Mr. Feng chuckled "Don't say it like that I'm hurt" "Enough, are you going or not?" Mr. Feng pouted "Can't I stay?" "No" Xi Ming said leaving no room for argument "You stayed yesterday" "But—" "No buts, you're leaving right now" Xi Ming looked at him "Fine, but I'm staying tomorrow" Mr. Feng smiled before walking towards the front door "See you then, bye" Xi Ming nodded "Bye" then Mr. Feng left.
