RELATIONSHIP TO MAIN Both parties agree and respect the rules that is given 5. HOUSE RULES • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM on weekdays (Monday to Friday); 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM on weekends (Saturday to Sunday). Loud music, parties, or excessive noise is prohibited during these times. • Cleaning Responsibilities: ◦ Common areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom) will be cleaned on a rotating schedule: Noah Sault – Mondays and Thursdays; Castiel Penny – Wednesdays and Saturdays. ◦ Kitchen: Dishes must be washed immediately after use; counters and stovetops wiped clean. Food must be stored properly to avoid pests. ◦ Bathroom: Toilet, sink, and shower must be sanitized weekly; towels and personal items stored neatly. • Guests: No guest is allowed! Unless the other party knows and agree. • Smoking & Substances: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Illegal drugs are not allowed under any circumstances. 7. PERSONAL & SHARED PROPERTY • Personal Property: Each Roommate is responsible for their own belongings. The other Roommate will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items unless caused by negligence. 8. MAIL & PACKAGES • Roommates agree to respect each other’s privacy regarding mail and packages.
