Episode #1
The call ended but the words still ringing in her head.
An emergency. Urgent. Now.
her white dress with red flowers swayed wildly with every step, no longer soft and pretty but rushed and tangled around her legs.
The lace shawl slipped off one shoulder forgotten.
Her woven bag bounce against her side as she ran.
One had held the strap tightly.
the other pressed briefly to her chest, like she was trying to steady her heart.
Fear showed clearly raw and open. She didn't slow down. Whatever was waiting for her was serious, and she was already late.
She found herself running through the cold hallway of the hospital, still clinging to her little waved bag like her life and wishes depend on it.
Her legs couldn't keep up anymore as she searched and looked through those hospital treatment rooms, emergency room...she tried to ask anyone.
Any person she stumbled upon, working there or not. She didn't even care.
All she knew was her voice was trembling with fear and desperation.

He probably came here with a middle-aged lady...my mother.
None of them answered. They looked at her like she was a stranger, lost. Yes, she was.
At that time, she was lost.
She needed to get to her father...she heard he was brutally beaten. She knew it was her grandfather...or probably her brother.
Well, she saw him...her brother Ivan.
Episode # 2
She halted before him, running out of breath, bent over with her hand on her chest, gasping for air.
Her other hand grabbed onto his arm to balance herself from stumbling, as he stood there like he didn't care.
He never did, with sometimes made her wonder–

🤔 " Is he really my brother? Do I really share blood with him?"
They're mother blamed the traditions that run in the family even now...their son behaved the way their father was supposed to, but he wasn't.
Ivan shoved her hand off his arm, and she stumbled forward a bit.
He looked down at her with his cold empty dark eyes and said.

who called you?
She straightened herself and looked at him dead in the eyes, her voice firm.

None of your business. My father needs me too.
With those words, she turned to let herself in.
All she felt was a tight grip on her arm, a hard pull back, and then she was thrown–flying back into the wall.
She hit it hard with her back then came down, falling heavily, face down on the floor.
Episode # 3
She found herself again lying on a bed, seeing the hospital fluorescent lights above her, blurry, hearing voices filled with urgency as she was being pushed along.
She couldn't see–her vision was fading. Was it because of the tears filling her eyes, or was I losing my sight? She didn't know.
All she remembered was grunting in pain on the ground, her brother looking down at her with the same face.

💭" what was happening? I needed my father. I was there for my father, not me."
Then she saw her mother at her side, her hand gripping hers, her eyes filled with tears as she talked to me.
Elsa Sonnet ( FL's mother)
I'm here...honey.
she wanted to hear what she was saying, but she couldn't.
She only gave her a small smile as she looked at her... beacuse she was there and she could see her.

💭 "But where is my father?"
She turned her head to the other side, hoping to see him there too–only to see, from a distance, her grandfather and Ivan standing beside another hospital stretcher, kissing the hand of a body, lying on it, covered with a white cloth.
She cried as they took her away.
