PROLOGUE
There were only three things in this world Veronica adored.
First was sweets. The girl had the craziest sweet tooth.
The second was her peace and quiet.
Finally, the third was her sister.
Her sister was her night in shining armor.
She was the person who raised her when her parents died when she was one years old.
Veronica always believed her sister would be with her forever, and for a moment, it felt as if it was true.

Stace closed the door to the cardboard before turning to distract the thief in their house.
Veronica scared covered her eyes, closing her eyes.
She began counting just as her sister had told her to do when scared.
The sound of a loud gunshot filled the room, and a body went thud on the floor.
Veronica heart sank to her stomach, and she flung the door open.
Right in front of he saw the thief standing and her sister bleeding out on the floor.
The thief dropped the gun shocked to see Veronica and ran out the house.
Veronica couldn't care less to follow him. Instead, she focused on her sister, who lay still shot in the head.
Tears screamed down her face.

Veronica cried hold stace in her arms.
Stace Simpson died that day.
And Veronica lost the only pest she had as family.
The police arrived later, and the thief was never found, and she was placed in an orphanage.
There sat Veronica all alone, looking dully at the ceiling.
A girl in similar age to Veronica entered the room.

Tinx leaves the box next to Veronica and leaves.
Only then does Veronica look through the box it was filled with objects from her childhood.
She began crying, looking at everything. Though the thoughts of her sister rushed back.
She kept digging until she found a book.
She knew the book all to well her sister had read it to her every night.
She opened the book and upon reading the first sentence.
felt drowsy and fell unconscious.
Interest: Loves everything involving her sister.
Hates: Being apart from her sister and sports.
Interest: baking and taking care of her little sister.
Hates: The rain, and seeing Veronica upset.

was located on the outskirts of the Indere province.
It was a tiny village fully run by nature.
most of the villages inhabitants were poor.
And near the outskirts of this village near the far back was Feathermore farm.
In the house still sleeping was a girl not older then five.
The sun poured in from through the window.

She turned to her other side, avoiding the sun.
A small figure stood there watching the girl sleep eating a watermelon.
