Akụkọ Mbido Ụwa (History of the Beginning of the World)

Ọbibịa Ọra na Nkwado (Arrival of the Collective and Preparation)

"Nne anyị, Nne anyị, Mmaa," Anyanwu runs across to her startling her.

"Ọgini, ọgini, Ọdị kwa gị mma?" Nnodu asks jumping to her knees. She spits out the bitter kola she's chewing.

"Adoro anyị, bụtụe." She holds her Mmaa nnukwu (Grandmother) guiding her to sit right back down on the stool. "All is well."

"Ibari (Third Daughter), o doro gị anya? Are you sure?" She asks extending her legs as she sits.

"Mmaa anyị, o doro m anya ọfuma ọfuma, I'm very very sure."

"Ngwa, kedụ ihe ịbịaru ịchọ?" She asks. Picking up another block of kola from the afele (plate).

"Ah ah, Adoro, you promised to tell us a story this moonlight, you have not told us any for the past two full moons."

Nnodu exclaims mid laughter. "Nnodu nwa Ifeyinwa na Egbuji." She laughs a bit more and turns to her granddaughter. "Nwa m," she calls out to the Girl. She signals her to come towards her which she does, she climbs on Mmaa's laps and cuddles comfortably between her busts. "Anyanwuuuuu, Ibari ezinauno anyi."

"Adoro na onwenya," She looks up and back at her Child.

"Ngwa, Ibari, go and call the rest of the children that you can find, quickly, the night is fast upon us." Anyanwu alights her Grandma's body and rushes off.

Nnodu stands up and ties her ọgọdọ carefully around her waist and sits back down. "Ọdịka mga gwa ha maka akụkọ otu ụwa sị we ebido. I have not told them that in a long while." She smiles and shakes her legs excitedly looking up to the Moon. "Ọma, Nne anyị nnukwu na enye ndu, ekene m gi." She looks directly at the Moon and gives a bow. She looks down, "Ani, Nne ụwa na onwenya, maka gị, anyị ga adighide." She says digging her feet into the Earth.

Soon Children begin coming towards her, they sight her and run faster, jumping, hugging and almost pushing her to the ground. She doesn't mind, Our people do say, 'Nwa bu onyinye si na aka eluigwe na ala' Meaning 'A child is the gift from the Universe.'

"Ngwa hapụ Mmaa ọịsọ!" She exclaims. "Unu achọ igburu m Mmaa anyị?" Njoku comes out from the house carrying a steaming bowl of yam. Mmaa stands up and receives it from her.

"Njoku hapụ nu ụmụazị na ha na emekwanụ ihe ha ji we bụrụ ụmụaka." She leads Mmaa to sit down but Mmaa resists.

"Adoro, imakwa nọ ngịnwa na hapụ ụmụaka a ka ha na enyele..."

Mmaa sits down clearing her throat and urges her to sit too querying, "Ịlụ nwa (Second child), Ịlụ m (My Second Daughter) bụtụe, nọdụkene anị, sit down because this story I'm about to tell you dika ji a (is like this yam), the longer you wait to tell the tale, the less tasty it becomes, the longer you wait to eat the dish, the less sweet it is, nni na adirọ ọkụ adirọ asọ usọ, ima nkea."

"Gbam!" The guests "gbam" in agreement.

"Mmaa anyị, I know, ama m nkeanwu." She looks up, frowns a bit and continues, "Ngwa nu begin."

Nnodu looks around and sees most children of the community already seated, legs folded by the side, Girls talking or playing, Boys moving to the beat of their testosterone. She sees a few more kids running towards her clenching their younger siblings tightly behind them.

Knowledge from Grandma is a must have.

"Mmaa anyị, ndewo."

"Mmaa anyị, ikpere dị anyị na ani (Our Mother, our knees are on the ground)." They chorus.

Mmaa anyị, ndewo o."

She extends her hands for a hug which most of them come for. She kisses the younglings, and they go take their seat on the bare earth like everyone else.

"Now that y'all are gathered forth, I'm going to tell you a tale of old, a tale about how we came to be and how the world of ndi Mmadu came to be, otu anyị si we bịa. This is a story as old as time herself... Chelukwanụ o, chelu, chelu, chelunụ o, where's Udo nwa Ndididimkpa?"

"Mmaa, Udo is feeling down," A Boy arises and says.

"Are you not his Nwanne?" Mmaa asks.

"Ee Mmaa, ọ mmụ ka amụrụ nwe mụa ya, onwe ndi itọ na esote anyị." He sits down.

"Ngwa nu, nya you're the Olu (Second Son)?"

"Ee Mmaa."

"Ngwa nu, ọga adịrị ya na mma, has he gone to see Agbara Nwaanyị Nne Agwu?" Nnodu asks.

"Ee Mmaa, ebeanwu ka ọnọ..."

"Mmaa, ibidokwana! Lekwa m ebe o." A Woman exclaims running in from outside.

"Ma mmua sokwa o." A Man comes running after her.

"Mama, lekwa anyị o," Two grown Men come running towards her too. All clad with their wrappers and bare chests and busts.

Nnodu is joyous yet surprised. "Ma ndi Ọkenye esokwa? Adults too?"

"Mmaa, biko hapụ okwu." The Woman says, sitting like the children are. The Men follow suit. Her ọgọdọ (wrapper) is like Grandma's, locked tightly on her waist, her chests bare as it was in pre colonial Africa and Igbo land, their present time zone. They all fold the hems of their wrapper in between their crotches. "Ebe ika nọ ndu, anyị ncha niile nọ na ọbọdọ a bu umuaka na ebe inọ."

"Gbam!" The Men equally chest bare and seated like her agree with her.

"Chai! Chei! Ụmụ m ooo, Ngwa nu, ka anyị na emekwa. Let us continue, is there anyone else?"

"The person will join us as the story commences nu." Anyanwu says already visibly irritated that the night was fast approaching.

"Eziokwu." Njoku agrees. Everyone around murmurs in agreement. Above, the clouds make way revealing the light of the moon. A Girl snuggles into her friend's cuddle. All eyes lay on Nnodu, few are still running forth.

"Nya (so), as I was saying, at the time when the universe was a void, endless pit and without form, two forces floated around in an endless circle seemingly avoiding each other. All of a sudden, they collided and there was a sort of a huge explosion..."

"Mmaa, ji gị ajubagọ oyị o..."

"Njoku!"

"Njoku nu!

"Ụmụazị a ara ana apụdu unu?" One of the Elders arises in query.

"Ndi Maazị anyị, our Elders, do not be angry you all, but you do know that food that is not hot is not delicious? Our people know that."

"Njoku," A Man says from the hut, "We all know you're correct but almost the entire community is here, this is not the place to remind Mmaa of such. She is leading something very critical and vital for community survival. Ima na anyị bi na uju da na agụ agụ, we're living in an endless abundance, let the food run cold, our fire will never run dry, our farms will never wither, our waters will never quench, Anyanwụ is forever, Njoku ji is for Life, Ọma na edu Idemmịlị, Ikuku ga adighide, Mmaa anyị, biko continue your tales, do not keep the people waiting..." He says emerging from inside.

"Ekwensudi ozugo, bụtụe lu ya, ọ nwatakịrị ka ọbu..." Nnodu replies to her Son.

Ekwensudi goes to have his seat ignoring Mmaa, he's annoyed at what he perceives to be her spoiling the children. He just asks the nearest kid to move over.

"Njoku ngwa bụrụ afele anwu je debe, ọsọ ọsọ."

"Anibujuwa ibịakwa!"

"Mmaa biko zue ike," The Mother, Ani calls to her husband's Mother.

"Ani..."

"Mmaa..."

"Mmaa biko ibidokwana o biko!" Ekwensudi the Father calls out.

"You both say I'm spoiling the children, but you're very much aware that ndi be anyị si na anyị kwesịrị ịzụ ụmụ anyị ka anyị we nwe ike imebi ụmụ ụmụ anyị. We're supposed to train our babies so that we can be able to spoil our Grandbabies." She looks at the guests and continues, "If we spoil our babies, we then have to train our Grandbabies unfortunately in our old age, anyị mebie ụmụ anyị, anyị ga ejizi oge agadi anyị we zuba ụmụ ụmụ anyị, it's an endless cycle. So we must do the right thing. I have trained Ekwensudi and Orakwe your Mother has trained you, now it's my turn to spoil my grandchildren. Anibujuwa, it's called reaping the fruits of my labor, Orakwe is no more, nya, biko, hapụkwa m aka."

Anibujuwa stands there hands akimbo and looks up and lets out a sigh. Ekwensudi urges her to come have a seat beside him.

"Bịa ndi be Anibujuwa..." A Man calls out.

"Nya eh!" Another supports him.

"Biko nu, please start the story we have other things to do o." The Woman, who's actually the Women Leader, the Omu rallies.

"Amazi kwa m!" He shouts in support.

"Omu ọbọdọ anyị, iwena iwe. Iwe enwe naghị." Anibujuwa apologizes.

"Anibujuwa, Nne nnukwu ndi be gị, nsogbu adirọ mana nahapụ Mmaa aka nọ eziokwu ka ọ na ekwu. (Anibujuwa, Matriarch of her Home, there's no problem but be leaving Mmaa be for it is simply the truth she's saying.)"

"Bido nụ oooooo" The Men exclaim.

"Ah ah!" The crowd supports in frustration.

Ọgbigba Chineke (The Spark of Fate and Destiny)

At the time when the universe was a void, endless pit and without form, two forces floated around in an endless circle seemingly avoiding each other. All of a sudden, they collided and there was a huge water explosion...

They all turn to look at each other, they can see each other but can't necessarily behold their very selves. It's safe for them to assume they all look like each other.

In confusion still they look around and beneath them, nothing, nothing but an endless bottomless pit. One of them floats up, she hits a dead end, she comes back down, the rest three stay put though they're being swayed from side to side by another one of them.

Soon that one swaying loses control of her waves and sends the one who went above crashing into a third of them and the one whom was crashed into loses her grip and begins dropping down fast. The first one regains her stamina by trying to shield herself and she forms a semi gaseous, solid base but that's the least of her worries, she goes rushing after the one who's falling and catching up with her they both try to shield themselves and they drop on a semi solid wet base.

"What the hell just happened?" She asks opening her eyes, the fallen one shrugs.

"Ok people, I really don't know what's going on here, who we are and what all these is but Nne, that base, platform stuff you birthed up there, Ọmaka, it's too beautiful and oddly comfortable." The Quiet one calls out as she and the wavy one comes alighting down after them.

"You really think so?" The first one asks and the quiet one nods. The first continues. "Girl, you're so bright, like your darkness is shining... I don't even know how that's possible, Melanin, Anyanwụ, Eye of Light, Daalu biko."

"I believe I see what's going on here, we're giving each other names for identity right? Afa. I like that, well I got waves mọ wings, Nkụ, so I'll go by..."

"Ikuku, Air..." The fallen one says.

"No, I kinda like the sound of Ifufu though..."

"Babes, Ifufu will be for when the hormones are acting up, like, you know, we're Women and stuff, anyị bu Ụmụ Nwaanyị, Ụmụ as in "a lot of" or plural of something right? Ehen and Nwaanyị as in "Our Child" because Children are one of the symbols of Life asides us Women, we will be Women, so in other words, Nwaanyị has two meanings, "Our Children" or "Our Life", I prefer our Life though because We are the Life givers, we made this, we made that, and we have to protect what we've birthed." The bright one, Anyanwụ says.

They look to her still confused but shrugs.

"Well then, I guess I'll need a name like you Girls." The fallen one says.

"Yes, you need a name like we Girls, anyị bu ụmụ Agbọ, so let's go this way, idalụ anị, you fell and birthed all these, so you'll be called Earth, Anị, all these will be Earth, Anị or Ala..." Anyanwu says.

"Wait, the liquid stuff didn't come from me, it's the same substance that emerged before we did remember? I woke last... But somehow I know... Weird..."

"Nne it's not weird, well I came out first, this," She lowers to feel it, "Came from me, just like I used to soften our emergence and also made that base through these which is in me, I understand that I made these."

"Ok, we'll call it Mmụ lụ, I made... Mmili, Ọma so you've birthed two sources, where will you dwell?" Anyanwu inquires.

"Biko, I'm staying up, down here is too... Biko kwa nu."

Ọma begins drifting upwards. The rest look at each other and follow suit.

Getting up, they look around to the only thing beside them.

"Nnya, Anyanwụ, so we're just going to lie here and do what?" Ọma asks settling on the platform.

"Ọnwa, Ọma let's just stay here and wait for what will happen because me I really don't know. Either ways, we'll call this Ọnwa, after you." Anyanwu says.

They all rest on the Ọnwa, the Moon and no sooner had their four bodies just touched Anyanwụ begins to brighten up as if she's going to explode. They all make haste, moving away trying to make room for her.

She reaches her peak and from her energy, a force appears. They see it has two faces one facing East and the other, West.

"Who are you?" Ikuku asks.

"I'm Kadu, I am the state of existence, the state of being. I am Fate." East answers.

"I'm Ofili or Akalaka, Destiny." West answers. Together we're Chineke, Fate and Destiny."

"We're the enforcers of Chi, one's destiny, one's spirit guide, one's Karma, or one's purpose in a Lifetime." Kadu concurs.

"We're the enforcers of Ọnatarachi, one's natural endowments, one's talents, or one's gift." says Ofili.

"We're Nhazi, predestination or prearrangement or arrangement herself." Kadu says.

"We're Ụzọ Ndu, Life path, or destination." Ofili continues.

"Anyị bu Ihe onye metalu, consequences for one's actions, good or bad." Kadu adds.

"We're Ọfọ na Ọgụ, Karma herself." Ofili says.

"We're Ajọchi, bad Karma." Kadu adds again.

"Chiọma, good Karma." Ofili says.

"We're Ọkelu ụwa, the makers of circumstances." Kadu concludes.

"Nnaa eh, that was a lot." Anyanwu says. Ọma nods in agreement.

"All these for one person?" Ikuku says.

"They're actually two in one, Ọma corrects.

"All na one being ọịsọ," Ani replies.

"Wait, what have we to do with you people?" Anyanwu asks? "Chi gininwanu?

"Chi na eke, the force that births or creates. Chineke." Akalaka answers.

"Alright..." Ọma makes to say.

"We were not supposed to collide, but then we did, we lost control and she," Kadu says pointing at Ọma, "Emerges, then Anyanwụ then Ikuku then Anị. You four are the pillars of the world, Ide Ụwa." East says.

"How did you know our names?" Anyanwu queries.

Ofili laughs, "Girl, you came from our privacy, we are the knowledge of all existence, of course we know everything about you and the next billions of years to come...

Ikuku confused just murmurs, "Ok o."

"So what are we supposed to do?" Ọma asks.

"Look down, down there, you'll find and begin your purpose of existence..." They all look down and from the waters they see strange creatures emerging, two legged destructive beings with a lot of arms and heads, ripping and tearing apart what they had birthed.

They wriggle their body in disgusts. "I won't say they came from you but yeah, they did, deal with it, Life has begun." Ofili says.

All eyes turn to Ọma.

"Why the hell is y'all looking at me for?" She asks.

"They're coming from your domain..." Anị says.

"Girl, they're destroying your own domain..." Ọma says.

"Chineke, what do we do?" Anyanwu says turning to behold that Chineke were long gone.

"Where did the Mother go?" Ikuku asks.

"Girls, this is our World, there's no hierarchy or pyramid with us, we're communal like a circle never ending till the time that has no end, if we decide to start doing divisions of labor without first helping each other then we won't have a world to enjoy thereafter." Anyanwu says.

"Anyanwu is right..." Ani says.

"The Women say where we're going to go, the Men follow the lead of the Women and take the collective to exactly where the Women say we should go." Goes a voice in their head.

"The fuck owns that voice?" Kedụ onye na ekwụ?" Ani asks.

"Wait, I think it's Chineke, remember, they said they're always by our side..."

"We dwell in you, we are you." The voice goes again.

"They or She?" Ọma asks.

"I prefer She." Anyanwu replies.

"Yeah, me too." Ani adds.

"I think I have an idea. Follow my lead." Ọma says and begins floating down. The rest shrug and follow suit.

Ọmụmụ Amadiọha (The Birth of Amadioha)

A Girl calls out, "Mmaa."

"Ee, Adaku nwa Nnenyelụgo, inwelu ajụjụ? You got a question?"

"Ee Mmaa, is this where they make the Father of all peoplekind, Amadiọha?"

"The Father... Ee Adaku chelu, ịgava aghọta."

"Mmaa..."

"Mmaa anyị."

"Ụmụazị bụtụe nu na unu gagha ghọta." Mmaa says clearing her throat.

****

"Holy Mother of all peoplekind! Me! These things are huge." Anị exclaims.

They had landed Earth again, Achara Ani (Mother Earth's abode) and they were hiding behind the tall grasses near the waters.

They turn to Ọma, "Babes, what's the plan? Uche gị adị kwa ya?" Ikuku asks.

"Yes, I just need Ani to follow me into the waters..."

"Ok big sis, let's go..."

"From our Waters you came, from your waters you now make Life, nothing came from nothing, we all come from Water, the waters from our Mothers is the water of Life, all that comes from a Woman is the sustainer and preserver of our Life source energy... Nothing more, nothing less." The voice calls out.

"Chineke." Ọma calls out, "Ọgini kwa?"

"Be careful in that which you birth, for it will be terrible if that which you give Life takes Life from you, but alas it won't be your fault, the Mother is always right and detail oriented, even if it costs her her Life... Focus on the inner so the outer won't sip in, you have one chance to make it right..." Silence again. Chineke is quiet.

Ọma lets out a sigh and moves into the Waters with Anị following suit.

"Maka gị Ani, I'm so fucking confused I can't even relate, like Chineke Nne anyị is too confusing."

"Nne, biko hapụ Chineke, anyị gava ghọta... Hopefully..."

"Hopefully o." Ọma says as she finally disappears into the waters after Anị.

The rustling which they make attracts one of the beings who comes to check but finds nothing. Luckily for Ikuku and Anyanwụ, they hid by his Legs. He's too massive to see them below him.

"Big ugly monster, I wouldn't wanna live in a world surrounded by all these, Ọma and Anị better do something quick." Ikuku says.

In the waters, they've both seemingly gotten to the bottom of the waters but Anị glances and realizes that they still have a long way to go.

"Girl, this place will do biko." Ọma says.

"Ọkwa ya?" Ọma nods. "So what do we actually do?" Anị asks.

"Just like before, let's stay close together and see what we'll birth, together."

They join themselves as one but nothing happens. Closer, nothing, Closer still and still no spark.

"We're fucked, Ike agwula m." Anị says.

"Anị calm down. There has to be another way. Chineke, what's going on?" No response.

"Girl wait o." Anị calls out. "I just realized I've been following you blindly." Ọma frowns, she continues. "What the hell are we actually doing here?"

Ọma sighs and sits down on a rock, annoyed she has to explain herself unnecessarily. "It's for the best I guess. Anị, fine Girl, look, remember when Chineke said that "The Women say where we're going to go, the Men follow the lead of the Women and take the collective to exactly where the Women say we should go?" Ani nods. "Exactly. So yes, we are the Women, You, Anyanwu, Ikuku and I, the four pillars of the Universe's stability and existence but there is no Man, so we have to birth the Man, so he can help us get there. He won't lead us, but he will absolutely take us to where we Women say is the right track."

"Women envision, Men execute. No hierarchy just roundness and cooperation. Women call the shots, Men take us there. Women direct, Men deliver. Am I right Ọma?"

"Anị, this is why I love you. Exactly. You're right."

"Sis I think I get where you're headed." Ani says. Yes, I'm digging you and I Love that."

"So can we work on this which I have mentioned?"

She stands up and moves closer to Ọma then stops, "But wait o, Sister."

"Ee?"

"Sister, how're are they going to look?"

Ọma stops. She sits down. She looks up at Anị and shakes her head.

"Let's make it this way." Ani says. "We'll take the form of a star, five edges, a head, two arms, two feet."

"Let's be intentional..."

"Ọma bụtụe nu."

"Ndo nwanne m Nwaanyị." Ọma replies. "Biko na ekwụ. Continue.

"Think about how we want the rest people to be in the long run."

"The rest people?" Ọma asks in surprise.

"Yes Ọmarịcha, c'mon, the ones that we'll birth, and they will look like us."

"Anị I'm not digging what you're saying..."

"Ọma, you know what, just follow my lead alright?" Ọma nods sitting down on the rock.

"I'll sit this one out, right?" Ani nods in response.

"Babes, you should." Anị stands shutting her eyes. She just stands, hands intertwined in a clench. Ọma watches on meanwhile feeling the oceanic movements around her.

Anị slowly but surely transforms into something different. Ọma in amazement arises speechless.

"What... The hell? Ọ gini? Gidọzi?"

"I will be the brain child for the Woman gender, Nwaanyị. These two are for nursing the child which I'll bear and the people whom you will create will fall on their heads for the love of these. They'll literally run mad for over these, Madness, Ara."

Ọma chuckles at what she says. "Aniiii." They both laugh. "The under nkọ?"

"Ok her? She's the portal of Life, the pathway through which all Life will emerge, the great warmth, we will call her Mpakọndu, the pride of Life." Ọma nods.

"And the two above nkọ..." She feels on them and rubs the tips, Ani shuts her eyes and parts her lips in delight. "These two succulent and soft lumps of flesh will be called what?"

"Ala, after myself. Ala because Earth, Ani holds the source of sustenance for Life, water, real food, fruits and water. These will hold the source of maintenance and sustenance for a child, water, minerals and what not, they'll be in a white liquid form but will be essential for existence, we'll call them Mmili ndu, the Water of Life, Milk."

"Nne, you're doing a marvelous job." Ọma says.

"Girl, they won't be calling me Mother Earth or Mother Africa for nothing. Africa, Anịnne. So yeah."

"Continue, wait, so the Man which were to give Life to will come from you?"

"Yes, but not this one. This one will not come directly from me. I want to give power to Men because they're supposed to be our help mates..."

"Supposed?"

"They're our help mates."

"Exactly." Ọma says. "They come from us, and we don't come from them.

"Gbam! So Sis, the power I want to give them is as such." Ọma copies her physique with immediate effect signalling approval. Ani smiles, "Kitaa ka anyị bu Mmadu."

Ọma reaches for a hug. "Ani bịa makụọ m" Ani comes closer, and they hug. "This feels good."

"Reallll, So the Man, he should have something that resembles our portal of Life to signal he mutated from us because all Life will start from a phase. Let's say nnyefe ndu, a chromosome, anyị ga akpọ ya nnyefe ndu waa waa for the Nwaanyị, Woman and nnyefe ndu waa yee for the Nwọke, Man."

"Waa na Yee kwa?" Ọma asks.

"Ee nu, Edemede nke anyi, Aabiidii, Waayeezii. That's a story for another day." Ani says.

"Ok o. Mana Nne, you mentioned they should have a mutated form of our portal of Life meaning that it won't be a portal but simply our vagina protruding outwards because as you mentioned the WaaWaa chromosome, that's the WW (XX) chromosome is the starter part for all eggs, so mid-stage after fertilization it can then evolve into a WaaYee chromosome if it's to be a Man, WY (XY), meaning the Y is a W that couldn't complete its full development." Ọma says.

"So all Life is supposed to be WW (XX) right but it will be said in the distant future that during evolution, one of the two chromosomes got a defect causing an edge to break off and it then became WY (XY) chromosome?" Ani verifies.

Ọma nods in response. "I think I can work with this your knowledge of the future." Ani says.

She asks for a high five. "I like the way you're thinking, Nye m ịse, nye m ịse, nye m ịse!"

Ọma high-fives her.

"Moving on. And it should have some sort of fertilizer not exactly an egg..." Ani says.

"The eggs in our body, yes there will be eggs and the child will come from the egg, so the egg is the seed of Life, the Ova/Ovum, Àkwá ndu." Ọma says.

"Thank you, Sister, so the Man's fertilizer will be liquid, we'll call it Omili named after Amiri which is Urine, and Ụmịrị which is squirt. All named after Mmịrị/Mmili, Water. Omili is Sperm, Spermatozoa. The Sperm will fertilize the Egg when needed by the Woman. Either ways, Nwaanyị will bleed starting from a certain age till Mmudebeàkwándu, Menopause. Why will we bleed you may ask?"

"Anị can we just make the Man, I mean we have the blueprint for him now don't we Nne?"

"Calm down nu, one more thing, we Women, Ụmụ Nwaanyị, we will bleed because the ụlọ àkwá ndu will be ready.

Ọma, the egg, àkwá ndu will have a home, ụnọ àkwá ndu, the ovary which will release an egg after the afọ ndu, the uterus has grown, thickened, and become rich in blood, ọbara and nutrients, edozi. The ụlọ àkwá ndu will release a mature egg, àkwá ndu karaaka on the fourteenth day of okirikiri ọbara ndu (the cycle of the blood of Life/menstrual cycle) which is basically all these things I'm explaining to you right now.

Nne, the àkwá ndu will travel to the afọ ndu to await the fertilizer, the sperm. To be very honest, they'll be many Omili, I mean it's semi liquid so yeah. Our fine Girl will pick just one, sometimes two or any amount she deems pure and safe from the Man which we will make soon, Ọma no vex nu, it's for the best. We want to make sure that Ụmụ mmadụ, Humanity is on the right track as Chineke said is our responsibility."

Ọma crosses her legs and just watches on. "Fine Girl continue, I'm not angry. It's for the best, and they'll be your problem either ways so yeah, take your time, we have nothing to do yet without these people which we're planning for."

"Thanks baby, I love you. Now, if there's no fertilizer, the egg won't continue her journey (pregnancy) and if she won't continue her journey, akpa edo, the corpus luteum which is supposed to support the pregnancy journey will stop producing high levels of Ike mgbo, strength of a Woman/Oestrogen and Ike agbọbia, strength of a Girl teenager/Progesterone."

"Ok?" Ọma nods.

"Nya, because Estrogen and Progesterone dropped suddenly, the strengthened uterine lining, nya elili afọ ndu siri ike will now begin to break down and detach themselves from the wall of the uterus, nya (that is) mgbidi afọ ndu and finally..."

"Chi m, daalu."

"The ọbara, blood and ụmụ mkpuru arụ, tissue from this lining will be pushed out through ọnụ afọ ndu, the cervix and vagina, Mpakọndu, creating the menstrual flow, ije ọbara ndu. The unfertilized egg, àkwá na a chọrọ omili, is microscopic, ọpelu ezigbo mpe when it breaks down, meaning it is not visible to the human eye within the menstrual blood, Ọbara ndu."

"Are you done?" Ọma asks standing up.

"Yes, the bottom line of what I'm saying is that the Man which we will make will be like us. We will give him the power to fertilize our seed of Life, the egg which is why he will have Amụ, a penis where our Vagina is supposed to be in his body and ihe nwanu, ihe nwanu, ihe nwanu, he's the blueprint for the Masculine gender and..."

"You Ani will be the blueprint for the Feminine gender, the creative gender, the Life giving gender. Like the Aka nni and Aka ekpe. The brain, ubụrụ is cross-wired, the right hemisphere is for creativity, spatial awareness, and divergent thinking and it controls the left side of the body. The left hemisphere is for deep critical and analytical thinking and it controls the right side and we can all have a little of both." Ọma says.

"Creativity requires both the logical, analytical side of the brain, the left and the intuitive, artistic side, the right to work together, so this is how we will make Man so Mmadụ will study the brain and see the similarities and differences of Nwaanyị na Nwọke by understanding the ubụrụ." Ani adds.

"Kedụ ụzọ unu nu?" Ikuku asks, coming in with Anyanwu behind her.

"Sorry for keeping you Girls waiting, Ani and I were discussing the blueprint for the future which we're to birth in right about now." Ọma replies.

"Ikuku, what's the situation on Land?"

"Not good Ani, those creatures, strange beings are destroying the very last bit of what you birthed, and they're coming out in their numbers. And they're pointing to the Moon..."

"But they're coming from here, why can't we see them?" Ọma asks not in the least bothered.

"Ọma, you birthed a massive sparse of water, they're coming from the other sides. Here's not the only road." Ikuku says.

"Ngwa, Ọma, let's hurry up and make this being, we can't spare any more time." Ani says.

Ọma rolls her eyes. "You think?"

"How far, we want to help so that the next generations coming will never do without us. Their Ancestors all came from Water, they can't live without her, air must be compulsory, myself, They should need Anyanwu for sustenance after the Mother, the light she'll provide, Ọma for the moon too to update their psychic abilities and Anị for all the food that'll come from her plus she houses the waters and... Holy Mother of all, Ani what did you do to your self?"

"Ikuku bụtụe, there's no time to explain, but it will do you the world of good to copy her for the meantime." Ọma says.

Ikuku is skeptical but Anyanwu just follows suit.

"Ikuku, just do it for the meantime, I'll explain it to you later." Anyanwu says.

"Anyanwu how do you know what they did? You were with me the entire time..."

"See Ikuku, there's no time, just shape-shift and come assist us biko." Ani says joining hands with the rest two.

They hold hands interlocking fingers forming a semi circle and await Ikuku to join them.

"Ikuku nu."

"Ikuku, gidọzi nu?" Ani asks.

"Ikuku o!"

"Iku..."

"Ok, I've heard." She looks at Ani and copies her. She extends her hands and completes the circle. They shut their eyes and soon a spark of light begins emitting from them all. The forces join together portraying the face of Chineke and rushes to their middle while some bounce off the bodies of the mountains to various locations.

They hear a cough and open up their eyes to behold the dark-skinned, well-built person lying beneath them exactly like Ani had envisioned and Anyanwu delivered. He keeps coughing repeatedly and Ani rushes and begins to press on his chest to ease out excess water and comfort him.

"So we've done it. We've birthed Man, Nwa ọke, the child of the boundaries of the waters. Nwọke." Anyanwu says. "I think I like his form. We go relate later."

Ani is smiling from ear to ear and Ọma is proud of herself. Ikuku is still skeptical. The Man is in Ani's arm resting on her busts. She's kneeling beside his lying body confused and without direction... Yet."

"He's here now, what are we going to use him and do?" Anyanwu asks.

"Well as Chineke said, we call the shots, he takes us there. So, we need him to deal with those creatures so we can begin birthing Mmadụ alright?" Ani says.

"So Amadiọha." They all turn to look at Ani. "Why are y'all looking at me, I just gave him a name, Amadiọha, Father of the people. Anịnne, I myself, will be Mother of the people or Ọgwụgwụ meaning it will have no end."

"I am the Father?" Amadiọha asks.

"Yes, you're the Father and the assistant of us, Women, and your partner, Ani." Ọma says.

He turns to look at Ani. "I am your helper?"

They all nod in agreement. "Right now we need you to go out and defeat some creatures that are not meant to be in existence, you need to eliminate them so that our Life on Earth can begin." Ani says.

"Kamalu, je ṅụọlu anyị ọgụ a!" Ọma says.

"Ọgini bu Kamalu?" Ikuku asks.

"Kamalu is Thunder and Lightening. The short form is Kalu or Kanu."

"Wonderful." Ikuku says.

"So we are to chant a praise to him to ready him for this fight." Ani says. "We must chant repeatedly." They join hands, awaiting Ikuku again, she shrugs and completes it. Amadiọha just states at them from his sitted position.

"Kamalu, je ṅụọlu anyị ọgụ a! Amadiọha ịghanalu anyị agha a! (Kamalu, go and fight this battle for us! Amadiọha do not lose this war for us!)" They begin.

By the fourth one, he rises, fists clenched and ready for action. He swims out as they follow suit still chanting under their breath. Furthermore, he dips his head out of the waters, the first breathe of air. Stopping on his tracks, he shuts his eyes, inhaling again and eventually exhaling. Likewise, he opens his eyes and emerges fully. The deities follow suit. Watching from a distance, they await his first move...
