ep 1
At twenty, Aadvika is a medical student, living a life she has carefully shaped for herself. Her days are filled with studies, quiet routines, and the laughter of her four-year-old nephew—someone she chooses to be with, not out of obligation, but out of pure love.
I was trying to make my four-year-old nephew fall asleep. He came to live with me as his holidays are going on He is my sister’s son, but to me, he is so much more. Its been a month since he is here. Now he is in LKG. He will leave once his when his School will start.
I love him more than anyone.
When he was just a year old, he used to think he was me—Aadhvika. Whenever someone called my name, he would respond instantly. And whenever I asked him who Aadhvika was, he would point at himself and say, “Me.” It was the cutest thing. His soft, fluffy cheeks always made me want to just pull him closer and never let go.

“Muttered under her breath”: finally
Finally, after a gentle head massage with warm oil, he drifted off to sleep peacefully.
We have always been close. My sister’s house was near mine, so he spent most of his time with me growing up. Even now, nothing has really changed.

“Walked outside the room”
I live in an apartment given to me by my parents. It has three rooms, but I stay here alone with him. I moved here to complete my studies.
I am a third-year medical student.

Adhvika Yaduvanshi (fl)

"Her breath hitched as her back met the wall. For a second, she just stared, too startled to react, her heart racing as she tried to process what just happened"
But little did she know… this was only the beginning.

After she looked at him, her eyes locked with his, unspoken tension filling the silence.

“Adhyaksh, what are you doing? Let go.”
Adhyaksh Singhania (ml)
“Not until you answer me properly,” he said, his gaze fixed on her.
Adhyaksh Singhania (ml)

i was busy"said nonchalantly
Adhyaksh Singhania (ml)
“Busy?” he repeated, his voice lower now, more controlled. “Too busy to answer me once?”
Adhvika Yaduvanshi (fl)
Her eyes met his again, this time sharper, unyielding.
“Yes.”
Her answer didn’t waver.
For a moment, he just looked at her, his grip still firm, his expression unreadable. The silence stretched between them, thick and heavy.
Adhyaksh Singhania (ml)
“You think this is normal?” he asked finally, his voice quieter now—but sharper.
Adhvika Yaduvanshi (fl)
She didn’t look away.
“I think I don’t owe you an explanation for every call I miss.”
That hit.
His jaw tightened slightly, but instead of reacting immediately, he leaned back just a little—still not letting her go
Adhyaksh Singhania (ml)
“So ignoring me is fine?”
Adhvika Yaduvanshi (fl)
“If I’m busy, yes.” she replied, calm but firm.
Her tone wasn’t loud, wasn’t emotional—it was steady. And somehow, that made it harder for him to argue.
His grip loosened just a fraction.
Not enough to let her go… but enough to show he was thinking.
Adhyaksh Singhania (ml)
“You could’ve just said that,” he muttered, more to himself than to her.
Adhvika Yaduvanshi (fl)
“You could’ve just trusted that,” she shot back instantly.
Their eyes locked again—this time not just with tension, but something deeper. Something neither of them was ready to admit yet.
Adhyaksh Singhania (ml)
He frowned slightly, something in her tone finally clicking.
“What’s that supposed to mean?”
