Landlady Valerian : Beautiful space , fully furnished . You'll be renting one out of the two available rooms . Full disclosure, this space is allegedly haunted. That's why the rent is discounted at 50%.

Zyla : You mean this space won't put my wallet on diet.....

And it comes with free friends who cannot leave the place ?

Landlady Valerian : Ahahahahaha..... HILARIOUS!!!

Zyla : laugh and i just might sign the contracts right now.

Landlady Valerian : This is serious. Once you sign the one year lease, you're not allowed to break the contract unless you find another renter to take your place. Or you have to pay 500,000 KRW ( 425 usd ) as penalty.

I can tell you right now, plenty have jumped in because of the low price.......... but most lasted a week.

Think very carefully before signing.

My dad was very strict on going out with friends. These books accompanied me through many lonely nights. I starved through many lunches to save up for each one of those books that he made me threw away.

A haunted house is still an upgrade from dealing with my dad.
