“Wake up young miss, it’s time for breakfast!” a sweet voice woke me up, in the morning when the Sun was shining bright outside. I rubbed my eyes and look at the person who woke me up, she had dark brown hair that looked as if it was black, and beautiful blue eyes that looked like the colour of the ocean. Her skin looked so pale and smooth.

She was Linda, my personal maid she would always come in my room to wake me up in the morning. “Good morning young miss! Come down to have some breakfast!” She said while having a sweet smile on her face, “I’ll be there in a little bit.” I replied. After that she left my room, and a few maids came in and helped me get dressed.

You may be asking who I am. Well I’ll tell you now, my name is Jennifer, well it was Jennifer but now my name is Layla, Layla Marlena. Jennifer was my name from my past life in the 21st centry. I was a 25 year old woman. I worked as a personal assistant for a man called Miller Marken. He was a successful businessman. He was perfect, every woman in my past life loved him but not me. Everyone saw that sweet and handsome mask he had on his face, but I saw that evil and ruthless face he had under that mask of his.

That’s also one of the reason I disliked him he was two faced, but there’s another reason I dislike him. No I wouldn’t say dislike him, I would say I HATE him! When I first got the job I was so excited, but after a few weeks I started hating having this job. Because he would rape me!, torture me! He once even locked me in a room with no heating, when there was a blizzard outside! And the next day I caught a high fever after that. As if that wasn’t enough, he then murdered me by shooting a ballet right on my heart thee times, so he made sure that I died. Right inside his office on the 30th floor of his company.

The thing that angers me the most is that, even if the police saw that he killed me, they wouldn’t do anything! That is because he is that powerful. He even has his own military army! I would love to take revenge, but... what can I do now? I’ve already died in the 21st century, so I’ll have to live on in this world. The way I’ll get revenge is by killing and getting rid of all the people like him in this world, that’s my one and only goal.

When I woke up I was in a room with walls covered with Beautiful gems and crystals, I was lying on a huge comfy bed. At first I was a bit confused but then I suddenly had memories that weren’t mine pop in my head. I was the only daughter of the duke, and I was spoiled and arrogant, I would yell at almost everyone. I was drowned by someone in a lake. After a few seconds I came back to my senses walked to the mirror that was across from my bed. I looked into the mirror and saw a young girl around the age of 15-16. She had beautiful light brown hair with blonde tips and eyes that looked like the beautiful Hurizen.

(Don’t mind the clothes)

Suddenly two maids came in my room, they looked frightened when they saw that I was awake. I was wondering why they looked frightened but then I remembered the previous owner of this body, would always scream and yell at all her servants. “Good morning, young miss I see that your awake...” said one of the maids while she was trembling. I smiled and replied “Morning!” Trying not to scare them. They look suprised and stopped trembling or a second, but then they started trembling again. I then walked towards them, they had their heads down with their eyes shut. I stood Infront of one of them, and patted her head, she stopped trembling. I smiled and walked out of the room. While walking down the hall way, I said to myself that I would live on in this new body of mine. I would get revenge by killing and getting rid of all the people that were like Miller.

I quickly got used to my new life. In the morning I would have breakfast, in the afternoon I would have some dance lessons and stuff like that. And after a few weeks of everyone stopped being frightened and scared by me.

The maids finished helping get dress. I looked in the mirror infront of me, I was wearing a red and white dress, with some touches of gold designs.

I walked down the hall and stopped at a door in from of me. The maids opened the doors and I enterted. There was a huge table in the middle of the room, with loads of seats.

On the seats I could see a woman that was in her late 30s and a man that was in his early 40s. Beside them I could see two young man one who look about the age of 18-19 and, the other looked like he was about 19-20 Years old.

Their my family... the woman sitting there is my mother Merisa Kunburg, or Merisa Marlena. She has blonde hair and leafy green eyes, she is very kind although she may look a little mean. She’s been kind to everyone including Layla, even thought Layla always yells and say mean things to her.

The man sitting beside her is my father Kingston Marlena. He has dark brown hair and he also has green eyes, he is quite cold to people he dislikes. But he’s actually quite nice once you get to know him, it’s just he’s never been that nice to Layla though...

for the boy that looks about 18-19 he’s my second brother Lance Marlena. He has purple eyes and blonde hair that looks like white. He is handsome gentlemen, a lot of girls want to marry him but he never accepts any of them. He’s very kind and sweet, but he can be very cold too. Just like how he is to the old Layla.

Now finally the one that’s sitting beside Lance, he’s my eldest brother Mark Marlena. He has light brown hair just like Layla and Purple eyes like Lance. He is a commander for the country’s army. He’s very kind, but he can also be very cold and scary thought he has a kind and soft face. He doesn’t like Layla very much but he still has be nice to her cause she is his younger sister.

I stepped in the room and took a seat on the chair the farthest from all of them. They wouldn’t usually eat with Layla so they would only come to eat with her every once in a month. The reason is simple, she yells and throws tantrums a lot. “Darling, why are you sitting so far away from us?” Asked mother in a confused voice, “I’ve gotten a habit of sitting here now.” I replied. I was lying I didn’t get a habit of sitting on this seat, I just feel like I shouldn’t sit too close to them. “Is that so? But don’t you want to come sit over here? We only come have dinner with you once a month.” Said mother. I couldn’t refuse... if I did then mother would probably be sad, she also quite sensitive when it comes to her loved ones.

I got up and sat one the seat next to her I smiled and ate my food. Everyone was surprised that smiled like that, and they were probably confused way I wasn’t yelling and throwing a tantrum. “Are you alright dear? Do you feel uncomfortable?” Said mother in a confused voice while she put her palm on my forehead. “I’m perfectly fine,” I replied, then started eating again. I could feel how confused they were, they were probably thinking, I wasn’t throwing a tantrum? Yeah of course I wasn’t throwing a tantrum, I wasn’t the old Layla I was a completely different person.
