The cause of death was ruled as murder with official postmortem reports confirming 'Agosti' died due head shot by gun also found a ( symbol X9 ) on his palm.
This is the 9th murder case of this month.
The Rome Police launched an investigation into the death, which had become a subject of widespread speculation and rumours.
