Banaras isn’t just a city—it’s a feeling.
Ancient ghats kissed by the Ganga, narrow गलियाँ filled with echoes of footsteps, and the soft glow of diyas floating on water… everything here carries a quiet kind of magic. Time doesn’t move fast in Banaras—it pauses, like it’s waiting for moments to become memories.
The air feels heavier, not with noise, but with emotions—unspoken prayers, unfinished stories, and love that never really leaves.
Here, under the moonlight by the river, even silence feels alive…
Evening was slowly settling over the ghats of Banaras…
Then, a voice echoed through the air—
“Namah Parvati Pataye… Har Har Mahadev…”
Dhriti chauhan/fl
“Namah Parvati Pataye… Har Har Mahadev…”
The sound of temple bells, the rhythm of chants, and the glow of the aarti filled Banaras with a divine energy.

But within her… there was still a quiet emptiness.
By the banks of the Ganga, a girl sat quietly on the steps. Her eyes rested on the flowing water, but her thoughts were lost somewhere far away… tangled in her own world.
Because that girl wasn’t just anyone—

Aryan Rana/ml brother
Maa...
Breakfast ?
Bhoomi asked softly, arranging the aarti thali on the table.
Bhoomi Rana/ml mother
“Aruu… Atharv kaha hai?”
Aryan, already at the dining table, picked up his plate and mimicked casually,
Aryan Rana/ml brother
“As usual… apne bed pe aur kaha—”
Bhoomi Rana/ml mother
Thak!
Bhoomi lightly tapped him on the back, giving him a look.
Bhoomi Rana/ml mother
“Aru… pehle bhai ko bulao,” [she said, her tone calm but firm].
Arjun sighed dramatically, rolling his eyes with a small smirk,
Aryan Rana/ml brother
“Okay, Maa… jaa raha hoon.”
Plate rakh kar, woh dheere se uthta hai…
but under his breath—still chuckling at his own mimicry.
Vikram Rana/ml father
“Bhoomi, where is Atharv?”
—said coldly, his voice firm and controlled.
Bhoomi Rana/ml mother
“He’s in his room… why, what happened?”
(Bhoomi replied, a hint of concern in her voice).
Vikram Rana/ml father
“Where is your beloved son these days?”
(he said coldly, a sharp edge in his tone).
“He hasn’t gone to the office for two days.”
His jaw tightened slightly, eyes stern… clearly not pleased.
Bhoomi Rana/ml mother
“He’s your son too… of course he’ll take after you.”
(Bhoomi replied softly, but with a quiet firmness in her eyes).
