Lucien POV

Lucien see her pale face and unknowingly his tears are forming down to his cheeks

The guilt that he felt until now push him to cry

As Lucien crying someone suddenly tug his coat

Hearing what the child is saying Lucien becomes more guilty as the little girl he was facing look like his dead wife

Before Lucien could speak his assistant pull the child away from him as he can see that the child is getting hurt

The assistant comfort the child and tells her to sit there

Lucien look at the letter and open it

Dear Lucien, I am writing this letter because there are things that need to be said, and I want you to know the truth. First of all, I want to let you know that I forgive you for everything that happened in the past. I have let go of any anger or hurt, and I truly wish you well. I also want to say that I am sorry. I am sorry for leaving you the way I did, without any explanation, and for disappearing from your life so early. I know this must have been confusing and painful for you, and for that, I apologize. I am sure you must be wondering who that child is, and you might be shocked to hear this, but that little girl is ours. She is your daughter. I left you because I was terrified. I remember clearly how you said that you didn’t want a child, and when I found out I was pregnant, I didn’t know what else to do. I was so scared of what might happen if I stayed, scared that you wouldn’t accept her or that our lives would change in ways I wasn't ready for. So, I made the hardest decision of my life to walk away to protect her and to give her a safe life. Now, she is here, and she is beautiful. I named her Abigail. I chose that name because it was the name of your beloved mother, and I wanted her to carry that memory and love with her. I am not writing this to cause trouble or to demand anything from you. I am writing this because she deserves to know who her father is, and you deserve to know that you have a daughter. All I ask is that you promise me one thing: promise me that you will open your heart to her, that you will love her, and that you will always protect her just as I have tried to do. She is a part of both of us, and I hope you can welcome her into your life. Sincerely yours
