One day, White was heading to school as usual, entering the gates with his student card. In the school's front garden, there are his buddies, Nat, Phurinat Wattanachok (ภูริณัฐ วัฒนโชค), and Jay, Asawin Theerapat (อัศวิน ธีรภัทร). They waited in front as always, and dragged White with them.

"White, are you prepared for today?", Jay asked.

"For what?", White replied with a question.

"Oh? did you not read the school's group chat? or were you busy studying?", Jay replied with a confused tone.

"I was sleeping.", White replied

"If you didn't know, your girlfriend is going to be an MC at the event today", Nat answered the question.

" What?! I didn't even prepare her bouquets.", White panicked

"This is what happens if you don't pay attention to your surroundings.", Nat replied.

"She can eat any food right?", Jay asked.

" Mhm, she can. " White replied.

"Then it's no problem, we can get her a bouquet of snacks." Jay replied while patting White's back.

"Do we really need to give her a bouquet?", Nat asked.

Jay playfully smacked Nat's head for the dumb question he asked. Nat quietly winced and snapped back

"Damn! I was just asking....", Nat replied while glaring at Jay.

" Well, she always wanted to be the star of the show. I'm pretty sure it's a big deal. Being an MC isn't easy either.", White replied.

Nat nodded at White's reply, and the three of them went to class like usual.

At Lunch, Nat, Jay and White, went to the cafeteria together, they waited in line for several minutes. When White was getting his drink, he almost dropped it.

"Woah there, you alright?", Nat asked out of worry.

"Yeah, My hands were just...a bit tired from writing", White replied.

Then they continued to find a seat, they found one but it was quite far from the food stands.

"Can we sit somewhere closer..?", Jay asked.

"Eat here or eat while standing, huh?" Nat asked, nudging Jay in the head.

Jay just rolled his eyes and mocked Nat. But the three of them agreed to sit there anyway.

Nat and Jay ordered food and drinks. Meanwhile White only ordered a drink. He wasn't hungry and was focused on an assignment for his team to get the final score.

Like usual, Nat and Jay chatter, While White was quietly listening. Suddenly someone tapped White's shoulder. White looked behind him and it was his girlfriend, Pimchanok Inkaew (พิมพ์ชนก อินทร์แก้ว)

"Thank you for the bouquet, you actually cared this time.", Pim told White

"Of course, I'm happy for you." White replied with a kiss on the cheeks.

Nat and Jay just teased them both while White and Pim got flustered. Either way, they still eat with each other. White and Pim are lovey-dovey as ever, as for Nat and Jay they just continue eating like they never had problems in the world.

Suddenly Pim got a notification on her phone, and she read the text.

"Ah, Guys, it seems like the teacher wants an evaluation from today's event. I'll see you guys later.", Pim said, before waving goodbye.

"Are you sad now? Mr.Lover?", Jay asked White.

" My ass, You dumbasses." White replied, pinching Jay's ear.

"Ah, Ah! let go bastard!" Jay said while screaming but also trying not to cause a scene.

Nat laughed and joined white by pinching Jay's nose.

A few minutes later. Nat and Jay, Finished their lunch, then out of coincidence the bell also rang.

"Perfect! Let's go before Mr. Pun kills us.", Jay said to both of them and started packing his stuff alongside Nat.

"You guys go ahead.", White replied.

Nat, And Jay froze and was confused about the statement White told them.

"Don't tell me you're skipping.... ey!" Jay asked.

"My ass! I have an assignment to grab for today's class." White replied chuckling.

Jay then fanned himself dramatically, then Nat caught him when he was pretending to fall.

"And you didn't tell us?!" Jay said playfully.

"Yeah, got a problem?" White said while grinning.

Jay stuck his tongue out before Nat got impatient and dragged him out.

White was alone again, The cafeteria was unusually quiet, too quiet. He packed his stuff and stood up. Collected the trays Nat and Jay left, And went to the used-tray section. He put on his headphones while walking. The halls were empty.

No one is running.

No one is skipping.

It felt different without Nat and Jay. White ignored it, but then he felt footsteps matching behind him...

He left the cafeteria, and walked to the teachers lounge.

He discreetly took his headphones off, so he could hear his surroundings.

Tap... Tap... Tap... Following White's exact rhythm.

White adjusted his bag and fixed his collar. He didn't turn around either.

Several seconds passed—but the footsteps didn't stop.

—I really hope it isn’t him.. —
