“Taehyung didn’t try to stop his father. He struggled for breath, his eyes lifting as tears ran down his cheeks.”
“Crying softly, Taehyung went to his room and lay down.”
“Taehyung’s body was covered in bruises, all caused by his father.”
Taehyung
*In his mind* “Mom, I’ll come to you… Why did you leave me alone in this world?”
“Exhausted, Taehyung fell asleep. He was running a fever.”
“Taehyung returned to the empty park. With no one around, he went to the tree and began to talk to it.”
“After a while, Taehyung lost consciousness under the tree… and Jungkook saw him fall.”
Jungkook
*ran closer to taehyung*
“Jungkook noticed the marks on Taehyung’s neck.”
“Jungkook carried Taehyung to his home.”
“Taehyung was unconscious, his body burning with fever… and Jungkook stayed by his side, caring for him with quiet concern.”
“While changing Taehyung’s clothes, Jungkook saw the scars and burns scattered across his body. A troubled look crossed his face as he gently gave him medicine.”
“Bruises covered Taehyung’s legs, some of the wounds still bleeding. He woke up as Jungkook was applying the medicine.”

Ahh *off sleeping*

“It’s nothing,” *said softly, giving Taehyung’s chest a gentle pat*

Please stop *crying*
“In pain, Taehyung tightly grabbed Jungkook’s hand and squeezed it.”
“Jungkook made Taehyung sit on his lap and hugged him. After Taehyung fell asleep, he went to the kitchen.”
“After a while, Jungkook cooked some warm porridge for Taehyung’s fever and brought it to him with care.”
Taehyung
*Jungkook looked*
Jungkook
“Once you’ve had this, we’ll go to the clinic tomorrow.”
Taehyung
No, I'm scared *hands shaking*
Taehyung
“If I go to the hospital… will the police arrest Dad?”
Jungkook

“As Taehyung continued crying, he started having trouble breathing. Jungkook quickly picked him up and took him to the hospital.”
“Seeing the injuries on Taehyung’s body, the doctor asked who had caused them. Soon after, the police arrested his father and took him to jail.”
“Taehyung was fully bandaged by the doctor. When Jungkook entered and saw him, his heart broke. He sat down next to Taehyung, holding his hand gently.”
“Jungkook called his father’s friend on the phone to inform him.”

“I’m here at the hospital, Hoseok hyung. Please check on my parents at home… I’ll be back soon.”

“Are you doing okay, Jungkook?”
Jungkook
“I’m fine, but Taehyung… he’s in a really bad condition hyung.”

“Have you found Taehyung?”
Jungkook
“Yes, hyung. Taehyung has been badly hurt by his father… I’ll be home in a day or two.”
Taehyung was in severe pain and couldn’t open his eyes. The doctor had put an oxygen mask on him, but he was still able to speak. Taehyung asked Jungkook:

Taehyung: “H…how?”
Jungkook
“I know… the doctor told you to rest if you feel sleepy, didn’t he?”

“You… go check on your parents. I’ll call Jimin… he’ll take care of me.” (unable to fully speak)

No… just rest, Tae
After a while, Taehyung fell asleep. Jungkook held Taehyung’s hand and stayed with him. Soon, Jungkook drifted into sleep as well… and a dream came to him.
In the dream, both Taehyung and Jungkook were children, around six years old.
In the dream, the two of them were playing together at Jungkook’s house.
Taehyung
Little Taehyung: “I’m so cold, kook…”
Jungkook
Little Jungkook: “Put my jacket on and hold me tight.” (with care)
Taehyung
Little Taehyung: “You’re cold too, kook… put on the jacket too.”
The two of them held each other and fell asleep in a storage room. Jungkook’s parents saw them and gently covered them with a blanket…
They looked so peaceful, sleeping together
Jungkook woke up from his sleep, and Taehyung had already woken up as well.

After Jungkook left, Taehyung and Jimin talked for a while. Later, Jungkook returned, and Jimin went back home.
That night, Jungkook stayed awake the entire time, taking care of Taehyung

“Alright, I’ll go get some water. Wait here.”
Jungkook went downstairs. Taehyung lay down on the bed, resting for a while.
After some time, someone entered the room.

But it wasn’t Jungkook.
Suddenly, Taehyung saw a dark figure standing in front of him. He got scared and screamed.

“Aaaah! Ghost!” (closing his eyes tightly)

Voice: “I’m not a ghost. Open your eyes… I’m Jungkook’s father.”
Taehyung slowly opened his eyes and realized it was Jungkook’s father.
Taehyung
“Now I feel like I can breathe again…”
After Taehyung left, Jin slowly woke up and immediately started looking for someone.
seok jin
“Namjoon… wake up.”
Namjoon remained unconscious for a moment. When Jin placed his hand on him, Namjoon slowly came to.
But by the time he fully opened his eyes… Jin was no longer beside him.
Jungkook came into his room and saw Jin talking with Taehyung.
seok jin
“Jungkook… have you grown so big already?”
Jungkook ran to him and hugged him tightly.
Jungkook
“papa, I missed you so much…” “Where is Namjoon Dad?”
seok jin
Jin said sadly, “Namjoon hasn’t woken up…”
Suddenly, they heard a sound coming from the kitchen. All three of them rushed toward it to check.
Everyone went into the kitchen and saw Namjoon checking if there was something to eat.
namjoon
Namjoon: “Jin, aren’t you hungry?”
namjoon
then looked at Jungkook and said, “Have you grown so big already?”
namjoon
“And you must be Taehyung… I remember you.”
namjoon
“Alright, come and sit. Let’s all eat together.”
Taehyung
“How do you know me?”
namjoon
“Don’t I know my son-in-law?”
Taehyung
(looked confused) “What are you saying?”
Jungkook
“Dad, I haven’t told Taehyung anything yet.”
seok jin
“Why are you delaying this, Jungkook? I’ll tell him.”
But Taehyung suddenly felt unwell and ran to the bathroom, vomiting. After that, he came back and lay down on the bed, unable to understand what they were talking about
After a while, Jin came to see Taehyung. Taehyung was lying on the bed.
seok jin
“Taehyung, how are you feeling now?”
Taehyung
“I’m… I’m fine… Papa…”
As Jin stepped into the room, Taehyung felt as if the space had filled with blooming flowers… a strange warmth and comfort surrounding him.
Taehyung
“It smells so nice…”
Jin sat beside him and began to speak.
Taehyung
“Is it coming from you?”
seok jin
“Yes.” (smiling gently)
Taehyung
“I already feel like I’m getting better…” (smiling softly)
seok jin
“Taehyung, baby… there’s something important I need to tell you.
seok jin
I don’t know if you’ll believe it, but I’m going to tell you anyway.”
Taehyung
“What do you want to tell me?” (confused)
seok jin
Jin: “I am… a god.”
