Time doesn’t heal. It just teaches you how to live with the damage.
After Appa’s death..... days stopped feeling like days. Everything blurred, Morning, night, silence, noise.nothing made sense anymore. The house felt suffocating. Every corner reminded me of him. The couch where he used to sit. The floor where he died. The empty bottles still scattered like proof of how badly everything went wrong
I started staying in my room more. Door locked. Curtains closed, well not because I was scared of the dark but.... because I didn’t want to see anything. Didn’t want to remember, didn’t want to accept that he was really gone
I Still called him sometimes, Out of habit, Out of hope but still having no answer
