Well why wouldn't she like she was literally watching My Demon episode 15 which was lit.

"Maaaan, why!, why! Why! Why did the power had to run out when l was at the climax huh whyyyyyyyyyy!"

Her phone let out a buzz, a notification showing on her screen.

"W-wait!What?"

"Ohhhhh"she took a look at the notification then shoved the phone at the side.

"Whaaaaaaaaat!!!!!!!!"

"Hey!, They're other people here would you stop shrew screaming aye!!!"

"Mind your own drama pal, imma just getting started "she retored back while rolling her eyes.

"Wait so the most famous TVGA Corporation accepted my hacker resume , oh my oh my gosh l need some water"she dashed to the fridge and took a bottle of cold water , drinking like her life was on the line and let out a resounding burp.

She let out the burp in excitement "TVGA Corporation baby, they wanna meet me ASAP!"

"Riiiiiing"

Her phone rang as she answered the video call .

"Hey there hacker, l'm Jax"

Lena's eyes widened as Jax's face appeared on her laptop screen. "Wait, _the_ Jax? The one with the glitch curse?"

Jax leaned back, intrigued. "The one and only. Think you can handle it?"

Lena's grin returned. "Handle it? I wrote the patch, didn't I?"

Jax's smile was brief. "Prove it. Let's fix this. Now."

Lena nodded, typing furiously. The video feed showed Jax's penthouse – sleek, high-tech, and... glitchy. Screens flickered. Lights strobed. The city's night skyline blurred behind him.

"Stress test incoming," Jax said, his voice calm. The room's tech started to chaos-out. Lena's eyes darted between screens. Code scrolled past like fire.

"Compensating... compensating..." she muttered. The glitches slowed, stopped. The penthouse tech steadied.

"Done," she said, breathless.

Jax exhaled. The video feed normalized. "Impressive. When can you meet?"

Lena's heart skipped. "Uh, now? Virtually, I mean."

Jax's smile returned. "Looking forward to it, hacker. TVGA HQ. 30 minutes."

The call ended. Lena screamed. "OH MY GOSH! TVGA! JAX!"

Her flat spun. She stopped, panting. The notification on her phone – TVGA Corporation: Interview Scheduled – now made sense.

Lena grabbed her stuff. "Guess I'm gonna meet Jax."

A text popped up: _Penthouse address sent. Don't be late._

Lena's grin turned wicked-"Game on, mogul"

She skipped to hrler bathroom, humming a little tune.

Lena's thumbs flew as she ordered a ride. TVGA HQ, here I come. The penthouse address matched the one on her screen – Jax's lair. She stepped into the elevator, nerves buzzing. Glitchy tech, mogul vibes, and a hacker like her... this was gonna be wild.

The doors opened. Jax waited, leaning against a glass railing. "Right on time."

Lena's grin was back. "Wouldn't want to keep you waiting, mogul."

Shadows feed the dark

Lena stepped into Jax's penthouse, the tech whirling to life around her like a living thing. Jax leaned against a glass railing, arms crossed, his eyes narrowing slightly as he took her in.

"So, hacker," he said, voice low and smooth. "You patched the glitch. Now tell me why."

Lena grinned, feeling a spark of challenge. "You mean besides the obvious? TVGA's tech is cursed – Negavii interference. My code fixed it."

Jax pushed off the railing, his movements fluid but controlled. "Cursed? Try hacked. The Negavii don't just _interfere_. They kill."

Lena's smile faltered. "Wait, you think someone's feeding them data?"

"Someone is," Jax said, his eyes sharp as knives. "I want you to find out who."

Lena's heart raced. "You're hiring me?"

"For now," Jax said, a flicker of amusement in his gaze. "Play nice, hacker. The Negavii won't."

A screen flickered to life behind him. A city map – red dots spreading like a virus.

"They're moving," Jax said. "Your first test. Can you track the feed?"

Lena's fingers itched. "Game on."

She cracked her knuckles, which turned red immediately, Face red with excitement.Her heart beating with high trepidation, neck thick and red a clear evidence of her anticipation.

She slid into a chair, screens lighting up as she dove into the code. Jax's penthouse blurred around her – tech whispering secrets as she worked.

"Found it," she said, a grin creeping back. "The feed's bounced through... Zurich, Singapore, Harare..."

Jax stepped closer. "Trace it further."

Lena's thumbs flew. "Digging... digging... Got an IP."

A location popped on the map – an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts.

Jax's jaw tightened. "They'll be waiting."

Lena stood, adrenaline sharp. "We going in?"

"We?" Jax raised an eyebrow. "You stay here. Safe."

Lena scoffed. "No way, mogul. I'm in."

Jax's gaze locked on hers. For a beat, they stared. Then: "Fine. Gear up."

The streets outside were dark, Neon lights cutting through shadows. Jax drove, Lena mapping the route.

"Two guards," she said, voice low. "Cameras at angles. Think we can—"

"Ghost in," Jax said, a wicked smile on his lips. "You hack the cams. I handle the rest."

Lena nodded. The warehouse loomed.

They moved like shadows. Cams died. Guards dropped.

Inside, a server hummed. A girl with cold eyes turned.

"You're fast," she said. "But not fast enough."

Lena's eyes widened. "You—"

The girl vanished. Screens flickered. Data streamed.

"Backup," Jax growled. "Get it."

Lena grabbed a drive. "Done."

They sprinted out. Negavii swarmed.

Back in the penthouse, Lena exhaled. "What now?"

Jax leaned back, eyes gleaming. "Now we hunt."

The city's night seemed darker.

Lena's phone buzzed. A message from an unknown sender: _The girl's name is Akira. She's trouble._ Jax's expression turned icy. "Looks like we're dealing with more than just Negavii." He stood, towering over Lena. "Time to dig deeper, hacker."
