The offender himself silently knelt in front of the teal dragon at the foot of the platform.
Metal shackles dragged his arms back while one was tight around his neck, it's heavyweight pulling him closer to the ground.

Lotus was right. It was pathetic. Seeing a once powerful dragon being chained down like some beast.
With those once considered his equals towering over him as if they were overseeing a mortal's judgement day.

*Breathes out deeply* 💭"Thesse chainss will kill me faster than they will..."
Pitaya's long white hair hung low, curtaining his face. His expression unreadable.
This was the man who had committed crimes so treacherous no cookie on earthbread wanted to defend him.

The chattering crowd soon came to an end as Lotus picked up the other scroll and unravelled it.

As usual, Lotus was right. He pledged to take Dragon Valley under his wing after being shamefully beaten by the Hollyberry Kingdom.
And he had the audacity to betray the other dragons while forcibly dictating over the other tribes in cruel and vile ways.

💭"Fucking bastard." *Glares at Ananas*

Lotus raised a hand to hush the audience,
it went unnoticed until a smaller pink dragon who was sat, quite disinterested, on one of the stands spoke up
Everyone quieted down immediately, leaving a menacing echo to roam through room.
Lychee was the smallest dragon, but by far one of the scariest. The most fearful thing about them was their real demeanor.
Most notorious for the legends spread about them, especially for what they did in the Rambutan Tribe.
Legends says it that Lychee has trapped unfortunate souls inside them, hence why they are referred to as 'them'
