Chapter 1 — The Box Appears

The group chat was unusually active that night Messages were appearing every second and everyone was talking about different things Some were joking some were arguing about anime fights and some were simply watching the chaos without saying anything

It felt like a normal night in the group

No one expected anything strange to happen

Then suddenly the chat stopped

For a moment there were no new messages

A new notification appeared at the top of the chat but it was not sent by any member

A strange message appeared

A mysterious box has been delivered

Everyone in the group noticed it at the same time

What is this

Who sent it

Is this some kind of event

Questions quickly filled the chat

Before anyone could understand what was happening a strange icon appeared on every member’s screen It looked like a small glowing box and beneath it there was only one option

OPEN

Some members laughed and thought it was a prank

Some members were curious

Some members felt something strange but curiosity was stronger

One by one the players touched the open button

The moment the first person opened it a bright light flashed across the screen

The room disappeared

The phone disappeared

Everything disappeared

It felt like falling through endless space

The first player suddenly appeared in a strange world The ground was dark and the sky above was glowing with unknown light. He looked around in shock and tried to understand where he was

A few seconds later another flash of light appeared in the distance

Another player had arrived

Then another light appeared

And another

One by one figures began appearing across the empty land Some stood silently trying to understand what happened Some were confused and looked around carefully One person laughed nervously thinking it might be some kind of game

Another player looked at the sky with excitement as if this adventure was something he had always wanted

One person stayed completely quiet while observing everyone carefully

Another crossed his arms and calmly watched the others

A girl appeared and looked slightly annoyed as if she did not like being dragged into something unknown

Another player seemed scared but still tried to stay calm

More flashes of light continued appearing across the land

Soon fifteen players were standing in the same mysterious world

Fifteen different people

Fifteen different personalities

Some looked brave

Some looked confused

Some looked dangerous

And some looked like they were hiding something

For a few seconds no one spoke

The wind moved slowly across the empty land and the silence felt strange

Then suddenly a voice echoed across the entire world

Welcome players

All fifteen players looked around trying to find where the voice came from

Now the game has begun

Survive together

Protect each other

Or watch this world erase you one by one

The voice disappeared as suddenly as it appeared

The players slowly looked at each other

Some were excited

Some were afraid

Some were already thinking about what to do next

But one thing was certain

Their normal lives were over

And the story of the fifteen players had just begun

Chapter 2 — Arrival of the Last Two

The world had fallen silent after the first fifteen players appeared The glowing sky stretched endlessly and the land below shimmered with magical energy The fifteen were still processing the sudden shift from their normal lives to this strange dangerous world Some whispered nervously while others observed in silence their eyes scanning for threats

Then a brilliant flash of light tore across the horizon Every player turned sensing that something different had arrived. The light intensified and finally dissipated revealing a tall figure standing calmly on the uneven ground His expression was unreadable his eyes sharp This was Kataki Calm calculating and always a step ahead he exuded quiet power He surveyed the players already present, noting their movements and expressions as if calculating their potential and weaknesses No one dared approach him immediately but everyone instinctively felt that his mind was sharper than it seemed

Before anyone could react another flash of light erupted nearby Laughter echoed across the field light and chaotic A boy with a playful grin landed lightly stretching and taking in the strange world with visible excitement His movements were unpredictable but powerful and his presence commanded attention without trying This was Zanaki On the surface he seemed carefree joking even in the most tense moments But beneath that playful demeanor lay a strategic mind capable of protecting and controlling the battlefield His eyes scanned the first fifteen players and then he glanced at Kataki with a grin So you’re the calm one he said I like that

With their arrival the total number of players became seventeen The group was complete A low hum vibrated through the air as a presence manifested above them A dark silhouette gradually formed in the glowing sky larger than any human more powerful than any creature they had seen This was the Game Master Its voice rolled across the field like thunder yet carried a precise clarity that everyone could understand

“Welcome, players the Game Master intoned You have entered the world of the Box Seventeen have been chosen Your task is to survive to grow and to face the challenges ahead This world is alive with magic Monsters kingdoms villages and dangers await you Your first mission is only the beginning

Kataki stepped forward calmly his eyes narrowing as he faced the imposing figure Tell us he said firmly what are the rules for skills and levels? How will we know our strengths and what limits exist?

The Game Master’s eyes glowed Each player will receive a unique skill Skills are your tools and your weapons You will gain levels by experience points earned through battles exploration and completing missions You may check your own status and observe the basic level and skill status of others But remember the choices you make are as important as your power

Zanaki chuckled from behind Kataki leaning slightly to whisper Looks like our game is more complicated than I thought But this is going to be fun Despite his words he scanned the group carefully his playful grin never leaving his face yet his senses ready for any sign of danger

The Game Master continued Each month, a new boss will appear on a special night Defeat the boss to unlock a story that you must complete before the next one can appear Fail and consequences will be severe. You will need teamwork strategy and courage. Each player’s life depends on others as much as themselves

Kataki nodded thoughtfully his mind already calculating possibilities And the bosses? Will they each have unique abilities? he asked

Yes the Game Master replied Seven bosses seven trials Their magic strength and cunning will test your limits Your survival will shape the story of this world

Zanaki glanced at Kataki again Don’t worry he said jokingly I’ll make sure no one dies on my watch But you better keep up calm guy

Kataki slight smile was the only answer as the wind shifted across the glowing battlefield The rules were clear The mission was set The journey of seventeen players had officially begun and the first real trial was waiting to appear beyond the horizon

Chapter 3 — The First Hunt

The wind moved slowly across the strange land while the seventeen players stood together The sky above them glowed with a dim magical light and the ground beneath their feet felt unfamiliar as if this world itself was watching them

After the Game Master disappeared the silence returned again

For a moment nobody moved

Then a low growl echoed from the forest not far away

Several players immediately turned toward the sound Unlike normal people none of them panicked Every single player who entered this world had courage and strong will. That was the only reason they were chosen

A tall boy stepped forward first

Akira

His eyes were sharp and focused He looked like someone who had already fought many battles in his life He looked toward the dark trees and spoke calmly

Something is coming

Next to him another boy stretched his arms as if he had been waiting for action

That was Axel Hatanaki

He smiled slightly

Good I was getting bored already

A girl with dark purple hair stepped beside them Her name was Murasaki She looked calm but her eyes were serious and observant. She scanned the forest carefully as if calculating where the attack would come from

Behind them stood Aaron Moses He was larger than most of the others and carried a quiet confidence He crossed his arms and watched the forest like a wall ready to protect the others if needed

A few steps away another player adjusted his jacket

Sharky Bee

Unlike the others he looked relaxed but his eyes moved constantly watching every player and every movement around them

Near a broken stone pillar stood Mikochi He looked younger than some of the others but his expression was fearless. Instead of fear there was excitement in his eyes

Meanwhile two figures stayed slightly behind the group

Zanaki leaned casually against a rock with a playful grin on his face

Looks like our first welcome party is arriving

Beside him stood Kataki

But unlike the others Kataki did not step forward He quietly observed everything while staying slightly out of attention His eyes moved across every player measuring their reactions their movements and their confidence

He had no intention of standing in the spotlight yet

Suddenly the bushes inside the forest exploded outward

Three wolf like monsters jumped out of the darkness

Their bodies were larger than normal wolves and dark magic flowed across their fur Their glowing eyes locked onto the players and sharp fangs appeared as they growled

The first wolf rushed forward at terrifying speed

Akira moved first

His body shifted quickly and he stepped to the side before delivering a strong kick that pushed the monster away

Axel Hatanaki immediately followed

Now that is what I call action

He rushed forward and punched the second wolf directly in the jaw sending it crashing into the dirt

Murasaki raised her hand and a faint purple light formed around her fingers The third wolf jumped toward her but before it could reach she moved gracefully and struck the ground beside it causing a burst of energy that knocked it back

Aaron Moses stepped forward like a shield

The first wolf tried to attack again but Aaron grabbed it by the neck and slammed it into the ground with brutal strength

Sharky Bee laughed quietly

Looks like everyone here knows how to fight

Mikochi jumped forward excitedly and finished the last injured monster with a fast strike

Within seconds the three monsters were defeated

The group slowly relaxed but no one celebrated

Everyone understood something important

This world was dangerous but they were not weak either

Behind the group Zanaki clapped slowly with a wide grin

Not bad everyone Looks like we might actually survive this game

He then looked at Kataki

Kataki was still standing quietly watching everything

Zanaki laughed

You are really going to keep hiding back there

Kataki simply looked toward the forest again

His calm voice answered

There are more monsters nearby

The others immediately became alert again

In the distance deeper inside the forest something large began to move

And the real test of the seventeen players was about to begin
