Substitute Bride

"Young lady, your father requested you to his office ASAP." One of the maids told Serzaine after she opened the door for her.

"Okay. Tell them I'm coming." She said and she ready herself to go there.

After a minute, she's now in front of her father's office so she knocked twice and the door immediately opened. But she's shocked to see her big sis Delaine cries.

"What happened big sis?" She asked out of curiosity.

"I need your help." Delaine said in between her cries.

"What is it? I'll try my best to help you." She said said reassuring her sister that things will be alright.

"You know I'm in a relationship right?" Her sister asked so she immediately nod. "But someone wants to marry me. So please help me. I don't want to marry someone I don't love and specially, a disabled man." Then her sister cried again. And she can't help but to pity her.

Delaine is a successful actress while Serzaine doesn't have any accomplishments yet. Though she's been secretly building her own business together with her bestfriends. She admired and respect her big sister even though sometimes she's evil to her.

She looked at her parents eyes and it's like they're telling her to agree on her what her big sis is talking. So she just asked "What can I help big sis?"

"You must promise me first."

And with that her instincts tells her it's a bad idea. But when she looked at their parents again, it's a the same look that she should agree and nake a promise. So she promised that she'll do her best to help her because she didn't want to let her parents down.

Her sister stopped crying and an evil smile flashed in her face or she's just imagining it?

"Then you'll become my substitute."

She's puzzled in a moment but after recalling what they're talking about she had an idea of what kind of substitute it is but she wants to clarify it so she asked

"What kind of substitute?"

And she see her big sis rolled her eyes for a moment.

In the next day, she go shopping with Yvonne one of her bestie. And after they buy some dresses, they go to a restaurant to eat their lunch.

Serzaine's voice echoed in the comfort room where she see her sisters boyfriend, Fenix, is kissing Tenia, her sisters friend.

Fenix stops kissing Tenia after he heard the voice of Serzaine and Tenia is now catching her breath after the kiss they shared.

"Oh! Look at what we have here." Fenix said and he started to come near Serzaine.

Serzaine is afraid that her sister might misunderstand it if his boyfriend is near at her so she tried to move backwards to distance herself at Fenix.

Serzaine opened her eyes only to see a white ceiling.

"Where am I?" She thought

"Hospital? Why am I here?" She asked herself and she recalled what happened so she immediately look for the man who save her not minding the pain but she failed. "He's not here" She thought.

She tried to stand to ask the staffs but she stopped when the door opened and a figure of a man showed up.
